I have been going to this store in racine since they opened. There prices are very reasonable and Ken and Tiffany are great owners! They will help you with all questions and they are so knowledgeable! My dogs are always welcome in the store. Plus there rewards program is awesome. I will not go anywhere else! Lots of unique and well made dog toys. This shark is over 5 months old and just started to give in to the daily molestations. Usually a toy from other pet shops only lasts a few weeks, but these toys are tough AF! Quite a variety for even those hard to please types. Cat stuff too.

I love this locally owned pet store! They have amazing products that are natural and healthy for your pets. The customer service is astounding and above anything that you can ever expect. You can earn free "cash" to spend in the future for items at the store. My dogs love the antlers, the various animal jerky for dogs like elk. It's clean, well maintained and I believe it is open 6 days a week with very decent hours. You'll love it here and so will your pet who is also welcome!

Happy Tails is a fantastic locally owned store-- not only do they stock high quality food, treats, and toys (and more!) at very reasonable prices, but the staff is also exceptionally knowledgeable and helpful.  This shop is clearly owned by animal lovers who understand patrons wanting to give their fur-kids the best things at the best prices.  My only regret regarding the store is that I didn't know about it sooner!In addition to having a wonderful selection in stock, Happy Tails was willing to work with me to order a specific kind of Fromm's food they don't typically have stocked, showcasing their top-notch customer service.  I'm also a major fan of their rewards program; it's nice to feel appreciated and earn gift cards for the store while shopping for my two dogs and my cat.  If you haven't stopped in, I'd highly recommend it-- you won't be disappointed!

I went in looking for dog food and some other goodies for my 12 week old pup and got great recommendations from the gal working there! She took me around the store and highlighted several items that would be great for my puppy. They have lots of high quality items to pick from - was hard to choose! Will be back soon for sure!

I proudly support this small locally owned store. You will not find another mom and pop pet store like Happy Tails. WONDERFUL customer service. Great products/selection that are fairly priced and have nothing but your pets best interest in mind. Thank you Ken and Tiffany for always being amazing.

We have dealt with either the owner or manager before and she was very nice, described the discount to my wife and I professionally. BUT the other worker that we have dealt with now is horrendous and has no respect for customers. We will not be using this company anymore due to the chance we have to deal with this unpleasant lady

I only discovered Happy Tails recently, and am disappointed I didn't know about them sooner! This place is a must for every Racine area pet owner. Now that I've seen their amazing inventory and interacted with the highly knowledgable owners, I will not shop anywhere else for pet supplies. My pets have been noticeably healthier since switching to the more natural, USA made pet foods from their store. When I have questions, I get extremely helpful, honest, unbiased information on the products available, and have been nothing but completely pleased with my experiences there so far. I hope more area pet owners will make the switch to Happy Tails!

The owners Ken and Tiffany are very friendly and knowledgeable. They have a great variety of just about everything.I especially like the value of their elk antlers, and pet toys. They are quality and last a long time for tough chewers like my German Shepherds!Tracy was especially nice enough to give me a very large 5lb bag to sample of the Nutri Life All Gold dry kibble!Hopefully our 2.5 yr GSD likes it, then I'll make it our primary dog food...Update....Our dogs love the food! Not only do I have our 2.5 year old GSD on Nutrilife, I switched over our 10 month old GSD to it.I know it's high quality dog food, because there is less poop! Also, my puppy finally has a food where his poop is more solid and slot less of it. They're digesting more nutrients now.Tiffany, thanks again for the recommendation!I also just purchased the Goughnuts rubber chewing toy. Amazingly, neither of the Shepherds, who are very hard chewers has bit through it! Trust me, they've taken turns trying!
