I go shopping here all the time, it's great usually have everything I need and employees are always polite and really respectful. Prices can be really great sometimes depending on if there is a deal or not.

Wanted to buy holiday scratch offs. They had them hanging all over. Was told they were in the machine but none were in there. I guess they were just for looks, I have to buy them elsewhere.

I don’t like Pick and Save or Metro Market. Their digital coupon program is appealing, but a pain to use in the store because there is a weak internet signal, you have to go outside to add the item and then it never works right anyway. None of the employees knew how it worked. Both items I added didn’t have the digital sale price.

Great local market. Self checkout lanes on both sides of the store make it easy to get in and out. Produce is consistently average, but never bad. Check out the artisan cheese selection just past the bakery.

I had an issue at the self checkout today trying to choose the correct option for donuts in the search feature. I asked Kathy to help me. I clicked out of the “Donut” search I had done, so she could enter the number. Then she yelled, “NO NO NO NO!” When I said, “jesus are you okay?” She started laughing as if yelling at me was just a big joke and reached out to grab my arm. I shifted back and exclaimed, “Don’t touch me!” I understand that her generation probably has different boundaries, but touching customers in any capacity is frowned upon everywhere. I think a better position would be for her behind a counter somewhere rather than supervising the self checkout where she has limitless opportunities to invade the personal space of customers. MetroMarket, please limit Kathy’s interactions with customers. Customers, try to avoid Kathy. Also, the code is 2505 for bakery donut count fyi.

This metro market has a huge issue with accepting coupons, both manufacturers coupons and their own store coupons that Kroger mails to you. I've had numerous coupons that completely qualified but the employees refuse to accept them, either because they don't know how to approve them or they just don't feel like it. I participate in a lot of paid brand feedback surveys where I will get a coupon for a free item and I'm supposed to try it and give the company my feedback on their item, then I get paid by that company for my time and this store makes it impossible for me to do that. If you have a coupon for a free item this store makes it seem like you're trying to steal from them. Funny thing is that the Metro Market in Stevens Point is great at accepting coupons and even their self checkouts automatically accept most coupons without even involving a employee at all.. something this Metro should really learn something from.

Purchase liverworst on 8/6 when I went to use it on 8/7 I realized it was expired on 8/1 after looking at the color when I opened it. This had happened in the past and very frustrating when a grocery store repeatedly sells expired food. I still shop here for convenience but be advised on purchasing expired food.

Only was there for one product but the stocker was happy to help. However the supply of the product was limited to two choices of the brand of cat treats I buy in small bags.

I can't login to the app and I've called multiple times and no one helps me. I can't access my prescriptions, and I can't access the digital coupons. Poor customer service!

The cheese selection is phenomenal! So many good choices, and I like that they are embracing Charcuterie demands. They have a great selection of ready sandwiches, sushi, and desserts.

It would help to minimize the "impulse item" stands that disallow two shopping carts to pass simultaneously. I get extremely anxious here due to how narrow the aisles are. Shopping here is a negative experience I dread. It shouldn't be this stressful.

I love this store. For some reason their bakery fresh doughnuts are not very good lately. They are over proofed and today they were under cooked. Very disappointed

First time visiting the place. Above-average produce selection. I was offered a "Points/Club Card" at checkout and, after paying, the cashier instructed me to give my name and phone number to the person at the service desk to finalize the account. The service desk employee had some obvious challenges in customer service skills. She took 10 minutes to enter my name, address, and, phone number into the system. Another customer in the system had the same phone number and the employee told me that I was wrong. She showed me the other customers' contact information on the computer screen and asked me my name again. After a moment of confusion, she asked me how someone else could have the same phone number as I claimed to have. I explained that people change phone numbers and the customer on the screen probably used to have my number. She then told me there was nothing she could do about it and that I should never lose my card as it was not linked to an account. It was the most bizarre waste of time in public I've had on a Sunday morning in years. If you gotta get groceries this place will suffice. The store, unfortunately, is probably not worth making a special trip.

first impressions are everything. after waiting in line it must have been break time so I was told to go to another line. they don't have a "store card" for perk prices, I am just here for a couple of days working, so they can charge me higher prices. won't be back.

