Stopped to grab a couple of things and saw there was a sign for half off dvds. I looked through all of them and picked a couple out. I went to check out and the first couple came up as full price, to which the cashier stated that it comes off at the end. The next one came up half off, to which he stated it must only be the $5 ones. I reiterated to him that it says All on the sign, to which he said “I know” Apparently he doesn’t understand the meaning to the word all because he continued to void the ones that rang up wrong, stating he couldn’t fix the price. I told him he’s supposed to honor the posted sale price and he said “I know” and continued to void the dvds, stating he’s taking the sign down. I asked his name and said he wasn’t going to tell me and that I had to leave the store. I asked his coworker his name and he yelled at him not to tell me. I’ve included his picture because he’s the type of unsavory individual who would have blamed his coworker. He was also complaining about the customers at the other register as he was checking me out. Very rude and unprofessional.

It's kind of hit and miss with what is available. One day they have something the next day not. The employees are very nice for the most part. They don't enforce the stupid mask mandate and I appreciate that.

Store is always an absolute mess. Debbie is the only nice one there. Everyone else has such an attitude problem. Will only shop there if Debbie is working. The messiness of the store and small isles make it hard for the disabled to get around.

Never dealt with such disrespect and their return policies on products. I brought a tower speaker opened it up to find it was used as a coffee table and shorted out. The manager slash supervisor is rude and called me a lier. Was originally told to call the manufacturer then come back to the store and I would be refunded. They lied. I will never ever shop at their Wisconsin locations ever again. In my opinion they should be shut down.

On several occasions I noticed the staff that was putting stuff away on the shelves were very kind and helpful while the register help seemed to be sarcastic when it came to asking questions and one even before I gave him the money asked if it was counterfeit?!? I mean what the hell is that all about!!

I have lived near this store for a long time. I have seen the progress it has made from where it was in the past 10 years. Way more organized then it ever was before.

Product selection is decent at reasonable prices. The store is packed a little too tight for my taste. Isles can be difficult to maneuver.

Horrible service. Swearing at me, telling that it was my fault there was a long line! No wonder our subdivision doesn’t want to allow a FD I’m our area

The police were in the store dealing with theft. They were under staffed the manager was very rude I had to wait 30 minutes to exchange my blinds until the manager that was in the office was free. I don’t recommend this one. The manager walked away when I asked her to look for blinds I couldn’t find

Not a fan of this store anymore. I was just in this store and MULTIPLE people were in there with NO masks on despite the sign on the door...the employees did not anything and still serviced them...
