Switching pharmacies today. Going to Glanders which is an independent pharmacy in Sheboygan. Used to have pretty good service here, but recently they are temporarily closed a lot. A real shame as I live right in back of Walgreens. But, gotta do what ya gotta do. I've been told my insurane is having problems with fills. I call my insurance company and they are clueless what Walgreens is talking about. Time to go

If i could leave a less than one star review i would. The pharmacists act snobby, never do their job, and treat you like a drug addict when you go in for your prescription. Theyre too lazy to fill your prescription and then tell you they ran out after telling you to come back tomorrow everyday for a week. Other people have jobs too that they actually have to do properly and youre taking away their time of day which is already limited enough for us to sit here trying to get our much needed medications that help us handle our mental health to have to deal with you. If i could fire people that dont work for me they would all be in the unemployment line and i will be looking to talk to somebody at corporate about this as well as the chamber of commerce for sheboygan county.

I would not recommend using their pharmacy. Ladies all have attitudes and act like their time is too important to be wasted on helping customers. I was suffering from strep throat and was in a great deal of pain. They claimed they didn’t have my prescription even in their system yet when I showed the women the proof of my doctor sending it over, she was in disbelief and just said it wasn’t in their system and must not have been sent. Judging on how many people before me have had this exact issue, I’m so relieved that it was even ready the same day. Even if I did have to wait hours.

Wow never coming back!! I made an apt for vaccine to be told once I got there it needs to be ordered. Then I called the next week and was told come in anytime. I came in to only be told it was almost lunch. In again and now waiting n waiting n waiting. No one says how long nothing. Here an hour already and still waiting. Going to Walmart next time.

I truly do not understand why is everything closed on weekends for all Rx? That really makes no sense! Why can't they be open for even half a day? There are several other stores they could recruit floaters for. People don't cease to get ill on weekends, needing their Rx filled or to purchase OTC meds. Some insurance companies will not switch a medication without a new Rx being filled. Very frustrating and inconvenient for local customers in town without many other choices.

I always have an issue here. I'll send in a prescription, they'll tell me when it'll be ready, I'll give it an extra 5 minutes, and it's still NEVER ready. Twice now they didn't have enough medication to fill my son's script. One pharmacist broke it into two scripts. Inconvenient, but better than nothing. The next told me I had to forfeit the rest of my son's medication or wait two days because THEY didn't have it!! Unbelievable.

Beyond frustrated with the pharmacy. More often than not, there is some issue. I have experienced:- their automated system saying “call back in an hour” for a WEEK until I demanded to speak to someone- their automated system telling me that my prescription was ready for pickup, only to have to wait for them to put it together once I’m actually there (20+ minute wait)- multiple instances of them running out of supplies and sending us to Sheboygan or only partially filling the prescription and making us come back again another dayNone of this is convenient! None of this is helpful! What a waste of so much time.

I am very happy with the new Automated system! Very easy to use! Wow! But picking up refills is another story. Maybe they might want to consider having more staff at the pharmacy to make it go smoother. They do seem a bit stressed.

Store Manager: Karen Lied to me and pretended to call my insurance when she never spoke with them. tried to tell me that they were closed after I just spoke with my insurance and they have a 24 hour call line.Worst Pharmacy EVER! Do not waste your time here. Go to Aurora. They were so rude to me. Holding my prescription for 2 weeks. I went in 3 times and was disrespected by the pharmacists. They pretended to call my insurance when they never did. Told me that I needed to pay full amount for it and would maybe be reimbursed through my insurance instead of taking the time to call my insurance and get it verified. Then said they couldn't get it verified over the phone, because they could be calling anyone! They LIED to me a number of times saying they called and said it was Closed when they are open 24 hours & I just got off the phone with my insurance 15 minutes prior!! & spoke with my insurance TWICE because I needed the pharmacy to get through to them. And this was the Store Manager I was finally speaking with after the number of lies the pharmacists were giving me!! UNBELIEVABLE!

Pharmacy Drive thru attendant has zero patience... asked for my license and as I'm getting it out repeats it again with attitude... all around rude. Perfect way to start my day. Ugh

Worst customer service I have experienced. They are slow, rude and careless. Not just one employee they are all terrible including the pharmacist. Im in the middle of switching, i only stayed for the convenience of the drive thru. I wish higher authority would wipe out the staff and replace with much better fitying employees