You will wait in line for an hour guaranteed. One lane open always and it's wrapped every which way🙄

1st bad experience: My husband and I needed groceries after a very long day. Mind you I was 8 months pregnant. We had a full cart of groceries. Apparently the registers are closed after 8:00 if they aren’t very busy? There were 3 employees standing around talking to each other doing NOTHING. My husband and I asked if they could open a register since we had a full cart of groceries and it would be very difficult to use the self check out. One of the 3 people told us that we had to use the self checkout. And then she turned and continued on with her conversation with the other 2 employees. We asked again if they could open the register. Again this lady said they close the registers when they aren’t busy. SO, we had to use the self Checkout for an entire cart of groceries! It’s was difficult and inconvenient!!Second bad experience: (5/18/20) My first experience using the Pick n Save App. We were given only $43.01 out of $109.94 worth of groceries! We got all the way home and found this out (30 minutes away from the store). The employee didn’t communicate to us that she didn’t fill our entire order! All she said was “the receipt is in the bag”. As this was our first time using the Pick Up option we did not know that the employee was supposed to go through our order with us. I called the manager and spoke to John. John was apologetic and stated that he will work with his employees on training them better. (All that was needed was COMMUNICATION!) John states that some of the items were out of stock. I asked “the store is even out of Folgers coffee?” John said they weren’t. Therefore, the lady that “filled” our order clearly didn’t know what she was doing. Frustrating beyond belief!!! We will never shop here again!

Had to go through self check out with a full cart because they only had one normal check out lane and a giant line. Which is fine. However the lady they had watching over the self check out was extremely rude and it was my first time having to do produce at a self check out because I always go through normal line. Customer service was the worst I have ever experienced. I even explained it was my first time doing it and sorry I didn’t do it right and she was just completely rude to me. Maybe I’ll start going elsewhere again.

Not from the area but decided to grab groceries on my way home. Great selection of produce, cheese and meat. Received excellent customer service from “Aaron” in the meat department; he was super helpful and kind. Will make it back to this store to shop again.

9/20- Zero checkouts open besides self checkout. Prior visit: Enjoy the selection of food, quality, and deli. The aisles are tight but the worst part of shopping here is the check out. One regular checkout open during an extremely busy Friday afternoon! Awful!! Trying to force you to self check out. The staff at check out was trying to hurry and bowled the cucumber down the alley crushing all my chips. Clearly stressed and making mistakes.

The person at the Deli was the best Customer service I have experienced in this store. He was so very helpful and engaging. The time was about 11:15. I just didn't think to remember his name. I would rate 5 except for the selection of product. 2 bread products I wanted to buy were not on the shelf. And too many people in line for the 2 checkout people. Copps has to sell service because they won't beat Walmart prices.

I left a bag with 3 items. I didn't notice it until the morning when I went to pack my lunch. I never keep my receipts for food, and I'm not going outside to dig in the garbage. I called the store and they said I needed to bring in my receipt. Why would I lie about something like that!! Looks like I'll have to go out of my way to another store !!!!!

I stopped in this morning to look at Mother's Day plants and flowers. The selection was awesome and I got some excellent advice and help from one of the clerks too. I will be making a purchase by Saturday from Copps because of the superior service I received this morning...

A great store, with great associates. Previously was a pleasure to shop at, but self check out ruins the whole experience.

At the checkout our check was declined. We have good credit. We were sent to Certegy so now we've got Copps/Pick & Save/Kroger and a third party about writing a check. If the bad check rate was 25percent maybe? No we'll not be repeat customers mb

Stopped to get a cold drink at their coffee bar as I was shopping. Had to wait to have someone paged to come and make it. She stated it would be a bit so if I wanted to continue shopping go ahead. I was glad she mentioned that because I was a bit limited on time. Came back, had to get someone paged again. Went to buy it, told her I thought it was wrong. She said no that's what I made. Went to pay cash and she stated that register didn't take cash. Finally got out of there took one sip and it was wrong.....

Garbage can is overflowing outside the door daily and people who are not busy say they are not supposed to change the gabage can and they let it stay that way which lets trash get into the parking lot. Cigarette funnel is doesn't work so could be removed since it is not helping. They could recycle cans/plastic bottles. People would gladly put the recycling in a separate garbage can. Parking lot has trash and landscaping needs work. Cashiers are friendly/kind/good. Produce area: they could vacuum the food bins. Organic food could be put all in one area. Reverse osmosis water has been broken many times and they could insulate it for the winter and more. I don't like checking myself out on registers.I may not do it well. People need a friendly face to meet/greet them and help them. Copps is open late, but people don't know it since it is not written on the door with the correct times. Grass cut needs to be not put in ditch in the back which is not a dump, but left on the grass and just pick up the trash instead of cutting it up. Who is in charge of changing the garage can/picking up trash in the parking lot. The outside needs to be as clean as the inside. I like the store and appreciate their prices/organic food/water and friendly smiles/help. Thanks for helping!
