I decided to stop in Pink"n Save today and I'm glad that I did. Best customer service I've had in a really long time. The cashier was very friendly with a nice smile on her face. The lady that was bagging even spoke with a friendly smile as well. After checking out the cashier thanked me and said have a good day. The bagger stole the show she said thank you I hope you have a good day and we appreciate your business come back soon. I was so shocked that I was speechless and didn't even know how how to respond besides saying thank you. The customer service in Plymouth is way better than what we get here in Sheboygan.

Great sales (in flyers)! Stocked up fairly well and fairly clean/organized. Checkout needs to be MUCH better. Only 1, maybe 2 checkout lanes are open and sometimes not even someone to help bag your items. Otherwise, fairly decent store.

Work here, First time used digital coupons. I used actual website and it is more user friendly than the phones. I bought yogurt and Pepsi and it worked.

Convenient but a frustrating place to shop. If not for the convenience factor and the pleasant staff, I would give this store one star. Being a smaller Pick N Save they have limited selection compared to other stores. Usually only one check out lane is open and there are no self check-outs...often a hassle when I'm in a rush. Very frequently sale items are not in stock...not an adequate supply. I hate the digital coupons...again, these items are frequently out of stock and I have had frequent problems with digital coupons not working when I check out...and it's just an extra hassle to download them. And finally the store is old and dated...really needs a renovation. Just a suggestion...there is a much larger vacant store space in the same strip mall...think about moving there and expanding.

i’ve worked here and they thought very little of me due to me being a minor and a woman. There was no respect for my availability i told them twice i wasn’t available on they days they scheduled me. They would schedule me when it was convenient to them. I asked a manager for a day off (that was in my availability notice) since i was tired of showing up and he counted it as a day off and i got suspended from working due to “missing days”

This location has rapidly gone downhill, from item selections, to subpar produce meat selection on a Friday was minimal and no one working in the meat dept? Lights off. Go to check out and the 2 young checkers were more interested in speaking to each other than waiting on customers. I have shopped here for years & watched the decline. I am done.

I found multiple things of Lychees a few month ago, and they were all moldy. This will affect absolutely no one anymore, due to them not selling Lychees anymore, I thinkOther than that, fine grocery store

No self checkout. Fresh vegetables can sometimes be an issue. Not afraid to push pricing through the roof. It's a corporation, I get it.

What a life saver. The hot deli chicken tenders hit the spot. The cookie aisle was a hidden gem of a specific brand that I needed for my girlfriend. Thank you

I tried calling the store in Plymouth WI. The phone number took me to the call center and after going through 7 options, I finally could select #8 and talk to a person. She could not transfer me to the Plymouth WI store. I am giving up on Pick and Save. They have great products and produce, but make it very difficult for older people. How shameful that they do not want our business.

This store feels very dirty and is in need of updating. I have been overcharged on sale items over three separate times, so I feel the need to watch my items be scanned very closely. Also, last time I was there the chicken packages were all "blown up". Needless to say I didn't purchase any. Not a fan of this store unfortunately.

Usual, don't like having to put my choice one the app, really wish for us old customers these would shows up to give use the sale price by merely using it loyalty card. So I miss lost of sale prices if really like to have, but checking then on the app is tedious and time consuming, so I don't.

It is a great option for us to order our groceries and do curbside pickup. HOWEVER, we have received bad produce, and past due meat products. Be careful what you order. Don't allow them to substitute. It seems they like to choose the most expensive substitute.

~ Trying to Shop ' online ' has been a joke to say the least for the past 6mths atleast. They ' say ' they have this or that item so I go ALL the way there only come to find out its NOT stocked!, nor do they have an area for it? That's ' False ' Advertisement 😡saaame thing for the Store i Sheboygan, that's Corporate, can't get Angry at the Employees at Pick n Save ... in NO way their Fault, their Extremely Friendly 🙂My other Complaint IS, their Sales items ... always, ALWAYS run out, sooo WHY run the Sales for the entire week?, should actually only run it for 5 days.Also, the online App. is a joke, type in to search for a Product & it comes up ' No Results ', do it the looong way & then the item your looking for pops up 👎🏼I pay for a Membership for Walmart, will NOT pay for a Membership thru Pick n Save when:1) Items are ' not ' Stocked when it states on the App.2) They run out of Sale Items with in 2-3 days after the Sale Starts3) FIX the Online App.

The online coupon system for pick n save is terrible and a waste of time. Not to mention it is not friendly to elderly or people who are not tech savvy. I have stopped shopping at Pick n Save and go to Piggly wiggly and Walmart instead simply because of their stupid online coupon program.

A little old fashioned, but clean and many older people and young families there. Prices are better than the PIG and pretty competitive with Walmart. They have sourdough bread from San Leandro. CA so its really very authentic and darn good.

False advertising. The store won't honor a manufacturer coupon that is from their own book. They also won't honor their own ad on some items.

If you can't accept debit cards with out a pin you are doing something wrong as a business. Not even a touchless point of sale option either. When Walmart or Kwik trip can, no reason pick and save can't...
