Went to Ashley’s for a new mattress and bed frame. We were greeted at the door by a friendly consultant (Jared) and he helped us test out a variety of beds to find the best one for us! He was also very patient while we decided between several frames. Did not pressure us at all to buy but answered any questions we had. Overall very happy with our experience and felt confident we had everything we needed.

I was greeted near the entrance by salesman, Chris. Right off the bat, Chris was knowledgeable of furniture on the floor. He offered a few different options that fit my description of needs for a new sofa. Chris provided a quick, no hassle, no pressure experience. I will definitely look out for Chris next time I stop in the store. Derek and Mark delivered the sofa pieces to my home. The delivery was quick and easy. The text notifications and real-time location of the delivery truck is a real handy feature. Thank you Furniture & Appliance mart for a great overall experience.

We have purchased several appliances from Furniture & Appliance Mart in the past so when our refrigerator quit we went right back there and Chris greeted us. We explained colors of our kitchen and Chris lined up some great choices to help stay in budget making the selection easier. He lined up a delivery date for us which gave us time to make sure everything was set in our kitchen. The delivery was awesome, the ease at which they went through the process of checking off the list and taking time to explain certain cool down time's was great. When a store takes time to know the customer they will come back again. Thanks Furniture & Appliance Mart!

I (M35) came patronized this establishment on Monday looking for a sectional. while looking around a nice young man, Cody (M23??), approached me asking if I needed help. he was very knowledgeable about a variety of couches, sectionals, and recliners alike. although I did not make a purchase that day. I am confident when I'm ready I will be coming back to see Cody.

I was confused on if my fridge was still covered, after sitting on the line, I was kindly greeted and asked about my model. After some back and forth, Cody helped me figure out that my warranty expired 2 months ago. Unfortunate but was very kind nontheless.

We were helped directly after entering the store, and bought a full living room set with warranty. Which paid off, with my kids staining the couch with their lunchtime snacks. They were easy to naviagate and next thing I knew we had a service technician out to fix our couch and get rid of the stains.

Scam artist's! They sell inferior products then sell you a warranty that guarantees to cover all life's accidents but then deny your claim within hours without even looking at it claiming you said its wear and tear. As you can see from the owners response they know it's a scam and just don't care. I won't buy anything from them ever again.

Would not recommend. They will sell you an extremely over priced mattress claiming it's the last one you will ever need to buy because of their great warranty. But then won't honor the warranty if you removed original tag from the mattress.

Can't express how great of service we received yesterday in Plover, we had been to many other places looking for a new stove and fridge , Couldn't get the time of day from the salespeople,ended up with you. We purchased all new LG kitchen appliances from Furniture and Appliance Mart 3 years ago. We also purchased the 10 year warranty from them. About 3 months ago our fridge and freezer stopped cooling. We were advised that there was a recall on the coolant system. They have been out 4 times to fix it and the refrigerator is still not cooling, the coldest it is getting is 61 degrees. They have replaced some parts multiple times. We are very upset that this is not getting fixed! How many times do they need to come out to fix it before it is decided that we should be given a new one? We will not be making any more purchases at this store. They definitely need to work on their customer service. I’ve seen many more reviews from customers regarding the same thing.
