Very Polite, and delightful. Dog, smelt refreshed, and nails, were nice! However, ears were, not cleaned, nor were, teeth brushed, both, of which, were paid for, and, I know, My dog, sits good, for BOTH.I wish I would have looked a little closer BEFORE leaving such a generous tip.

Amy is amazing and Duncan loves her. Poor Amy had a rough day and was late to the appointment because she had a flat tire. I was very impressed that even though her whole day's schedule was thrown off, she didn't skimp on the quality of her work. It did take much longer than usual because of this but I would much rather wait for the grooming session to be finished and done well than to skimp on the quality service. Great job, Amy, as usual.

Amy was so helpful! It was very busy with phone calls when we arrived, and she remained calm and friendly to us and the people calling in. Also, we inadvertantly brought in the wrong pet's rabies vaccine document and she called our vet for us to verify vaccine info. When we picked up our dogs, Amy had done an amazing job with their nails and the haircuts.

I loved the grooming services and didn't have an issue at all. With that being said we probably won't be returning just because if a dog were to bite a worker because they were scared they wouldn't be released back to us. The Humane Society would be called. So with that being said we won't be returning but it was amazing to see the difference how clean and cute they look. Thank you so much!

Nail trims and grooming are usually so stressful for the dog and for me. Carly was so good with Tiny - and that makes us feel better. It's obvious that Carly likes dogs and likes her job. The salon is clean, and the staff are friendly and helpful.

The previous groomer I had gone to required 2 visits to complete one job and I was charged full price both times, the second time I had to stay and hold my dog even. With Petco it was easy! I dropped her off and they called me when she was ready for pick up. I will definitely be returning

Love going to Petco to get my puppies toys . But I took her to her first grooming appointment. Left her at 9 am and picked her up at 1pm . I understand it’s her first grooming but I paid for a package to get her deshedding . And well I know they couldn’t dry her because she was freaking out but she looked half done . I came home and brushed her and this is all that came out . She was shedding for a couple days after like they said but when I went in with a brush her where it looks like they missed tons of areas . Kinda disappointed.

We always bring our Doberman to Petco to get his nails trimmed. He is highly stressed when we try to do it at home and Petco makes the experience stress free and quick. Plus the price is great. We all love our pets so much so why not make nail trimming a fast and painless process! Petco does that. Thank you!

I always groomed my dog, last October I took her to Petco been fighting fleas since!! Nothing changed in our routine save Going to Petco. This is horrible going to have to get professional in my apartment to bomb the hell out of it. Never again!

We took our English Cocker here twice. The 1st time the cut was OK but not great and it took twice as long as scheduled. The groomer was clearly rattled by being behind which I’m sure caused her to rush. The 2nd time the cut was not close to what we asked for. Looking for a better place to go.

Sassy was an absolute mess. Her regular groomer was unable to do her, and she was 4 weeks late for her cut and bath. Mariah did a great job bathing and clipping her. We will be using your services again, and hopefully have Mariah again.

Even though there was a scheduling mixup in the computer system they were able to work in my dog for her grooming services that day. Very friendly. Polite. Will be going back again.

Was not impressed with there grooming. Staff was friendly and listened to what we normally get done to our doodle. Store manager was and hour late opening the store forcing out scheduled appointment back. The shampoo they used dried out dogs skin out and the cut was to close to his skin.

Jimmy and Shorty looked great and smelled so good. They didn't stink when they went in but smelled clean when we picked them up.and they told us they were good.i wasn't sure how they would act away from us.i felt they were in good hands there.
