Great ice cream and GREAT SERVICE! The one server even suggested a puppy parfait for my dog. He loved it! Outdoor seating is nice. Lots of fun things for the little kids to do.

The prices go up almost every time I am in there. $8.39 for a cone today. They are incredibly expensive!!! I get an even larger cone of exactly the same ice cream for $5 in Ada, Michigan. I just do not know how families can take all their young children for ice cream often! Honest to God... the price has changed this year... Like frequently. I ordered a regular cone that used to be under $6. Now pushing $9!. I didn't order gold flakes!

There are so many choices and the ice cream parlor feels clean and nostalgic. I removed 1 star due to the price of the ice-cream, bc it is pretty steep price wise. It was $35 with tip for 4 specialty single scoops (3 waffle, 1 double) and a dog parfait.

Had a delicious bowl of NON-DAIRY vanilla chocolate chip (oat milk). Several tables outdoors, and my wife had fun drawing on the patio with the sidewalk chalk they have out.

A shop dedicated to ice cream - amen. There are some tables to sit at both inside and outside as well as a short bar. At least 30 varieties of ice cream and many ways to serve from cones to sundae. I opted for a chocolate with whipped cream and a cherry. So good. Great place to stop - I will be back for more :)

Always delicious, no matter the flavor. Can’t go wrong with Hershey’s ice cream! Line can be long, especially on weekends, but they keep it moving.

Came here a few mins before closing time, you could tell the attendant was ready to leave. She “slammed” the bowl of ice cream on the counter, we love this brand of ice cream and were not happy with the service. We backed off bringing home a few pints of ice cream due to bad service, owner lost some sales. May return again, hope it’s better service.

The workers are so nice and always very welcoming and friendly. The shop is very pretty and aesthetically pleasing inside. The ice cream is always delish and I've never been let down, it's so creamy. Definitely reccomend

Stopped the beginning of May on a whim. Service was friendly and made to feel like family. The ice cream scoops were the perfect size...not too big, not too small. Nice value for the money! Definitely a go-to when in or near Reedsburg.

Stopped while traveling through. Really nice hand dipped, old school, ice cream shop. They have an abundance of amazing flavors, waffle cones, and amazing friendly service. Well worth the stop or the trip to Reedsburg for great ice cream

Really awesome gem of a place!?! I took my friend here for her birthday for the first time and I was so excited that we had Zanzibar Ice Cream so much closer than Madison ☺️ The staff were very friendly and the patio was really nice to sit on and eat your treat!?! Thank you for being awesome!?

Wonderful place to go and get that comfort food that so many need to have sometimes. Our daughters couldn't wait for the place to open back up this year. Our youngest daughter made it her first stop on her way back from college last Friday! Clean, friendly, fun place to go! Love the decor!

Loved the decor. Lots of great flavors to choose from. I got a two scoop Maple Nut Sundae and it was great. It's nice that its located so close to City Park, and there is great outdoor seating too.

Very small serving, not worth $19.00 for 3 waffle cones. I get this same ice cream at a gas station near my home for $12.00. He gets his from a factory in Madison.

It's absolutely wonderful. It's a nice treat reedsburg has to offer in the summer for families, dates or just because. Yes a bit on the pricey side but quality is worth it! And the choices are plenty.
