Service needs to be improved!!! Customer service is not customer service. I paid for 5 small things. And had to ask for a bag. The prices are high. Usually wait until I go to a bigger town. 15 minute drive. I don't think it's fair to say, that I should buy local. Give them my hard earned money!! And I have to figure out how to get to my next paycheck!!

Got some garden stakes that were marked on sale at the shelf. When I got to the register they rang up at full price. After showing an employee they simply said, "oh that's for a different one" and pulled the the sign. When I got back up to the register I fully expected them to honor the price since it was clearly their mistake and only $10 difference but nope. Any other retailer would have just taken care of the customer. Poor customer service.

They were very helpful in finding what I needed. They are a small family run hardware store but they do have a great variety of things. I really like it because I can bring something small in and tell them this is what I need and they can find it for me right away unlike a place like Menards where I have to walk a mile across the store to find one thing that I need or to be sent in one direction and still can't find what I need. You can also rent tools and others small equipment here. They also have flowers and plants. They carry different types of soil and fertilizers.

Prices are super high and staff is not very friendly but they are knowledgeable and it beats driving all the way to Green Bay for certain things.

Great place to shop. Nice atmosphere and good selection of items. Workers are friendly. Caleb was very helpful in assisting me. Definitely recommend Vern’s Hardware.
