Dear Marsh View Veterinary Team and Dr. Kolby, Thank you very much for seeing us this morning on short notice (Monday morning), Duke came in with kennel cough + a respiratory infection and a 104.5 fever. By late afternoon his temperature was down to 101.5 and he was looking and acting much better. I will monitor him closely and look forward to working with you in the future. Thank you, Leah Derus

Our dog was dying from cancer, and Marsh View was the only clinic within an hour radius of our house that was able to give us an appointment for euthanasia within 48 hours, outside of an emergency vet. We had never even been to this clinic before, but the staff was kind and respectful, professional and comforting. Dr. Hookstead explained every step of the process along the way, and gave us as much time as we needed with our girl. We are happy to recommend Marsh View to anyone, and will be happy to return with our other dogs in the future. Thank you, Dr. Jeff.

I am not one to post reviews unless the business is outstanding or abysmal. Marsh View Veterinary Clinic is outstanding. I would give them 10 stars if I could. Today was my first visit there. From my first interaction on the phone to book the appointment, to checking out after the appointment, the experience was amazing. All the staff I interacted with were professional, personable, and knowledgeable. Dr. Kolby McIntyre was terrific with both my pet and I. He took time to explain what was wrong with my pet and what the treatment options were. Medicine, both human and animal, is very expensive today. I was pleasantly, surprised by my bill. I will certainly be going back. I'm not an easy pet owner to impress.

I have a 13 year old Golden Retriever named Lexy. Unfortunatelly, she tends to develop Fat Tumors. Over the last few years Lexy had developed a large tumor on her neck and another under her right front arm. The later had grown to the point of making it difficult for her to walk. I had tried a different clinic before and they didn't really engage on trying to remove the neck tumor so I had sort of let things go. Because the leg tumor had gotten so bad I thought I would talk to the docs at the Marsh View Clinic. To my surprise they said they could do the surgery. I have to say I was amazed and so thankful for the outcome. The doctors and staff handled the process with so much care and love. They removed almost 10lbs of tumors and now Lexy is a different dog. She recovered very quickly and can now take walks and get up and down stairs with relative ease. I have to say the docs have given her a new lease on life. I expect her to go at least another year or two.Thank you all so much, you have give Lexy an opportunity to live much more comfortably in her old age.I highly recommend the Docs and Staff at Marsh View Clinic, they really do care.Mark T

I am not one to write reviews, but I must share the experience I had with the vet Jeff last week Friday. I brought my golden doodle in to be seen for itching as she had been so miserable for the last week and I wanted to get her some relief. The vet was barely in the room for 5 minutes, and during his assessment of her he was very rough and pushing her around and seemed to have no general care for my dog at all. He informed me that based on her appearance she did not seem itchy to him (even though I know my own dog), and that he could give her a med for seasonal allergies. He told me it would be expensive and then left the room to count the meds before I could even ask any further questions. When he came back, he stood halfway in the doorway like he had more important places to be, even though I was trying to ask him questions. I asked about doing a skin test because I wanted to find the underlying cause to her itching but he brushed that off and he said "I don't like to do those tests." When asked about giving her a rabies shot, he said I could come back in October to get all her shots updated but that he would want me to be established with them as this was not my normal vet. Overall, my experience with Jeff was not good!! I knew he had seen several dogs that week for itching, but I still wish he would've made me feel like he cared enough to stop and listen.I do have to say that the other staff such as the vet tech (didn't catch her name) and the receptionist Pam were amazing!! They were very kind, friendly, and had a positive caring attitude.

I'm new to this clinic. I found them very helpful and knowledgeable. Great location.They took good care of our cat that had dental surgery. Late closing hours on Wednesdays, which is very helpful.

We took our cat here after a very bad experience at a different veterinary facility, and the staff here is so friendly, efficient, and informative. The doctor we worked with, Jackie, and the vet tech, Bailey, were so gentle and caring toward our cat, which made him much calmer than the other place we took him. They did a quick examination and immediately told us what could possibly be the issue we were facing. They gave us possible solutions, talked through all of our options, and made sure we had a choice in the next steps we needed to take. Everything about this vet clinic pleased us, and we couldn't have been happier with the care we received!

