Used to shop here alot being a local in the area. The convenience of being down the street and a good supply of things needed is great. Until today. All I needed was to rent a trailer. The tone and words used by the apparent general manager are inexcusable towards a customer and her employee. I am a retail general manager of a big box store myself. I understand the frustration of a busy day and difficult customers. But you NEVER take it out on a customer or your employees. This manager cannot handle the stresses that come with the position and it is very apparent.I asked to rent a trailer, the friendly cashier proceeded to call the manager then start to ring. The manager comes up and yells at the cashier and me "stop stop stop, I'm already renting it out to someone else, so just stop and wait!" And she then walks away. I waited for awhile and never saw her again, so I left.I will no longer shop here again. It's a real shame and a real inconvenience to me, but I refuse to give business to a place that is ran by that sort of leadership. That GM needs to value her employees and her customers much more than that. I'll return if it is ever under new management.

Horrible customer service, was shocked by how rude this woman was that answered the main phone. May want to rethink who you have in that role. I was so offended it will be a very long time before I enter the store out of fear that behavior is commonplace.

Avoid if trying to order online and pick up. In the past few years I have taken more and more to online ordering and picking up at retailer, and most retailers seem to really excel at it. I have done this normally as a time saving device, finding it much quicker to get exactly what I need at the customer service counter than searching through the entire store. As we deal with Covid19 it seems to be in everyone's best interest more than ever to spend as little time as possible in the store. I went online and ordered one bottle of tank neutralizer. Within an hour or so I go the email that it was ready to be picked up so drove the 20 minutes to the Prescott location to pick it up. Went in. went directly to customer service, and ... nothing. No one was there. I waited 5 or six minutes, then went to the front counter to ask for help picking up my item. I was told that she couldn't leave the counter to assist me and I would have to wait for the apparently only other employee in the store to become available. All told I was in the store for about 10 - 15 minutes before deciding that my one item was just not that important to them and I left. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at any store ordering items online and attempting to pick up. I will not be going back and have already ordered a similar item at another store.

I work for UPS at the airport facility. I have bought a lot of clothing for my work outdoors. I have bought cathartt winter jackets, insulated bibs,socks gloves beanies and more. I have also bought rain gear, reflective safety vests, Ariat boots and Muck boots .And not only for myself but for my family as well! Evengreeting cards and Christmas wrap. Also I love the flannel pajamas they have for adults, at Christmas time, they are my favorite pj'sso much so that they are the only ones I wear anymore.I have also purchased Leatherman skeltools, and pet supplies. One of my favorite stores even though I also go to Duluth Trading and Cabela's and Fleet Farm , Tractor Supply company has a lot that they don't. Even though they are a smaller store they have a lot! Conveniently close too 👍

Ordered online, Pulled up to building the employee said you here for an order . Yes we are.... be right back ... 20 seconds later he pushes a cart towered our car and loads it in simple. Very nice and Very polite. Offered copy of our order. Even answered a question on Grass seed.

Great store! Got some chickens here this spring and have been having great luck with them!! There fence insulators are the best price I've found anywhere! If your putting up any fence for animals or have any kind of farm I would highly suggest you stop at the Tractor Supply and give them a shot! I wish there was one in my home town!

Mike and his team are wonderful! I called up Saturday morning about a propane tank and Mike was able to answer my questions, fill it up and have it ready for me. I was in and out of the store within minutes. The value this team brings compared to Menards is night and day. I will continue to push more business to Tractor Supply Co.

I placed an order for a large item yesterday online. Given the unusual circumstances I know curbside pick-up is not always available, but I got very excited to receive an email stating that my item was ready for pick-up. Because it is quite a drive and I need to haul a trailer, I called ahead just to double check that the item was there and that it could be brought out to my vehicle. I've been trying to call for 3 hours and there is no answer, no voicemail, no nothing. I also filled out the customer service form online but have received no response. Facebook says they're open, but no one has responded to my comment there either. I tried calling customer service directly at their 1-877 number to see if they could assist in reaching the store, but the wait time on hold and numerous different options didn't make me confident they could assist either. Very disappointed and am not driving all that way only to find out the item is not there.

Went into the store on Feb 15th around 5:30pm. I was one of the only customers in the store and sadly was not greeted from the two cashiers just standing at the front. When I went to check out, there was a teenage guy in line. Or so I thought. Turns out it was the cashiers boyfriend or something. The boy stood right by the cashier. I was not greeted when I was "next" in line. When I was waiting on my card to be processed, the cashier & the boyfriend/friend something were chatting it up & the cashier was touching his hands. Not something to do when you're at work or when there's a paying customer in front of you. Not to mention her phone was in plain sight the whole time. This isn't how I was hoping to be treated tonight, or ever in a business. When I need feed, I'll just make the trek to Stillwater instead. Not how customers should be treated by cashiers... very disappointed.

As always the customer service was perfect. I was in need of some pruning tools but found that the gardening department had been dismantled for the Christmas holiday. This is September15th. There are plenty of lawn and garden chores to be done this time of year. Come on corporate your suppose to be marketing experts. I think you dropped the ball on this one. You did lose a sale to your competitors on this one.

Great selection of pet food at a reasonable price. As an added bonus, Tractor supply allows you to bring in your well behaved dog as long as you keep them on a leash.

I purchased a LP tank here last year and only had it filled once here and know there saying they can't fill it because it is expired. Recertified in 2006. Well it bought it here last year. And I bought a chicken waterer here for 50 bucks and it didn't work new . they don't stand buy there products , I don't think I'll ever shop here again!

Lots of variety, choices, and specials. Feels like a general store would be back when those sorts of things existed. Any sort of tool or material that you need to build,maintain, or expand for your homestead.
