If I could give this zero stars I would this sandwich was so cold it’s ridiculous this location when we stopped was not busy at all so why is the meat so cold. When I asked for it to be remade the young lady in the kitchen had major attitude and was throwing things yet this second sandwich was STILL cold. My two year old child did not even eat her happy meal because the burger was not hot

This Hardee's has the freshest fast food! The quality of the burgers is always amazing (and I have been in there when only one employee named Ruben was working register and the grill). The burgers are fresh enough where they stay hot and fresh from Poynette to where we live 15 minutes away! Open 24 hours, place to go when you're hungry any time of day.

We totally understand everywhere is understaffed right now and waiting may be more than 20 mins. But today as we got our long awaited food it tasted well.... Stale. I got the western burger it was cold and tasted like old burger. My husband got the $6 cheeseburger that was also cold, dry and tasted left out. The fries to the touch felt like fries that you find in your kids carseat(cold and crunchy).The cashier was kind but the food made us feel well, nasty after eating 2 bites. Not worth the $12.44 :(

You’re short staffed?Somebody didn’t show up on time?Things didn’t go as planned opening the store?Fine. Customers have come to accept waiting or finding the establishment is out of certain items as a “norm”.Being short staffed or having staff arrive late is no excuse for being just plain flippant to guests whom are spending money in your place of business.Staff handling these workplace inconveniences with grace, eagerness and problem solving skills seems to be lost here, especially. Our counter person was less than happy, never apologized for opening late, never smiled, and carried a poor, downtrodden, annoyed tone while taking our order.A bit of customer service could’ve gone a long way. A smile. A genuine, “Good morning, I’m so sorry, we’re off to a slow start today, but we’ll do our best to get your food out as quickly as possible. Thanks for coming in!” would have changed our experience this AM, but we did not get that, just a crabby employee’s melancholy disdain.It would serve to remember that whatever happened that morning, the guests should not suffer. That guests are the reason for any business to survive and to ultimately pay employees wages. Make them feel comfortable. Explain the situation. Apologize for the inconvenience. Acknowledge the issue. Act to provide the best service possible and for Pete’s sake, just smile. That goes a long way.Needless to say; I won’t spend my money here again.Food was okay, at least it was warm.

I was treated like I was gonna get in an argument over just a sauce cup I went up to the counter asked for 2 ranch cups and she hands me them and says there was one already in the bag like dude I know there was I didn't know it was a problem to ask for sauce cups then I watched her instigate a fellow customer after he asks for fries to be fresh otherwise he's not going to be happy and she says your not going to get angry at me like what is this a fighting arena calm down learn how customer service works jeez.

We had two huge orders. Food was okay. They where having a contest on who could sell most pies. So we bought 16. Was disappointed they no do not put the cinnamon sugar on them after they have been dropped. Curly fries where cold and hard. Sweet tea was nasty. They where super busy but the staff was calm and nice. The place was also very clean. So mix review more positive experience than negative. Will try another time. Update: Excellent management and made sure our food was fresh, hot and fresh.

We waited 25 min in drive-through, all teen kids standing around, we asked if could get our money, noone could figure out how to refund. 2 managers 1 lady who was beyond rude. SHE Told us to leave .. we left with no food and no money back

I do not recommend at all, we stood there for a least 10 minutes before we were even acknowledged then we ordered and when we got food which was a monster roast beef, it wasn’t hot, it had less roast beef then Arby’s regular roast beef and the drinks tasted nasty and the fries weren’t fresh at all. I don’t know what’s going on here but I won’t be back. My husband and I are truck drivers and we like a decent hot meal and this place is a disappointment.

We stoped to get fuel and some lunch. I ordered 2 burgers. They were so cold the cheese didn't even melt the patties were burnt. The edges of the patties was so hard you couldn't even eat them. Not good at all.
