We used The Reedsburg Flooring store for our master bathroom renovation to add new flooring, and convert a jetted tub area into a walk in shower.We had several people recommend the Flooring Store and knew that Matt had become the sole owner and does a great job. We had a great experience from start to finish.Matt was very accommodating during the design process as we came in a couple different times to take samples home, and see what would look best in our space. They also have a virtual system where we were able to see the shower tile and flooring together and what it would like in a real bathroom. It was very helpful to help bring our ideas to life.After finalizing the design and ordering the materials, the job started within a couple of weeks.Derek installed the flooring and did the waterproofing and tile work on our walk In shower. We were blown away with his work. It turned out beautifully and him and his team were friendly to be around. After they were done, they scrubbed the garage floor where they were cutting tile, and even cleaned our doorknobs to make sure everything was spotless.From start to finish we had a great experience, and will definitely be repeat customers!

My story. I just bought a new house and I was very excited to decorate it. So I went to the Reedsburg Flooring store to check it out. Wow, Matt was very helpful and showed me many options, but he wasn’t pushy like some salespeople. I decided to have my house measured so I could get a more accurate quote. Matt came over and was very professional; the process took very little time and soon I had a very reasonable quote in my email. About that same time, my dog got sick all over my floor. All I could think about is what if that happened on new floors. Decision made. I decided to wait on the new carpeting. I love my dog, Ace, but he is old and sometimes not on his best behavior. Even though I loved all the new flooring selections, the pricing and the great customer service, it just isn’t the right time for me but I will be back! Thanks for such a positive experience.
