VERY disappointed in the Reedsburg Walgreens tonight! Accidentally bought boys pull-ups instead of girls so I had gone back to do a simple exchange, and after standing there for a while, getting the run around, leaving to run another errand and come back, I was told I wasn’t allowed to exchange the boy pull ups for the girl pull ups which were the EXACT SAME PRICE because the system said the exchange wasn’t allowed or something, so this YOUNG woman, who I doubt has kids, says to me, “I’m pretty sure the pull ups are made and cut the same you’ll be fine” and told me I was stuck with them! Does she not know the difference between boys and girls parts and how they go potty!! Yes the pull ups are made different! I will never shop there again! Could have been a simple exchange…..

Pharmacy supervisor blames the customer when an error in filling occurs. Then pats herself on the back before hanging up. NEVER considered fixing the issue for that day or going forward! Actually encouraged me to go elsewhere for prescription fills!! Astounding… never had trouble with Walgreens elsewhere!

The Walgreens app had informed me that I had needed to call the location and speak with someone to complete my prescription pickup. Throughout the entire experience, however, Amy was decidedly mean, unhelpful, and demeaning at every point of communication. Amy is unequivocally the most unprofessional, rude, and condescending excuse for a point of contact I’ve ever experienced. I definitely recommend never returning to such a place that treats their customers with such disrespect. I’d give negative stars if I could. Truly disgusting customer service.

I'm done with this pharmacy and told them so today. I have been giving them 2nd chances to improve for a good 3+ years and they are incapable of any kind of improvement. I have had to make numerous trips to pick up the same medication because they can never get it right. And don't even get me started on how long it takes them to answer the phone. Don't waste your time with the Reedsburg, WI Walgreens, they surely will disappoint.

Pharmacy staff person is rude on the phone on Thursday AM, say they will order medication, and I check today Tuesday (granted after holiday weekend) and still nothing. I was on phone waiting to talk to pharmacist for over 30 minutes.

It's terrible the last few months. I had a prescription sent over on the 5th, was too early to fill. Dr shows they confirmed it, but they apparently lost it. In a few days. Like how. Then they yell at me for calling to check again tell me to call dr. The lady I spoke with was just nasty. Then hung up on me when I tod her she didn't need to raise her voice at me. Who the hell do you have working Here.

Hi! So first the staff at this Walgreens is SO KIND! Tammy, I think you are a perfect example of grace under pressure; you are always so nice as well as informative. The other shoppers here are also sweet. I've had 2 incidents where nice people have given me a coupon in line and one bought me my water when my card wouldn't work! Nice vibes here. 🙂

The beauty consultant employee(works the cosmetic counter) talking badly about customers to another customer(friend) in Spanish. Didn't think customer over hearing knew Spanish and yet she did. I have never felt so degraded.

horrible customer service. pharmacy gave me the wrong meds 3 times in a row. i was on hold for 26 minutes so i hung up n called back. i have now been on this call for 32 minutes still waiting to talk to someone. just to get the right prescription!!

This Walgreens is THE WORST! I LOVE Walgreens, but these workers are RUDE and do NOT care about customers. I am a person that respects others, that's what I was taught from my parents. The RUDEST store I've ever been in! Manager included. Find another store, trust me!!!

Great place to grab last minute gift options. We like there extended makeup and baby selection. They are one of the only stores in our area who carry Enfamil Neuro Pro Sensitive Baby Formula.

Of the 5 times I tried to get automated rxs or called in from Dr. .......3 times not ready when automated said they were. 1 time lost prescription. Said I didnt call it in 1 time dr called inAutomated said preparing, then when I called they said I didnt have anything in system.Going to different pharmacy

With quite possibly only one exception, service on the retail side is a special level of horrid: staffed by a troupe of the truly belligerent who have exactly zero perception of what the customer is trying to tell them, nor do they take the time to listen.(The pharmacy and their staff is the lone bright spot in this building.)

It took them a week to fill my daughter’s prescription. We got home and noticed the label didn’t match what we were supposed to get. It said tablets of a certain medicine and the bottle was a liquid. We called them to verify what we actually got and they said just smell it. If it smells like grape then that is what you are supposed to get. Very unprofessional and probably illegal. I will never get a prescription filled at this location again.

Always rude and grouchy every time you come in here. Complain when you hand them a big bill that you don’t have any smaller bills. They have to take it you can’t tell me they don’t have any money. Never say thank you or anything. Very disrespectful if you don’t like you’re job than quit.

I called and spoke with Becky in Pharmacy this AM in Reedsburg requesting 3 supplies and to create a pick up with curbside service later in the morning. Becky was very helpful, pleasant, efficient and followed through perfectly. This was my first time using curbside service. Thank you SO much. Bev

Do yourself a favor and go to another pharmacy it takes 3 days to get my COPD meds because they don't send refill request to doctor...rude and lazy incompetent people playing with people's meds

The pharmacy is ridiculous they call you 15 minutes before they close to let you know that your prescription is ready and then when you ask what time they open in the morning and they tell you 8:00 when in reality they don't open till 9:00 this use to be the fastest place to get mine and my kids medication filled but now it's just getting out of hand.