Growing up in the area, we had a few pets we brought to this clinic and they were always wonderful, kind, attentive, helpful and did whatever they could to help. After moving away from the area for many years, I got my own cat! I was not established with a vet, when I noticed a day before a vacation, that my cat definitely had a UTI. I tried all the home remedies I could right away and began calling vets right away the next morning. Not a single vet in the area was willing to help me with a possible emergency situation. I called Marsh View and they made it possible to get him in right away. Thankfully, all was okay and I was able to have peace of mind about my cat and also go on my scheduled flight!Since then, I have called here on a few occasions when I was concerned about my cat's behavior or health but was not sure if he needed an appointment. Many times, they have taken the time to ask questions and provide information and give me peace of mind without having me come in. I am truly grateful for all the help and kindness they have provided the last few years to me and the many years to my family and I! I drive about an hour to the vet from my home, but it is worth it to trust my pal is in the best hands and care!

There comes a time when we have to say goodbye to our four legged friends. Mine came this past Friday (May 19th). Lexy almost made it to 14, but I know she would not have made it that long without the surgery Marsh View Clinic performed last year. She was my best friend and buddy. Unfortunately, she had developed cancer (as many Goldens do) and could not function well anymore. Again, I want to thank the staff at Marsh View Clinic. They showed Lexy and I so much love. They had the room ready and had placed a special heart blanket on the table for Lexy to lay on. They were so patient and made the process of putting Lexy to sleep as gentle as it could be. They first sedated Lexy so she could just go to sleep and not be aware of what was happening. They gave us all the time we needed, it was all handled with so much care. I know that if had to do this again I certainly would want to have the staff at Marsh View Clinic to support me through it. I will miss my Lexy, she was special beyond words. Thank you Marsh View Clinic for being there when I needed support. You are great people!

Our goldendoodle has boarded with them twice. They are super flexible and extremely kind and friendly. Our dog has very sensitive GI. Everywhere else he has been he always came home with loose stool and sometimes even vomit, but both times he boarded with Marsh View, he came home healthy and no issue at all! I am so grateful. I did mention this to one of the staff at drop-off, he assured me that they would spend time to sit down with him to calm him down and bond with him. I am sure that did the trick! They are very flexible with pick up time too to avoid any unnecessary extra day cost. I highly recommend them!

My family has been taking our pets here for YEARS. Dr. Jeff, Pam, and Jenny are amazing. My husky tore both rear cruciate ligaments within 6 months and each time we were able to get him in quickly and were given options. He had surgery both times and has been doing amazing ever since.They can get your pets in quickly even during this pandemic and even though they don’t let you in with your pet (completely understandable right now!), Dr. Jeff makes sure you know what’s going on, what your options are, etc.Truly a wonderful family- & pet-friendly place. Highly recommend Marsh View for any pet owners who want the best care.

Great Vet & great staff! I drive from Waupun to Randolph for my pets' cares & is worth the drive! They truly care about your fur babies! Even got a sympathy card when my cat passed away last year. I still go there with my other cat. I have referred people to them & will continue to do so.

We have been coming to Marshview Vet Clinic for 10 years. Dr. Jeff and his staff have always taken great care of us. We have had quite a few situations arise, and Dr. Jeff never disappoints. He has done surgery on our dog Magnum, he has seen us after hours for a serious dog bite, and we know we can always count on him for sound advise and quality care. Dr. Jeff contributes to the community and the humane society too. Everyone at Marshview Vet Clinic is extremely good hearted, and treats us like family.

Dr. Jeff and his staff were amazing this morning. I called crying and panicking about my sick 13 year old kitty. Not only did they get me in within an hour but they were amazing. I cannot say enough about the quick and informative care they gave me even during this pandemic and odd circumstances. They have a new client. They were not at all pushy and they showed empathy. I did not have to do the unthinkable yet and for that I am thankful.

I called about 15 different vets (in my area and surrounding) to see if I could get my dog in to be seen asap for an injured leg and because we weren’t already established nobody but Marsh View Vet clinic was willing to see him. When we got there Dr. Hookstead took us to a room right away and I explained my pups already known issues (his body just didn’t grow like it normally should have probably due to poor breeding) and what happened that caused his injury. Dr. Hookstead examined his injury and took some X-rays and explained the images and what he saw that was the cause of his pain. No broken bones thankfully. He also explained some options we could do for him and also that none of them would be easy or cheap due to his body structure. We were then given some medication to help him with the pain he was in so he can heal up. The staff were all very friendly and kind. I didn’t expect the visit to be cheap but it was a lot less than I was prepared for it to be. I would definitely be going to this vet for regular care if it were a bit closer!

I took our new puppy to the clinic today for the first time. A clean facility and a quiet setting. Dr. Hookstead is Awesome! Very personable and is clearly an Expert in his field! Pam and the rest of the staff were also Awesome! Our puppy has definitely found a good home here! Dont think twice about coming here!
