Honestly awful, the service is great and the guys at the front desk are super nice but the work they do is awful. Everytime I've taken my car in it comes back with something else cracked or bent and one time new noise in my exhaust area. Its just a huge disappointment and it irritates me. Don't take it in to these guys unless you want something bent or cracked or possibly something worse.

I have an imported, right hand drive vehicle from Japan that was never sold in America.Many auto shops will not work on it as the car is not in American systems, and information and parts are not available.Team Matthews Tire Center in Plover didn't hesitate to take a wack at it, and now my JDM is going down the road straight as an arrow after they did my alignment!Highly recommend them, they aren't afraid to work outside of the box on odd vehicles, and do a great job. My car has never driven so straight and handled so well! Thanks Team Matthew!

Every time I have been to Team Matthews they have been polite, professional, accommodating, and welcoming. Today I stopped in to make an appointment and they offered to work me into their schedule right away. I had my rescue dog in the car with me and they offered to let him come inside with me and wait while my vehicle was being looked at. That kind of customer service is unheard of these days. This is just one more reason I will remain a loyal customer. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

I haven’t been to Matthews tire in a few years but when I went in the past they were very very good and I was very pleased with the tires and the work. I just stopped today and again was beyond impressed with the quality, personal, knowledgeable service. They explained things while checking my tires for leaks around the stems and on the tire themselves. They explained why they were looking inside my door and taking pictures even though I knew they were - checking for the tire size and vin. I really appreciated the thoroughness and the explanations and kindness of the staff.They have a great variety of tires and I’m hoping to be able to get mine replaced soon.

Personally won’t EVER go there again. Went to get new tires put on my car. Tires got out on but they ran my car into another car in the parking lot in the process of pulling my car in. Still charged 100% FULL price including their labor charge and their tire recycling fee. Not a single thing knocked off after 8k of damage in body work. Yes their insurance paid for it, however, I had to do most of the work in the insurance claim process which was a nightmare in itself. Tires work great, I will say that. But again, I’d look elsewhere before going here.

Could tell my Jeep battery was on its way out. I reached out to them to see if they could check my charging system. Without hesitation, they told me to stop in and they would take a look at it. This was literally less than 5 minutes before they closed shop, yet still told me to bring it on down. A couple of the fellas stayed late to make sure I was taken care of! Will work with the again.

Well, what started from 2 good referrals turned into something more. More, as an a good thing! Went in for an oil change and an engine light read, then after that they were more than kindly able to work me through certain fixes. Unlike most places I have been to they weren't doucheè or pressuring me to do anything. The customer service is great and the mechanical service itself is great and reasonable. These guys definitely seem super knowledgeable, do honest work, and definitely have a welcoming demeanor to openly communicate with. They definitely did a few follow-ups with very little to or of no charge because, who doesn't want to get their job done right the 1st time ya know? They were flexible and seemed happy to take me in as soon as they can to get my mechanical needs taken care of. Overall, I think they may have found a new returning customer.The team at Matthew's is always willing to help with services they can help with and give knowledgeable advices. Have been returning to them for any vehicle needs and is always flexible to work in scheduling. Their work and customer service is always on point. Can never show enough appreciation for what they do.

This is an honest, fair business that you can trust. I have gone to them for years, and have never had anything but a stellar experience. They consistently go above and beyond in their services, and strive to offer fair pricing. The most important thing for me however, is the respect they gave my wife whenever she brought her car in. Instead of taking advantage of a someone who is not knowledgeable about cars (as goes the stereotype), they were patient, explained the issues and solutions clearly, and never once treated her as anything other than an important customer. Special shout out to Corey, who we both have dealt with many times. He's an asset to the team, but also is also an asset to the customer.Thanks guys!

