Stacey is a marvelous employee and I appreciated her help. There was a line full of people, the self check out was down, the codes were not going through. Stacey had to call a manager that was on vacation to reset a code to check me as well as other customers out. Both managers in the store were uncooperative, unprofessional and unsuitable to be management material. Instead of paying managers to not help ring up paying customers use that money to train Stacey to become a manager. This employee showed management skills running the store alone while two workers did nothing. Stacey knew who to call and what to do, took care of customers. The codes didn’t work so stacey had to run the systems differently in order to cash customers out.

I don't go here unless I have to. There is one nice bigger lady that works the counter. Other than that the other two ladies seem very off putting. You could cut the tension in the air with a knife. I could tell the two ladies were ganging up on the bigger one and it was sad to see.

They always have new people working there. Not a good sign! But friendly and helpful. If the corporation would spend more on labor all things would be stocked sooner! And employees would stay!

There was a young woman named Alex, I believe. This lady was checking out a line on one register, fixing errors on the self checkout, blowing up balloons, and in general running around. That type of hard work is rare on it's own but to top it of she Was Using Cruches! This woman was a rock star. She did call for help twice but didn't recieve any for the entire time I was there. I don't know how she did it but Im leaving this review and rating specifically for her. Good job!

Depending where I'm at there's a Dollar General everywhere and I do spend money because they are very reasonable with their items I get coffee, chips, cake mixes because I love to bake it's better than a little corner store get my detergent softeners air fresheners,pet food items things for your health ,baby diapers, first aid, it's all good

Pricing is better than your regular store. Staff is very friendly. There's not too many people on one shift, so if there's a line to check out you might wait a while.

Today, 29 November 2017 at 2:40 p.m. I went into this store -- the second time in a week. There were 6 people in the store and 5 were standing at the checkout. Funny thing is, the same thing was true when I went in a few days ago, too. Both times there appeared to be (at least) one other employee in the store who seemed unconcerned about the fact that almost all the customers in the store were waiting at checkout. After a few frustrating minutes of standing in line today I did the same thing I did a few days ago: I dumped my items on a display near the checkout and left. It won't happen again because I won't be back. I won't shop where they don't respect my time. I guess that's just the high price of low prices -- or at least it is at the Dollar General in Reedsburg. But Family Dollar is just up the street, Dollar Tree is on the highway at Lake Delton near the Wal-Mart and Home Depot where I go a couple times of month anyway. Have shopped both those stores and never had similar issues.

As Dollar Genrals go this one is clean. Service is more up beat then most. But I am so sad I went the first week of Oct. They had a good slection of CHRISTMAS 2 &1/2 aisle of it and a half an aisle of Halloween. NOT HAPPY WITH THAT.

Worse Customer Service ever, my roommate took her kids with her there and one of the store employees followed her kids around and one of my roommates kids accidently took $2 fake nails w/o paying for them because she forgot she had them and the store employee starting causing a scene with the child without even talking to her mom, well when my roommate stepped in an asked what the fuss was all about because that's her kid the employee was a racist bigot and asked her how she was suppose to know that she was the mother of the child (roommates kid has darker skin and course hair cuz shes part cuban) and when my roommate wanted to return the items she had already bought from there due to how unprofessional the place was, the Manager Called the Police. Worse experience I have ever had in my life, if I could have given them ZERO STARS I would have but I had to give at least one in order to write this review. I for one will never go back to shopping there until that employee and manager is fired. Who expects a 10 year old to go to a dollar general and steal a $2 thing of fake nails and even walk with her mom when leaving and then say oh, I didn't know it was your kid, like really? Are you that shallow of a human being, I'm guessing she isn't a fan of mixed races, so if your black, mexican, or any color of the rainbow, don't go shopping there even if you don't have your kids with unless you absolutely have no problem with being profiled as soon as you walk through their sliding doors. That place is DISGRACE!!!!!!!!

It's a dollar general. If you don't mind digging a little to find what you're looking for it's not bad. Try to avoid busy times, they only like to have 1/3 registers open and it's pretty much guaranteed that the person in front of you will say something was priced wrong and then wait to write out an entire check. But, it's a dollar general so it's "ok".

Need to lower prices. They have gotten crazy with prices, should not be called dollar general anymore, a lot of items priced higher than Wal-Mart. Crazy. Need to clean it up

This store is a mess. The people that run it or work there have no clue. Was there the other night there was a line of people waiting to be checked out one lady was checking people out the other three workers were looking for a purse that one of the workers could not find.
