I have never met such rude workers in all of my life, when I asked a question I got a very rude response from a worker. I highly recommend not going to this store. Also, such a mess. Anyone heard of a broom? Maybe recover your shelves once in a while.

I'm a DoorDasher and a customer of Dollar General. Normally, as a customer my experience has been a very pleasant one. Today, as a DoorDasher my experience was appalling.After spending some time locating several of the items on their customers list, I was having trouble finding the last two. I stopped an employee to ask for help. Her immediate response was, "Are you a Dasher?"I said, "Yes."She responds, "Then I can point you in the right direction but I can't do your job for you."Clearly, as I had several items in my shopping cart, I did not need her to do my job for me. All I needed was a little assistance navigating a store I was not familiar with.Would Dollar General prefer that I not ask? Should I assume that if I can't find an item then it is unavailable and report that to the customer? I would not call that good customer service and maybe some of the staff at the Portage Dollar General need a refresher course on what that looks like.

Don't work here. Worked here for a year and a half. They let me finish my shift before firing me. What a joke

Placed an online order everything was listed as available at the portage location, when order was ready for pickup only one item was available and this was an item I really didn't want as I just added it to get my original total above $20 to use a $5 coupon. When I was informed online order was ready I tried calling the store but the number listed on Google is disconnected went into the store and staff was rude and said I needed to take the item which I did not do I left. Today I noticed they still processed my order and charged me now I have to deal with them to get a refund!

The store was cluttered and messy, the lady at the checkout was rude and continuously rushed me while paying like I was wasting her time. Will definitely never return to this store.

When this store 1st Open I enjoyed coming to it but now the rude staff and the messy environment just makes me not want to shop there I'd rather spend the extra in gas and go to poynette family dollar

This dollar general is ridiculous, the 3 employees talking in the back, so I squeeze the Pink pig they have the counter and she came up and had the nerve to tell me there is the self check out right there, really...won't be going back
