I don’t like giving negative reviews but because this is multiple occasions of issues - I have to warn fellow patrons of the mess you’re getting into. Do not ever buy an appliance from here. I’ve bought a refrigerator in August of 2023 and more recently a dishwasher in April of 2024. Both times I paid for the delivery feature and both times were a complete mess. I decided to give them another chance after the first situation, but the 2nd time was even worse. They lied each time regarding delivery process; we told them we needed the appliance by a certain date and the representative assured us it wouldn’t be a problem. Only to call and schedule the delivery and find out; “our information was never entered,” and then they miraculously found the order, only to be told “they’ll schedule when the appliance comes in stock.” Which is completely opposite of what I was told when we made the purchase - “it was confirmed in stock and if we wanted we could take it home that night.” That was a few days ago. What bothers me is the most is that when I asked for refund because they couldn’t get the delivery made in time like they promised, the manager on duty seemed relieved and proposed no options. That tells me the customer means nothing and they have plenty of business. I will take all of my future business to their competition going forward and won’t make the same mistake with this particular Lowe’s location.

I ordered a pallet of ice melt , a spreader,and a stove . The semi driver dropped the pallet of salt next to my main shop and rest by my other office the guy was awsome. Thank you again!

The staff in the ceramic tile area have been extremely helpful. But there was no clerk checking customers out. Zero. However, there were 3 employees hovering around SELF CHECK because everyone was needing their help. Why couldn't at least one of them open up a lane?

Their ease of acces for contractors is simply amazing for keeping track of orders and their estimate tool for us is nothing short of amazing.

Lowe’s sucks! Was bought a finishing nailer for Christmas. Already have one “the same exact one”. Tried to get store credit to get a framing nailer instead. I don’t have receipt because it was a gift. They won’t even do store credit. Never used and still have the box. Go to Home Depot. Way better place to shop and cost less.

Had to do some quick cuts for some shelves I needed for our semi truck. They were very helpful and figured out what exactly I wanted and needed. Super nice guy, Dewey, helped me. Everyone I came into contact that day went above and beyond to help this trucker out!

Lowes let’s you bring dogs shopping! The employees sometimes have treats for them too! I have purchased 2 appliances here over the years and delivery was no problem. If you order by 2 in store (unsure on online cut off) they can assign your delivery to the next day! FYI-There’s a clearance section between the plumbing area and grill area. Plus on weekday evenings the departments seem to mark down items that need to go.

My granddaughter and her boyfriend recently had a washer and dryer set delivered Monday. Free installation? Don't trust them do anything right. They failed to place the drain tube into its proper location and her first load of water ended up on their brand new flooring that was laid Saturday. Now they are saying that they are not responsible for replacing or reinstalling the new floor. What kind of service is this? Subpar!!

Ordered a dishwasher, they lost my order, they told installer it was at my house after i paid for it to be delivered by them (never delivered), finally it gets picked up by installer, my wife takes morning off to be there for appointment, take it out of box and it is scratched/dented, cracked in multiple spots, told installer to take it back to lowes. No one reached out from lowes for half a day. I call, bunch of confusion. they ask if i want to cancel order or re-order it from them.No additional discount, no gift card, no management apology for all of the stuff listed above. will be taking my 10k annual spend to home depot or menards

This store is terrible! I get a different answer every time I go in about my order. They also NEVER have the store manager or assistant store manager there to help with issues at customer service. No one knows what to do. They also never answer their phone. I really wish Home Depot was closer. Sigh....

I was there at 605 AM and the doors were still locked. Looking through the door I could see 3 associates talking. I tried ringing the buzzer on the side of the door still no response. I walked away and will never go back again.

Overall I always have a positive experience. Checkout is quick, employees are helpful when needed. Stock is variable, but likely a supply chain issue. Online order was picked in well under an hour when it said 3. Very happy with online order pickup. Quick and easy, whether from an employee or the locker system.

Employees did not allow my fiance to use an outlet in the store to charge their phone. Our vehicle was smoking in the parking lot, phone was dying, and they needed to be able to call their insurance company. Employees refused.Pathetic customer service.One star for friendliness and helpfulness of the staff when buying items.

Highly recommended.This place is absolutely the most awesome home improvement place in the area. Very knowledgeable, awesomely helpful, friendly, nice atmosphere, clean, and the shelves all stocked well. Decent prices also. They were the only ones in the area that would cut the wood I bought there, and in many pieces with kindness and positivity.The young man that was there that was also a veteran was an awesome guy. I can't say enough about how cool he was in helping me and being friendly. He got every single cut exactly as I needed it. A very good guy. Bravo! Thank you all, I'll definitely be back!!

Careful with the rebate program. I was encouraged to upgrade to a more expensive dishwasher in order to get the service insulation rebate ($183 value). Apparently, the rebate center "conveniently" has their own list of qualifying items, and my item was not on their list. Even though the sales rep told me I qualify and gave me the rebate form for the item. Tried calling the store to talk to them about it but was told they were busy and they will call me back.....they never did. I don't appreciate this form of false advertising and will be taking future business down the street to Menards.

I went to the Lowe's in Plover to buy a shop vac, today. I won't be going back there, for awhile. The shop vac I wanted was on sale for $54.99 instead of $59.99. Went to register, and it rang up at $59.99. Went to meet someone in aisle 17, as I told gal that's where I got it from. She didn't listen. She called customer service to aisle 15, instead of 17. So, I then had to go up front a second time to have someone follow me over there. By the time I FINALLY had the shop vac and paid for it, it was a thirty minute ordeal. I expressed my frustration with Zach, the manager. He didn't seem to care, but said he'd talk to gal about it. Whatever. I will stick to Menards from now on. Lowe's had a better price, but, poor customer service. Good help is hard to find.

Sales Service with appliances is great. But it took 4 deliveries to get 1 undamaged working fridge. Their internal computer system needs work or more attention to detail in the warehouse.

Keegan, Pamela and Steve were FANTASTIC, they should get a raise. They were friendly, helpful and apologetic for my wait time.This guy in picture, spent over 35 minutes "visiting" with someone(friend) rather than helping other customers. then later when called by an associate for help he told them to call someone else he was busy.

The person in the garden section did everything he could to avoid eye contact when we walked in. Heaven forbid he'd greet us. Then when we checked out he didn't say anything other than ask if we were using a Lowe's card or were member of military and I responded no. Again, no hello. When I said thank you when he handed me my receipt he literally said nothing.

I wouldn't even give a star for Lowe's carpet installation!! After seeing other carpet installs by others I'm embarrassed by what we got! They showed up late in the day and kept us up until 12:00 am. to finish. Left a mess and a horrible patch job in our hallway we still look at to this day because the Lowe's complaint center does nothing!!! I highly recommend get someone else for carpeting!!!😡😡😡😡😡
