I have tried calling 3 times today to inquire about the recalled tainted ground beef. No one answered the phone any of the 3 times. Perhaps if you're not going to answer the phone, you could have a recorded message with information and instructing people what to do.

Today I go to Walmart for price change because I got one item 2$ but when checkout that some how changed regular price n my husband didn’t seen that time n when we reached home than I saw it . Today I come prairie du chein and my husband go to customer service desk I told them everything but they said we don’t accept return and we can’t reduced price because you buy from platteville walmart, and I thought Is that fair because every Walmart has same rule before 2 to 3 months ago walmart is easy to work out now looks like manager has been changed and not the service the customer expects even not get a good deals so not purchase much in this store

I shop here frequently, the store itself isn’t bad. However don’t expect good customer service. I visited the store today around 2pm to do a simple return of 3 items. The 3 ladies at the front of the store barely said a word to me, and had horrible attitudes. As if their job was an inconvenience to them. The woman working on my return stepped away to watch a video with her coworker. I asked her some questions of my return and she didn’t answer them, she literally walked away. Then her coworker replied to me in a very rude manner. Not only that but she raised her voice to me. (my questions still weren’t answered.) Finally I just left after feeling very embarrassed as there were other customers around seeing this. I’ve shopped at many stores, and manage customer service myself, and this was an awful experience. I would never step away from a customer or raise my voice to them for asking a couple of questions. If you can go to a different location I recommend you do so. I am very displeased. Unfortunately this isn’t the first time I’ve experienced this attitude from the employees, but this was definitely the worst so far. Do better PDC Walmart!

I just cant stand it when u do an oil change at Walmart and they try to up-sell things like You do not need. They also failed to reset the maintenance button.This means I drove acrosse half of the USA, from west to East. It is far, and that service Warning jumps off everyday several times. Thanks Walmart

The overall shopping experience at this Walmart absolutely sucks. Not only do the employees follow you around watching your every move, when you ask an associate for assistance with anything they respond with horrible attitudes. I shop here because it's the only Walmart within an hours distance. However I would not recommend shopping at this location, I would recommend you drive to either Lacrosse or Dubuque as it will be a much more pleasant shopping experience.

My husband was there today to return an HP computer he bought yesterday. When purchasing, he clarified with the clerk, he had a 30 day return policy. (no strings attached were mentioned ) Today at the return, the clerk was "crabby" and seemed to take the return personally. She asked four or five times, "What is wrong with it"? -- nothing, it didn't fit my needs and was redundant with my tablet I had already. Next next her comment was. "you know we can't resell this right?" I am sorry, but I don't believe that is my problem and I am sure it may be on the clearance rack and Walmart will make a nice profit.I suggest Walmart be a bit kinder, with the new lovely #TJMaxx in Prairie Du Chien offering a wonderful, soft goods and array of specialty foods, Walmart is NO Longer the only retailer in town!!

Love the new remodel, now that it’s finally finished. I used to hate the self checkouts but it’s all I want to use now. Change is not always easy but necessary. There are still lots of jobs available if people will just look for them and nobody sneezing in their hands and touching my groceries before I take them home. Thanks Walmart.

What a garbage store with nothing but lazy employees. Put my pick up order in a week ago for today and they still haven’t even picked it? Is this bcs your employees walk around the store on their phones? Seriously lazy lazy people and dirty store.Yet again this store proves it’s garbage. Winter storm 2024 and they can’t get orders ready with two days advance notice? Do you have employees? Do you have management? Seriously get off you lazy a$$’s and let people survive this weather!! You could literally be killing people because of how LAZY AND STUPID the staff is at this store. There is NO EXCUSE!!Instacart will deliver up from Dubuque but your store won’t deliver to someone 15 miles away? Does anyone in this store care about the citizens that live in this area?There is NO excuse for the incompetence of the employees, the management, and Walmart in general. This store gives the entire company a horrible name! This is supposed to be a community where we help one another.

Nice and friendly staff also customer service. But can someone move that seat out of thereSince is next to customer service please. Because this big lady is always sitting there listening to every personal problem that customers try to solve, very uncomfortable for customers give personal data/information and this lady is always listening with no shame, sometimes interrupting when the worker is helping your customer too.

The dishwasher is pure performance with the dish machine food never really a possible problem and wait ⚕️ staff ⚕️ full of smiles extremely friendly and always on top of wait tables and professional like skills for girls is awesome 😎

Ha! I always look for unusual things, and certainly found it here! Another shirt for my gramdson! Helpful staff,courteous shoppers, found just what I needed here. Nice selection of every day items. Good parking, well lit, easy access.

When I first walked in I noticed the music it was very nice a calming. I also noticed how clean it was. The store is massive but it’s is easy to find things with the big signs that they have. The workers were very friendly and willing to help. Definitely recommend stoping here!

Good selection. If you are getting more than ten things, chances are the prices will ring up higher at the register than what they say on the shelf for at least one item. It's Walmart. The staff are scarce but usually helpful. They started keeping a register open with traditional checkout, which wins us over. The staff are much more friendly than the local hyvees and dont act like you are a burden for needing assistance.

Sucks spend all that extra money on groceries n not only do I have to scan everything but I have to bag it myself as well. Not cool at all. N bathrooms why so extravagant when we go in to do our business hopefully wash hands n leave. Again not cool!!! Bout ready to boycott Walmart completely n hope everyone sees it as well. Keep customers cost down employ more people n b our Walmart we grew to love !!!

Its Walmart prices are always fair . They do a great job keeping this store clean . All the employees work very hard making you feel welcome.

I used the self checkout. When finishing up, the associate spoke rather loudly about the survey at the end. I refused to do it. First of all, if I am doing half the work not going to rate Wal-Mart. Second, I know that survey is there. I do not need to be told about it.

If you shop for multiple homes at the same time, I don't recommend coming here anymore. They removed the conveyer belts in self-checkout area. They only have one cashier open. I had a hell of a time splitting things up to check out. Think I'll try shopping at Aldi next time.
