Went inside to order food 615pm on a Thursday, and were out of almost everything. No hot dogs, no onion and mushrooms for their specialty burger, no chicken items at all, and could not make a milk shake. What is the point of even being open if half of their menu can't be made? I've tried many times to patronize here over the years, and each time has gotten progressively worse.

First of all, I drive truck locally. I parked so that the people inside could see my 75’ long rig…. Walked past the drive thru window and smiled at lady inside, she smiled back. Get inside hoping to order and she says only the drive thru, I can’t take your order here. So I go to the drive thru window to order and all is good…. Only thing is it’s 30 degrees, rainy snow, 20mph winds…. Must have never heard of the word “EXEMPTION”. Next time I’m pulling right up to the window. Food was good and hot though…

As soon as i walked in here my toes start viciously dancing. The overwhelming of deliciousness hit my nostrils. The workers are amazing at their jobs and do their best. The food was immaculate and made me feel warm and tingly. Overall a great experience. 100/10. 🤩🤩🤩🤩

I fully understand and sympathize with your staffing shortage. This is the second time in 3 months we have stopped at your establishment to find it closed. I called ahead to confirm the hours and I do understand although it's inconvenient to have someone come in 1 minute before you close, they should be served. I worked in fast food when I was 14 and recall many times taking orders well after closing if people were either inside or in the drive thru line when the outside lights were turned off. Again, I hope you find help but also hope in the future customer's orders are taken right up until you're closing time.

Won't let truckers order inside. You have order through the drive thru window then you are able to walk back in and eat. The management has a logic problem.

What a joke! I don’t know how they stay in business considering it’s always closed no matter what the hours state online. We showed up at 3pm on the very last weekend in April NOT during the seasonal shutdown and waited in the drive-thru for 20 minutes until the lady came out the back door saying they were closed.

Doesnt even deserve 1 star. Very poor service. Sat at the ordering window for 10 if not 15 minutes. Without ever ordering. They told me to hold a moment which I was fine with. But that moment shouldn't have turned into me and at least 2 others driving off because they were taking forever to even take my order. The time I sat there 2 cars drove off.

We have not stopped here in a long time. Very disappointed. Opened our bag of food and found red dots on the inside. They told us it is red dye. I don't care when you see red dots inside the bag turns you off on the food. I think the staff should have stated there maybe red dye in/on the bag. Will not be stopping there again.To the owner we did NOT eat the food. We wasted $28.50 on food we DID NOt trust. If you want to eat or see the food we still have it.!! And the bag. Gross!!

Good food.. That being said,For the prices they charge they shouldn't forget to put the dipping sauce in the bag. Hey A&W ,, Thanks for ruining my lunch!! Customers be sure you check your order prior to leaving the drive through window.Disappointed!!

We stopped at a and W in Reedsville at 6:30 Monday, April 26. There were three cars ahead of us in the drive-through. We finally got up to the speaker to order at 6:55 and The person on the other end told us to hang on for a moment. We waited and at 7 o’clock the lights went off on the sign and the person on the speaker told us they are closed for the night. We were in total disbelief not only that it would take a half hour to serve the three cars ahead of us but that they would shut down after making us wait. This is so ridiculous I wouldn’t believe it except I was there to witness it. I would strongly recommend not patronizing this place.

We were Refused service as we were in a semi and couldn't go threw the drive threw. 3 times this week I was unable to get food here for several different reason, twice because it was closed during posted hours and now refused service! Rude employees!

Our quick stop here as we headed through town on our way home was extremely lousy!!They were out of fries!!! Who runs out of fries??? NOTHING was offered for not having fries, but we were told we could "up grade" to onion rings, cheese curds or applesauce for an ADDITIONAL COST TO US!!!!! We got attitude from the employee and when asked to the night supervisor we got the team lead that listened but again did not offer anything for THEIR lack of supplies!!😡 After receiving our food to go, our drinks were 1/2 full!!!! When I asked for our cups to be FILLED, after spending $40 for our meal, another employee came to help while the girl who took our order stood back around the corner and watched us while I could still see her in the mirror!! Will NOT be back to this restaurant and will spread the word to anyone I know!!!! I will be contacting corporate.

Good food, but slow service. The business sign on the entrance mentioned short staff issues. You could not order food inside just thru the drive thru.

Horrible service and I just ate here 2 days ago and shortly after got food poisoning. I know for a fact it came from here because they are the only place I ate at right before I got it. I will no longer eat at any a&w now because I am so nervous. This a&w has continued to mess up orders almost everytime we have gone as well. I have nothing good to say about them. Oh and they never give you receipts.

Horribly slow service. All we asked for was a gallon of root beer. We were passing through the area and thought A&W was a great idea. No, never coming back. Instead of getting a container of rootbeer we got A BAG of root beer! WTH! Try pouring a BAG of rootbeer! Never received this in any other restaurant. We ended up throwing it away. Total waste of money. Do yourself and drive through this little town and go anywhere else. No receipt to get our money back either.😡

They messed up both burgers we ordered. My lady went in and was given a hard time about not having a receipt when we were never even asked if we wanted one. Not coming back, bogus we have to "prove" you messed up. Thanks for the unpleasant experience.

This place is a hot mess. They are now closed Sundays. Closed the drive thru. The wait on the inside is so long. How about closing until you get better employees who aren’t stressed out? Better than constantly getting poor reviews.

Terrible, really wished I went to Dairy Queen in Brillion instead. Cheeses on Hamburgers, that were without cheese. (Sons allergic to dairy) asked and paid for Extra Bacon on My Buger, I got No Bacon what so ever. And My favorite Coney Dog had No Cheese sauce, what a let down. Please if you stop in Reedsville A&W Check Your Meal Before You Leave The Parking Lot.

Terribly terribly slow. The last three times I’ve stopped I’ve sat in the drive through at the the speaker for 15 minutes…finally I just pull away because “hold on one moment” shouldn’t last for fifteen minutes every time I stop there.

The employees wash their hands and the ice cream machine is clean, plus they love when you bring your animals through drive-thru.
