I was in the store to return some boots and the cashier by the name of Karen was extremely rude. She told me that because I wasn’t a member of the neighborhood program I had to have my refund put onto a gift card for the store. I asked if her how I would sign up for that program because I wanted my refund in cash because that’s how I paid for it and she freaked out on me and said I was being an inconvenience for her and ended up giving me my refund in cash. FYI I had the receipt and I had just bought these boots 3 days prior. I will never walk back into this store and will never tell anyone to shop here. I couldn’t even tell you how many times she rolled her eyes at me in the 13 minutes I stood there while she processed my return. Karen should not be working anywhere that customer service is needed!

Drove 30 minutes after confirming a utility cart was in stock online, got rung up at the front cashier and then they couldn't find the right size cart (inventory was wrong), so they gave me the next size up at a discount. Everyone's online inventory seems wrong these days so I can't knock them for that, but I'm glad they made things right for me.

We purchased a wood chipper for over a 1,000 and there was NO KEY to start it! They don't know how to help us! Like who sells equipment without a key to a customer! We shouldn't have had to make sure we had everything in the bag it came with Especially such an expensive piece of equipment my husband needs to run his business this fall for cleanups! Hopefully things get resolved quickly TODAY!Then to top it off the company who makes the chipper wants us to complete the warranty before they will help us at all! Why would someone wanna do a warranty if we can't get a key!?

Ordered a Woodburn stove same day delivery. After 5 days no stove I call and they forgot. Next day a woman shows up in a flat bed truck with no equipment to carry a 390 item. It went back to the store. Over the next week I had to call 3 times to find out where my stove is. They all had other people to blame and said they would call back. I never received a single call back and they all verified my number. Finally I filed through BBB and they decided to just refund part of my money. They tried to scam me out of my $49.99 delivery fee so I had to call and take care of that. I find this store totally incompetent.

Products provided by this store are great. The variety is good. But they need to remind their clerks their job is to provide service to the customer not scold, mock and reprimand. First time ever I had a clerk treat me so disrespectful and in front of other customers. Plan to still shop here but very disappointed in the attitude presented.

TSC saves the day again! After a 13 hour day. Came home to a plumbing emergency... At 7:35 I had a plan and knew the parts I needed, plus some extra spare parts just in case.Thinking I had only 25 minutes, I raced to town. TSC had everything I needed! Checked out and found... It's spring hours! Open till 9PM!I returned home and within minutes, had the plumbing emergency under control and water pressure restored!Thanks again TSC. First. Your open for a working man! Second, we have no idea how you almost always have the parts in stock!Never ever underestimate a small store! It's amazing and impressive!Thank you!

I always go to Tractor Supply first. Staff is very friendly I love the 'HELLO!' I get when I walk in the door. Small store but they always have what I'm looking for and and staff will look up and ask if you need help. The are very knowledgeable and if that particular employee doesn't know the answer they call to someone who does. Sometimes I go in just because I'm passing by.

Great place. In the past, I wasn't particularly impressed with their pricing. To put it bluntly, anything that I needed that they were selling was bloody expensive. Then I found out that they price match. Now I love the place. Good selection, friendly knowledgeable staff. 'Nuff said.

Generally top quality on everything. We have a new huge farm store opening in a few days. I don't want this store to be threatened by the new store. So, because of my experience at TSC, please don't overlook them for good selection and service. 🙂

Great place 4 bird seed, pet supplies, lawn and gardening needs and pretty much anything needed 4 the farm. Friendly helpful staff. Some items will cost you more than elsewhere but convenience makes up 4 that.

Been shopping there for quite sometime,But to discriminate against anyone for not being vaccinated to have to wear a mask is beyond ridiculous and illegal. You will be held liable. Lawsuits are coming. Any business that touts this unconstitutional BS shall be held accountable.

Tractor Supply Portage WI. Thank you again! In this extremely cold weather, -20 at night, we had a plumbing emergency. Needing some unique parts, that doing my search on the net, only found these plumbing adapters DAYS away. Early Saturday morning, I took a chance that JUST MAYBE, TSC would have these parts... To my amazement, they had every adapter, pipe and fittings I needed. By noon, the plumbing was repaired and working! How such a seemingly small store, stocks so much is amazing! You are an asset to the community! Thank you Tractor Supply...

For a family member's birthday we shopped here, purchasing the last Red Shed double glider. Upon arriving home with the purchase and attempting assembly we found that this item must have been a return and was resealed and missing the instruction sheet and the tools. No easy task to assemble this item without some guidance! Contacted the customer solution department, spoke w/Vyncie who was able to email us the the assembly instruction sheets. Thank you Vyncie! We were able to assemble this in a little faster time and correctly. Notice I said a little faster time, this was not really an easy assembly and I'm an experience assembler. But, with the professionalism and service, shown by this staff member the birthday boy is now able to enjoy this item. Again thank you Vincie!

Tractor Supply has everything you need for your pets and more plus anything needed for your livestock. They also offer medications at an affordable price for animals. Many of their staff is knowledgeable about their products and what they offer and how to use them. It's quite an annoyance when I go into a store and need to get something and I ask a staff associate how to use something or need more info on it and they can give me no answers or know nothing about the department in which they work in. I never run into that problem at Tractor Supply. No matter what it is I need more info on or directions of use on there is always somebody there readily available to explain or help out. They also sell baby chicks and ducklings During the appropriate season and they are so well cared for a while they're there. It's always a plus just to go in there around that time and see them little guys running around :-) I purchased a baby duckling from their seven years ago and still got him today . Any questions I ever have regarding him or needs that he has I can always count on Tractor Supply to help. My overall review of Tractor Supply is that it is a great store with affordable prices and awesome staff! Always a store I will recommend to others :-)

Brett literally saved the day! I called ahead and asked if the store could wait to close until I got there because my horse was out of grain & it's -30 outside. It was 8:02 when I arrived and they waited to lock the doors. This was above and beyond the call of duty. I was greeted with a smile and then Brett loaded all the grain in my truck . Jason was my cashier and he was nothing short of delightful and also signed me up for the rewards program.. The Portage tractor supply really makes me feel like I'm family every time I'm there and tonight was over the top.. Thank you again Brett & Jason

Their store brand dog food, 4 Health Untamed, has several varieties that my dog, who has many food allergies, can eat. The prices of these limited ingredient, grain free foods are very reasonable.

I went to tractor supply looking for a 12lb maul and they had one left and it was on clearance! They have a wide variety of things to shop for and the employees are very nice. Highly recommend shopping there.

I like Tractor Supply. The staff here is generally friendly. However, everytime I visit this facility there is at least one pallet of goods blocking an aisle. Not partially blocking an aisle. Blocking the full aisle. Moreover, I have returned to the facility the next day to fknd the same pallet blocking the same aisle. Generally, the pallets I come across are about knee high or less. This is both an inconvenience and a hazard to customers. If you are going to stage it for stocking, stock it. Don't leave it sit.