Every time I go in there the gentleman behind the counter is always more than willing to help me with whatever I need. Corey Brookins gave us the kind of service that's difficult to find these days. We were having a difficult time finding wheels for our 2006 Corvette. We tried looking online, and also some other tire and aftermarket dealers. If we found a wheel we liked, it was either out of stock, too expensive, or required spacers to make them fit. One place tossed me a 3 year old book, and told us to pick something out and come back. The book was next to useless as it did not specify fitment, just size. We showed Corey an example of what we wanted. He took down my information and told me he would email me what he could find. We wanted a black and polished finish and a price under $1000 for 4. He emailed me the next day with a wheel we loved, a price we liked, and best of all they were in stock, ready to ship. We ran into some issues we didn't expect, nobody's fault, but just the kind of unpleasant surprises one runs into with jobs like this. He bent over backwards to make those issues little less painful. I've done business there before and have always been satisfied. Corey totally raised the bar with the service he gave us. I hope Mathews Tires appreciates him as much as we do.

I have been taking my precious little buggy to Team Matthews for many years now. I wouldn't trust her with anyone else but these guys! Drew is one of the nicest man I have ever met, along with John who works on my Charger. Just a wonderful group of guys. They are so very honest and I can honestly say in all my years of driving (a very long time! Lol) they are the BEST in the business! We have had oil changes, minor misc repairs, and tires replaced here. Usually things I can't do without a lift or if it's too cold. Very professional staff, very friendly, and very good work. They are always happy to look at this or that if I have concerns and give estimates. Very fair pricing. Always my first call if I can do it myself or if I need a second opinion! Life long customers earned in us!

Im a divorced, disabled, older woman with three grown daughters. What we know about cars fills a thimble. The guys here, never, look down their noses at us. They explain everything. Are willing to work with us so we can afford repairs. They are not pushy, or rude. We never feel like total idiots when we deal with them, and they keep our cars going. Great prices, even better service, and a really great group of guys. I cant say enough about them. Strongly recommend going to them. You can trust them.

Honest people here that seem to actually want to do the best they can for you. Did not meet any of the mechanics in the back, but Corey did a great job at the front desk. Had some bad tires i got from a different place, these guys did their best to make them right and put some data together for me so i could return them and make a case for replacement. In the future i will do everything through Team Matthews and avoid headaches!

My wife was in town for business. Overnight her tire completely deflated. I drove in from Green Bay to take care of it. Team Matthews was the only place who would look at it for me, even though they were fully booked. I went to multiple other places on a Friday at 9am and was told I would have to leave the tire for the day. Tony (from Team Matthews) recognizing that I was in a bind, offered to take care of it right away. Great service, super friendly, and a great experience in a very stressful situation. I’m not from the area, but would recommend to anyone close by to come here.

Very good people here! Definitely would go here every time while in the area!! I had car problems while passing through and stopped here and asked for help. They went ABOVE & BEYOND for me!!! They are literally a Godsend!! I can't stress enough how great they were! I was very stressed, in the middle of a very long trip & didn't see any hope at all of how to get through the jam I was in. I have been a customer of Team Matthews Tire and Auto for more than 20 years. They have always been there for us when we have needed them with prompt, courteous and great service! Today was no different. My wife’s vehicle was having tire issues. I am laid up after knee surgery. They were completely booked for the day and yet they got us in and got things fixed. A great big thank you to Tony and the gang in Plover for the going the extra yard today to help us out at a stressful time! I always go to Matthews and can’t recommend them enough!

Update.. I'm not sure what's happened to this business but from my last review till now they have changed their business practices. My son went there because his car was towed to their establishment for work to be done they told my son that his car had a blown motor and it would cost approximately $7000 to get it fixed at that point we had the car toad to another shop and they informed us the only thing wrong with the car was a blown head gasket... The only thing that stopped them from ripping off my son was the fact that they could not obtain the motor Do to shortages...DON'T GO HERE.Upset pastor Jerry.Ps I spoke to one of their staff concerning what happened they said they would look into it and get back to me they never called.My opinion of Matthew tire plover (opinion changed)

Bought new tires for almost $700.00 got a flat and they said they CAN'T help me fix it. Also its under warranty so If I were you I wouldn't go there! Wow, some people and places are low-down. I have kids and simply cant afford all these expenses.

The Plover Matthews Tire Center is very poorly run. They don't care if customers have to wait way over the time that repairs were supposed to take. I was told 20 minutes but 2 hours later I was still waiting. I had to took my repair to a near-by competitor. The Wisconsin Rapids shop is a good business while the Plover shop is the worst I have ever been to. I will not patronize them ever again.
