Wonderful staff! I have my dog's nails clipped oncea month. Nail trimming is on a walk-in basis, but I call first (though not necessary as they tell me) because I know that they can be busy. Very accomodating.

I'm so happy with the care and grooming my Bernese Mountain Dog, Finley, received at Clover Pup Salon! Today was our first visit and it won't be our last! They did such a great job on him...super clean, blew out his undercoat, nails, trim, the whole spa treatment! He looks amazing and I so appreciate the care they took by giving him a couple of breaks so he wouldn't get too anxious. And, the price was very reasonable! I highly recommend Clover Pup Salon!

We had to get our pup shaved because she had way too many knots but Clovers did a good job! Lucy usually hates going to the groomers but she left happy and came back to us happy. They also got her done pretty fast compared to the other places I've been too.

I get the best grooming service for my husky. Even when I bring my husky in on a Saturday and there's just one member of staff working, my dog gets groomed in a decent amount of time. This is the only place I trust to bring my dog.

Me and my family were traveling. And we really needed to get the dogs a Bath because They stonk. Called around and I found Clover Pup Salon. I went in the shop and was automatically Greeted right at the door. When I went to pick them up they were shinny, fresh coat and smelled fantastic. When I got there to pick them up April was able to help me to the car with them due to being handicapped but they accommodate me.Absolutely loved the respect they givenThey are the best in the game check them out.

I wanted to find a new groomer because the place we've taken our pup to a couple times just sped through her bath and clipping, less than 30 minutes, and last time they cut too deep and she bled for an hour. She also has separation anxiety and can be aggressive around loud noises, like the blow dryer, but Clover Pup welcomed her in, and she looked years younger when we got her back! Super soft and happy. They even took a video of her loving the dryer - I wish I asked for it because it was so cute! Bath, deshedding, teeth cleaning, and clipping... definitely will back!

Took my puppy for his first groom and loved the experience! The staff answered all of my questions and took care of my energetic boy wonderfully. They also added a little Valentine’s Day bow tie which we loves 😂 would definitely recommend!!

I would highly recommend Clover Pup to any dog owner. They did a wonderful job on my family's fluffy pup and are reasonably priced. They calmly and with kindness were able to make her coat knot free and snowy white.

Clover Pup Salon is the best place to take your dog to for grooming. They are very caring and loving with your fur babies. I love that they are open concept and you can watch them as they get groomed. When you pick up your fur babies you can take them into the studio next door and take photos of them yourself. There's always a new theme so the photos are always different each time!Look no further! Best groomers you will ever find!!

Very overpriced for what they do, the absolute cheapest is 60 bucks for a trim and bath. They don't even use professional equipment to safely file down the nails without harming the pups. They just use old school clippers leaving their nails jagged and sharp not completely terrible, but an overall disappointing experience 😕 and the reply is a blatant lie cheap equipment barely considered "professional"

Allison, April and Eleanor are the best! I don’t have a dog myself but I have been working with them since their shop flooded and they are incredibly kind and patient with each and every dog and person that come through, treating each as if it were their own. They educate their clients on how to maintain their ‘do and work with them to make every dog’s experience as positive as it can be. There isn’t any other team I’d rather have grooming my future furkid and cannot sing their praises loud enough!

The website portrays a very different experience than the one in person. I provided feedback on the company website and never received a response so I am coming here instead, consequently. I was a customer for about a year and every time I had an appointment the (same) groomer would complain to do nail trims, saying "we really should offer a class" implying so they don't have to do nail trims anymore. My adult chihuahua was always behaved and compliant. The groomer made rude and arrogant comments regarding services the website claims they are enthusiastic to do for clients, but again in person, is another story. This happened every walk-in appointment. I am very disappointed by the in-person treatment for a year straight, and the fact that the company decided I wasn't worth responding to even though I took the time to provide feedback. I am seriously appalled by the lack of customer service. I drove across town to keep putting money in a business that never appreciated it. My last appointment I was warned they will be upcharging, after they complained of having to do nail trims. I'm not sure why any of that is my fault, problem, or business. It seems like the company doesn't stand by its word. Spend your money elsewhere where it's appreciated and where the company cares about treatment of its clients and their feedback. ADDITION 05/02/2023: I do want to add I wrote two feedback forms on their website before turning to Google, being that the owner's response claimed to not receive a form at all. Thanks!

HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!(APRIL ESTELL) VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!! I'm not one to make reviews but after our experience i wanna worn people before bringing their dogs here for a nail trim!Me and my 14 year old sister bring in my 7 year old shi tzu who is a rescue but well behaved just needs extra tlc so thats why we thought it was a good idea to bring him to a so called "professional". We walk In not greeted at all APRIL ESTELL had a horrible attitude when we walked in you could feel the vibe. I eventually ask her since she was acting like she didn't see customers walk in. She grabs our dog and immediately is irritated with him. Starts huffing and puffing and yanking his paws. My sister is non verbal, she giggles all so slightly with me and this lady yelled at my sister so badly to keep her mouth shut! I told her she's 14 and that didn't seem to matter to her. She then takes my dog of the table before I could ask her to bring him down. She didn't apologize she was very rude nasty attitude. If this is how your going to treat your customers/animals please find a new profession.

Well, in the past they were very good groomers,but last time rusty was to go in for hus hair cut we missed his appointment. And got lucky that another groomer took rusty in. I was a bit surprised that they did not call and ask if we forgot about his appointment, but they have a newly redecorated place.

I had high hopes for this place after I had trouble finding somewhere they was accepting new dogs. I have a 7 month old cockapoo puppy and this was. Her first groom. I picked her up after three hours and was stunned to see that they only trimmed her paws. I did ask them to take it slow because it was her first time and said her feet, rear and face were top priority. They only did one of the three and barely at that. I tried to be understanding and said I would call to schedule another appointment soon to get her cleaned up before the intense summer heat. Now no one answers the phone or calls me back. I paid for literally nothing and my poor dog is stuck with all this fur in 90 degree whether. I’ve left several messages simply asking to schedule another appointment. The fact that they won’t even call me back speaks volumes.

Left my dog unfinished. Cut his tail, groomer said he was getting “aggressive with other dogs”. Ofc he is if yall cut his tail! Definitely a place I WONT RECOMMEND.

The first time I took my pup here they did a great job! The last time they told me they were short a few staff members and were behind when I dropped off my pup. At pick up, besides Smelling good from the conditioning spray, you could tell they rushed with how much hair was missed when brushing and her nails were VERY sharp. When I asked how my pup did, the gentleman said "I think okay, I didn't hear anything while they were taking care of her" also after payment instead of saying I'll go get (dogs name) I was told "okay, I'll go get the dog"

Very friendly and helpful staff. I'm actually editing this post to add something I think is important. Both of my dogs were absolutely terrified of getting their nails trimmed. We tried every trick in the book, and even our vet tried but no matter what they were terrified as soon as they saw the nail clipper. After taking them both to Cloverpup a few times for regular nail trims I've noticed they're both much calmer when their paws are being touched even if you have the nail trimmer in your hand. I can't say exactly what they did, but they were clearly kind and patient with both of them because they are no longer terrified of getting their nails trimmed. I can not recommend them enough!
