Nicely done remodel before opening. I find it odd that almost every other stores I visit has wifi for the guests. Except for this place. I really would have rated higher but didn't for that fact. I use my mobile device for my shopping lists and to refer to recipes while shopping. But not as easily at piggly wiggly Port Washington. Need to step up your game to remain.EDIT 11-27-23I would say not much more change in my review other than to relate the fact that the bathrooms are still atrocious even after speaking to assistant managers and managers about the cleanliness. This is over the last two to three years that I've mentioned it on and off. One good thing is they cleaned up the handicap signs in the parking stalls. One had so much slough from the concrete deteriorating that it was almost falling over it was probably at a 45 to 50° angle. Good job in getting that fixed up! I only mention that because I do use the handicap parking.

As someone who travels coast to coast full time, and internationally on occasion, i was absolutely floored at the blatant corporate greed on display here! Either prices are double or quality is halved on everything from meat counter seafood to brand name cans. Why in the everloving F is canned fruit of major name 3x what it costs at other stores in neighboring counties?I am initiating a profit gouging / fraud investigation into fox bros, because im ticked off and have that clout. Full karen mode activated + political connections.Do not shop here, go work the corner instead - its distinctfully more ethical.

Excellent food selection, clean, newly remodeled store and helpful staff. They have Kewauskum sausage! Nice atmosphere for shopping. The floral lady went out of her way to create a rose bouquet and personally delivered it same day! Excellent service...much appreciated!! Also a very helpful young man was so attentative, offering to help me find an item before I even asked!

To Whom it Concerns,I had one of the worst shopping experiences yesterday while visiting the Piggly Wiggly in Port Washington, the smaller one on the north side of town.  I came in at approximately 2:30 to pick up about 10 items.  I am a disabled senior citizen, and can not do self check out.  I stood in line at the only register opened behind a woman with a large cart full, her bill was close to $300.00, and she was a smart shopper and got a lot for her money.  While I waited, over 12 minutes, what I saw was appalling.  There were 3 people also waiting behind me, one actually left and went up to the service desk to check out, she had only a handful of items as well.  I thought of that, but to lift my items to a higher surface would have caused me a lot of discomfort.  There were 2 women at the service desk, along with a young man.  They got her out quickly and went on talking.  Another young man walked the register areas, the two women left from behind the service desk to the open area, as did the young man, not one of them came to help bag to speed things along.  The ladies behind me and myself couldn't believe it.  I restrained myself from scolding them.  I know what I speak of, I worked for 5 years as a cashier for a Piggly Wiggly store myself.  I was late for my appointment but had to go up to the service desk and ask the one woman there who was in charge these last 20 minutes, she said it was, Melissa, she was in the back now with the manager.  I told her I wanted a name to write the company, I said, "I'm sure you know why I'm angry, that is just unexcusable."  She did not have a perplexed look on her face, I'm sure she knew what I meant.  i was even more aggravated to know that the manager was nowhere to be seen either.  When I got to my appointment I loudly apologized and told them exactly why I was late, you should have heard the input after that, one complaint after another, their reputation is not good.Too bad customer service isn't number 1 or even in the top 10 of their priorities.

Love this store. I do all my shopping here now. The front end cashiers could be friendlier though. On Mondays when I go shopping the cashier's rarely give me a hello or a thank you. If I stop in on the weekend the front end seems cheerier The other departments seem happier. All in all, a good store to shop. Big selection in all departments and rarely out of things I need.

I liked it when it was a Sentry and I still like it as a Piggly Wiggly. Great deli. Love their Friday fish fry. Produce section is more than adequate and everything looked fresh. Nice bakery with decent offerings. Meat selection is good sized and has an actual butcher shop. People seem to think that Pig is higher priced than Walmart and as true as that may be the big box store doesn't have the homey feel of the Pig. Store was clean, friendly employees, great selection and no wobbly wheel on my cart. Nice store, great job! Highly recommended.

Good variety of things for a smaller food store. Some items have poor quality, like the wool dryer balls and catnip i bought there was terrible. Food items are 100% good though and people are nice that work there.

Super clean store where it's easy to find what you're looking for. The customer service is really great, genuinely nice and friendly people that want to help and enjoy doing just that. Will go back!

The Manager Jeff is extremely rude and unprofessional. My sister applied to work at this location and Jeff almost made her cry during the interview by pricking and prodding at her personal life and judging her for certain life choices she made. In addition, when she stated the reason she left her previous job, he basically called her a liar and said it was probably because she was a poor worker. Our family will never be shopping at this location again while Jeff manages the store.

Store is pricey, especially in the meat department!Meat department employee's are very nice and answers questions regarding preparing meat!As for the backery department they could improve on social skills, most times they are grumpy! Also to mention there is a need to much more variety in donuts!

I go to work in Port Washington. I pass this Piggly Wiggly every night. It looks marvelous outside. I hear good things about it. I was in search for some new beer. I stopped on my way home from work just before Christmas. When I went in, I thought I was at a Pick n Save in West Bend. The layout was almost the same. The prices seem to be higher than Pick n Save. There was lots of room to navigate. Employees were wearing masks, some had face shields. There was a huge selection of beer, seltzer, craft beer, and pick your own six pack. The cashier took the time to look up my Pig points. I haven't been to a Piggly Wiggly for years. I don't think I'll be back. Kind of disappointed.August 28, 2022I've been to this Piggly Wiggly frequently Friday nights. The woman behind the customer service desk in the evenings is very friendly and helpful, likes to joke with me. I've run into the customer service person in the Port Washington Piggly Wiggly too. I get great beer deals at the Saukville Piggly Wiggly. Some winning lottery tickets too.

Granted, I don't know the layout of the store, but after walking the aisles, I found what I needed. Shelves are packed & some item's aisle was a tiny offering. Making this my #1 grocery store. I shopped Walmart for years- no more. Better quality and good sale prices in flyer.

Another disappointing experience. Wish they could improve their produce. Too much of it spoiling and/or molding. Waited at bakery counter 15 mins, no help. Sign says ring bell for service, but no bell to ring. Then lights on for checkout, but no cashier. Why do I keep trying to shop here? Because it's closest to home.

The guys in the meat department are very helpful. I can ask them what kind of meat would work for my occasion and they help recommend what I should get and how to make it. Also the deli is great too. Even if its new people they are very polite. I will keep going back

I love this place!!! Thank God they came to town and did such a wonderful remodel to a run down building. It really has given the town a clean and high quality grocery store, which we haven't had before. The customer service is wonderful and I can't stress how great the store looks!

Pre order broasted chicken and potatoes. I arrived 5 minutes early and it was sitting there packed up already. The box was saturated with grease so obviously sitting there awhile. The young man was nice and repacked the chicken. When I got home, the potatoes fell out of the bottom of the bag when lifted up. The were very mushy from sitting in the bag way to long. The chicken certainly was not up to par either from sitting for so long.

Have lived in Port Washington for around a month and this has become our go to shopping destination! Employees are always so kind and helpful! Prices are reasonable. Meat and produce are excellent!
