Finally got a chance to stop in and it was well worth it, these guys are very knowledgeable with decades in the hobby. Live stock looked healthy and colorful! And they had the last shrimp in the area apparently!

Jeff and Al are wonderful. They keep their fish aquariums very clean and they have plenty of knowledge. No one else better around! This is a great place to go for advice for your fish and how to manage the water quality in your own fish tank. This business has been around for a very long time and I would rather go here than any commercialized retailer. Keep this small family business around!!!!!

Alan and his son have a great little shop. Cleanest tanks and most well cared for fish. This place is my go too. Never had to quarantine a single fish unlike the big box store. Support your local shops. You wont regret this one.

I have been going to this store for my pet supplies and fish supplies since I was a child I am now 48 I opened my own pet store and mine was more exotics and saltwater and reptiles things like that So if I had a customer that had any questions that I could not answer I sent them straight to Elsner and if they ran into something that I would know about they were sent to me We didn't have the kind of business competition where we were trying to undercut each other and I loved that I still go there I still will go there until the day I die. As well as knowing that when you've gone to a store for as long as I have it does leave a good impression it's the family that makes the place as much as the aquariums and the fish. Support them instead of the other places there are in town You will by far not be let down but will gain the information you need to take care of your fish as well as the expertise of generations of fish hobbyists and fish sales going to other pet stores they are not going to have the information that you need about the fish you want and they may have some things to say like there's a fish you want to get but you don't realize it's going to get 3 ft long You wouldn't get told that at one of the big box stores The family owned stores will tell you like Elsner. Please spread the word about these guys let's keep them going. Spread this to your fish enthusiasts if they don't already know about them if they do all you're doing is telling them but they are the best place to go in all of Sheboygan County. They have tough hours for some during the week They have Saturday and they are always busy when they're open!!

They have limited hours but they may be able to work with you. Family owned and operated. Definitely a small business worth supporting 😊

I go far and wide to find the quality of these fish also the low prices extremely polite, well educated people running this establishment. The tanks are phenomenal not a sign of parasites or ick. I will definitely be coming here for now on. Thanx to Allen and Jeff. Glad to have met you.

Alan and his son run a great little hobbyist aquarium shop in the basement. Both of these guys are super friendly and extremely helpful. They always have quite a decent selection of freshwater fish and a sizeable inventory of supplies and equipment, but even if they don't have something that you're looking for, they'll be happy to order it for you. I always come here first when I need something for my aquarium.

Was a very nice self run fish store. Had a good variety of Fresh water fish and very reasonably priced. I was just going to check things out and ended up leaving with another tank set up and fish, because his prices were so good. Went once and I'll be going back!

The owner works out of his home for this business. He also trims trees, installs street lights, etc, so he's very busy. He's over the age of 70 and still going strong. His son also helps run it. Theres a nice variety of fish there, and if you want something they don't have, they'll try to get it in on the next order of fish. Lots of differant types of aquariums, food, supplies, etc. And all very good prices! Unlike pet stores, each aquarium has it's own filtration system. The staff is very knowledgable and will help you pick the fish for any setting whether it's goldfish, community fish, or semi aggressive, etc. They also have baby breeder set ups, aquarium cleaning and maintenance supplies as well as stress coat, aquarium salt, etc. Both owner and son are very friendly and more than happy to help. I'm happy to say I got my aquarium, canister filter and everything else for my aquarium here. He takes very good care of his fish.

Great freshwater aquarium store! This store has many things that big box petstores don't have. I also love the way they have their bettas in large community tanks. Very knowledgeable people and extremely friendly. Not to mention the great prices aswell! Entrance is a little weird but great shop nonetheless! 10/10 will go again!

Went there to buy fish. As we were in the middle of checking out, the phone ranged and he picked up. He was talking for a good 10 mins while we just stood there and waited. Poor service. Little variety.

The owner has been in the business for over 50 years and really knows his stuff, he wont sell you a fish that wont get along with the fish you currently have. He sells over 50 different types of freshwater fish and his prices beat or match all other pet stores in the sheboygan area

It is amazing they have very cool fish and when I go to pet smart all there fish are expensive like the bala sharks there like 2inches long and they where 10 dollars but at eisner’s I got a 7inch bala Shark for 6dollar so I love Eisners aquarium

Very knowledgeable but poor quality fish only 1 out of 3 fish made it very disappointing how the two fish lasted only about just under 2 weeks. Will not be going back here.
