John came in and did the install, he worked fast and extremely efficient, doing a great job. Definitely will be using again in the future!

Tanner and his crew did an exceptional job. We got LVP flooring, carpet, and a custom tile shower from him. Before I was even aware of any issues with the tile his crew noticed a defect and fixed it without any hesitation. They take pride in their work, and you can tell they do. Wouldn’t recommend any other place for flooring / tile work.

Everything about my recent experience with Saindon Carpet One will definitely have me recommending this business to both family and friends.I needed to replace some carpeting in the lower level of my home and I wasn't quite sure what I wanted. I was directed to a color and style that worked beautifully and not something I would have picked without the encouagement from Mick who was very knowledageable about the variety of carpets available. I appreciated the time he took to make sure I got the carpet that would enhance that area.The installer John certainly knew what he was doing. He was both efficient and skilled. His work was nothing short of stellar.There is no question if I ever need carpeting in the future, Carpet One will get my business.One more thing -- I felt very comfortable with the final price.Our community is lucky to have a business like Saindon Carpet One.It would be difficult to top them when it comes to customer service.

It's hard to find a family business that displays the customer service and quality work that Saindon Carpet One does. I am very impressed with their attention to detail and their knowledge about the products they endorse. I had some very unpleasant experiences with some of the "big box" stores. From carpeting my whole house, cleaning my carpets, Rick and Sherrie the two owners have been great to me. Prices have always been reasonable and they worked with me and not only found the perfect color for each of our 4 bedrooms but Sherrie even helped me match my paint and carpeting! This was such a huge help when I was overwhelmed with everything, it made the process much more smooth for me. One of their sons and another gentleman did the install which was beautiful and done faster than I had expected. I believe this must be a family business because their other son came and cleaned are carpets a year later and it was also done very well. I highly recommend this store not only for prices and quality of work they provided for me but the very welcoming and helping atmosphere they provided.

Can't say enough good things about the great customer service we have received from start to finish. Tanner and Rick were great in helping us choose our carpet, laminate and vinyl and the installers were absolutely fantastic. Everyone has been very professional and focused on our satisfaction. I had Carpet One install carpeting in my house and it was fantastic! They did a great job helping with picking out the flooring that would best fit our room and even held it for us for over a month while our remodel was going on. The install was quick and the guys were very friendly. They cleaned everything up and took any garbage with them when they left which was great. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for flooring!

Had Carpet One's Lees for Living carpet installed through my whole house and absolutely love it!!!! With a child and dog You won't believe the mess I get on the carpet, and I don't have to worry about any stains not coming out. Grape juice was even a breeze to get out without any problems. Would definitely recommend Carpet One's Lees for Living carpet in anyone's home!!!!!

Sherry, the mom/boss/manager, whatever she is, has absolutely no clue about how to speak to a possible customer. My landlord and I called Rolls and Rems for an estimate. When Sherry came out, she spoke to my landlord and me so condescendingly that we both couldn't believe we just experienced that. When you visit possible future customers at the home with hopes of earning their business, you don't treat them like idiots. Instead of Sherry giving us an estimate, she told us we would have to rip out the carpet first so she could come out and inspect it again. She also told me that she wasn't going to come out "a bunch of times" either. At this point I was still fine with that, but I just wanted to get an idea of what Sherry's ideal condition of prep is so I could just have it ready for them to install floor. So I called her up and asked. Sherry told me that she wasn't going to be in the middle of this and said I just need to figure this out with my landlord on how to get the floor to acceptable condition. I was merely trying to ask what Sherry's "acceptable condition" was. I was getting tired of how she was speaking to me, and told her that I don't appreciate it especially since I'm a possible future customer. She then informed me that "I" was NOT her customer since she's billing my landlord and that maybe we should get someone else to do the work. So I called my landlord and now we are speaking with a competitor who spoke to us so nice and professional, and assured the quality of their work as well as our satisfaction. They also said there were unknown variables, except then gave us prices on best, worst, and in-between scenarios. I guess they understand what an "estimate" actually is.Just to be clear, the sons and father (i'm assuming) were very nice when I briefly delt with them. Rolls and Rems lost our business because of Sherry.

Scheduled an estimate for hardwood flooring. Owner Rick came and measured our job and said I'd have an estimate in a day or so. A week later and no estimate, so I CALLED the store and asked about the estimate and was told they would get back to me. NO CALL BACK< NO ESTIMATE< NO CONTACT WHATSOEVER. You make the conclusion.....
