Over charge for soda refills every time. Normally let it go or correct them . This time 10 year plus employee couldn't figure out she is always charging for next size up cup.

Super uncomfortable going into this Kwik trip. There was a large dog in the Kwik trip. The dog wasn't a service dog. He tried to bite me. The employees allowed this situation to happen. Don't know if I'll be going back to Kwik trip anymore there. The cashier was upset too. The energy in this place severely changed to negative.

Dave rang me up with an iced coffee at $3.99. I asked him about it as it's advertised for $2.49. He insisted the cup was for smoothies. I asked him why a Karuba Gold cold brew cup would be for smoothies and not for Karuba Gold cold brews. He got very loud and told me he would discount it for me since I was convinced. I told him I'd like to know for next time. He finally conceded that the register rang it up wrong. In the meantime, he had made it such an issue that the ladies in line behind me came out the door after me and asked if they should complain to the management about how Dave treated me.Their cold brew may be great but the cash register and Dave's attitude need to be adjusted.

This kwik trip is in such disarray every time I visit. And their coffee is horrible every morning. Out of coffee. Out of lids. Out of creamer. Out of cups. Pick one. Same old problems every morning.

LOVE my local Kwik Trips! They are a staple in our lives... from gas, to coffee or soda on the go, to free ATMs - we're there several days a week! Plus the employees are very friendly!

You wouldn't believe all the people coming in there without a mask not practicing social distancing and the employees don't say nothing. I have an out-of-state license that wouldn't scan on their register (it never does). The manager refused to do his job and enter it manually. I'm 30 years old. Never shopping there again.

Best service I've ever gotten from a gas station employee. The girl behind the counter was polite, helpful, and happy to serve me: she should get a raise.

This is a great little Kwik Trip location at which I stop on the way to or from the MATC Reedsburg campus.This location has all the hallmarks of a Kwik Trip, with a bunch of friendly locals who staff it. I often grab a fountain drink, bananas, or other items to keep me awake on my drive back to Madison after a late class.The location is easy to get in and out of, and the store is appropriately sized for the community.
