I had a friend go there recently who ended up having a very bad experience. Even though they hire at 16 one of there employees acted like a 6 year old couldn’t keep there hands to there self and pushed my friend. They aren’t friends at all and my friend was very upset this girl thought she could just do that.

They are biased against women, they do not hold up to the warranty that I paid for. I will never do business with them again and I would recommend women go to a more woman friendly business as I will be doing myself from now on.

Absolutely the worst Walmart pharmacy in the country. I travel and get my prescriptions done in the lower 48 states. This is the only one that gives me problems. It sucks cause I need my meds but here the people don't care. They don't try to see what their doing wrong and insist they are doing it right. Then why are they the ONLY ONES who I have problems with?

I always go in with a purpose, so it's always quick to find things and easy to get in and get out when I'm in a hurry. Especially with self checkout. That's a plus for sure.

This Walmart always seems to have exactly what I need. When it comes to my dog food, I struggle at times to find it but guarantee every time I come to this Walmart they have it. Staff is usually pretty friendly

One of the best Walmarts I have ever been in, a noteworthy experience comparatively. Great selection. Worth an extra 30 minute drive over other nearby walmarts

I wouldn't recommend this store to anyone who values organization or customer service. I had an extremely negative experience with an older employee, who, above all else, was extraordinary rude and condescending. Worst customer service I have ever received at any store here in Central Wisconsin. Buyer beware.

I placed an order the night before, was told I could only pick it up after 11:30 the following day, I arrived there for pick up about three pm, I called the number for pickup, they told me they di not have anything in my name, we went back in forth about fifteen minutes with this, after hanging up, I called the back, and I was told they found me, but the item was not in stock, needless to say I was angry, I went inside to speak with the manager, he confirmed what I was told on the phone, my friends who were with me went and looked for the product and found one, when I told the manager, he said that must had just came in, poor service indeed.

They almost ALWAYS have a great selection of almost every department! I travel an extra half hour just to go to the next town"s Walmart instead of Wisconsin Rapids'! Bigger ails, gigger store, friendlier people any WAY better selections! Definitely prefer this location over many others close by!

Don’t plan on working here if you enjoy being sane. They probably won’t pay you what the main payroll is.(experienced) Not only that but the way they treat customers and other employees is embarrassing and wrong. Never enjoyed going in due to the negligence of other workers. Genuinely take your time and money elsewhere. That’s all enjoy yourselves and stay clear.

Finally turned 21 so I went to Walmart to buy a bottle with my 23 year old friend to celebrate. Turns out my plans were ruined because she left before me after her purchase of ginger beer, and I continued to look at the options (I am new to this ya know!). I was going to meet her back at her apartment after choosing, but the cashier decided that it was too suspicious that my friend had left before me and even after showing her my ID and explaining the situation, she insisted that I make my friend turn around and come back to show her ID to the cashier. I understand being watchful of underage drinking but if she was concerned why did she not ask my friend for her ID while in the store? The cashier was quite rude and could’ve handled the situation better.

i’ve seen the way Angie and Jess talk to their employees and they treat them like complete garbage. I have no idea how they got where they are right now because they have 0 people skills and it almost seems as they get off on making peoples lives miserable. They definitely need a reality check and need some training on how to be nice to their employees before they lose everyone.

Called for a tire. Employee said that the tire was in stock. Got there and the tires were not in stock. Had to get the most expensive one. Not happy.

(TLDR: Employees handled a benign situation very improperly.) I went through self check out and I got a five dollar bill out of the machine that felt fake and looked very fake compared to a new bill. I talked with the checkout operator and he didn’t now what to do, so he told me to go and talk to the customer service desk. I went showed it to a employee at the service desk and she went away and didn’t come back. (I thought she was getting a new bill and I waited for a long time). After waiting, a new employee asked if we needed anything. I told her I’d like a new bill. She responded with, “ You guys have been examining that bill for a while now and if you think it’s counterfeit, I’m not taking it back.” I asked if there was some policy against it. She didn’t answer and just repeated that she didn’t feel comfortable exchanging it. I told her that somehow if this magically happens again to someone else, that she should stop them from excepting it if that’s the problem. I looked into it and it’s probably not a counterfeit bill. It’s just a 20 year old bill in very good condition. And even then it came out of your machine, so why wouldn’t you just give me a new one? Do you want to scam me, lol? You have cameras, you can check if you’re skeptical of me… Anyway, I don’t care about the bill, I just care that I got ignored by one employee and told off by another. I really like Walmart and have friends that work there too. I’ll still shop there but with a very sour taste in my mouth.
