I came in to return an Amazon package for the first time at staples. The woman was busy with a customer but the man wasn’t. No one said anything while I was waiting and then a woman and her kid walked in and the man talked to them right away. He took forever (like 15-20 min) trying to take a passport picture of the kid. And the woman was taking forever doing a shipping order. Like she kept on taking out bubble wrap, wrapping the item and then getting more bubble wrap. It ended up being a line of 5 people waiting to do an Amazon return. Finally at that point (after waiting like 15-20 min) the manager came up and finally helped me. It took like a minute to do the return. I’m never coming back to staples for an Amazon return again, kohls is better. I just wanted to go to staples because I was going to petco.

if I could give 0 stars I would. The employees here will flat out lie to you if you call just to get you through the door. Tried to do a UPS dropoff which I had called about earlier to ask if I needed to box the item up first, even when I told them the size of the item they said they would handle the box and I just needed to bring the return label and the item. Once there the story changed and they refused to take it. Don't believe these people. Glad I wasted all the gas and time to come here from out of town

Went to ship a package through UPS. The lady at the counter said the UPC code had to be taped to the box. I asked to use the packaging tape which was right on the counter, and she said i could not use it. I'm sure that small strip of tape would have put them out of business.

Just left there. Dropped of an Amazon return and a UPS shipment. Mike was beyond rude. Didn’t acknowledge me as I waited for him while he has no customer. He wouldn’t make eye contact and reacted as if I was a complete bother. I asked for a piece of tape and he slams my package with a laptop in it on the counter. Will lose May customer aid you keep him on. Terrible customer service. I will never go back, there are way more other businesses that offer the same services

Mike was very rude at the scanning department. I came to scan a physical photo to get a digital copy of it. I asked Mike and he told me I can do it at the "self scanner." I told him I have never used the self scanner and asked if he can help me, but instead he just explained to me behind the counter how to do it. I walked over to the scanner and wasn't sure how to do it, I went back to him for assistance..... he came over and proceeded to tell me "I didn't read directions." After he made that comment, I didn't feel comfortable anymore so I quickly finished up and left. Also, the quality of the digital photo wasn't good so I don't recommend it.

I had a problem with a printer I purchased several months ago that was now outside of the normal return window. All of the employees, including the store manager, were very understanding and helpful. They addressed my concerns in a professional manner and helped me resolve the issue.

Very nice knowledgeable staff. The online price was cheaper than the store price they had no problem honoring it. Also, signed up for rewards program. Up to 5% back and $2 back for recycling ink cartridges, as long as you spend $30 on ink there.

Jason was very helpful and knowledgeable on the issues with my computer. Was a little disappointed when went to pick it up, found similar issue on the computer and other techs could not resolve and did not know what Jason had done. Returned next day and Jason had resolved the issue and it works great.

Your standard Staples store. There are currently great back to school sales on things like notebooks. I have found the staff to be very helpful. When I didn't know how to scan and fax, the attendant at the copy center gave me great instructions. The lines at checkout were short, actually no line this time.

the copy center inside of this staples, is the best in Stevens Point. the lady who helped my daughter + i was so v kind + patient with us! It was the best customer service i received in a v long time. will def go back! ty

I have shopped at this Staples for years. They have a large selection of office supplies, computers & peripherals, office/computer 💻 furniture. They have very competitive prices, an excellent and helpful staff and an excellent store manager. Also have à rewards program which allows you to accumulate store credits from purchases that are regularly converted into checks that can be used to purchase Merchandise in the store. You can also receive credits for printer ink cartridges you recycle by turning them in at the store.

Beware. Was upsold a Lenovo U510 Ultrabook Ideapad and Complete Care Plan by Easytech Andy. Was assured of the system's stability with the classic "I own one of these myself and have never had an issue" shtick. System didn't last 6 months under normal text-based work. Hard drive failure. Merely 4 months into ownership and Lenovo will not fix without a charge, Complete Care will not help due to the manufacture's warranty, and the store basically told me that they make no guarantees of anything and have no responsibility (Manager's exact words). They got my $850.00. I got bupkis. I would not recommend buying anything from Staples under any circumstances. This review was typed on my 10 year old Gateway laptop that I purchased at Best Buy.
