We went in today to purchase a refrigerator. When I asked 3 employees gathered together if one of them could help us, two of them scattered to avoid helping us while the third just stood there looking at us. When I asked him questions about the fridge, he only responded with sarcastic answers, uh, oh, I don't know. The least he could have done was say I'm not really sure, but I can find someone who knows or I can find out for you. I am extremely disappointed with the service at this store. I most definitely will not be back, nor will I recommend this business.

I went to Best Buy with my wife with the intention of buying a tv, wall mount and sound bar. We were in the store for 45 minutes and had zero sales reps even acknowledge us. We walked out and bought nothing. I will be going anywhere but Best Buy in the future. Very poor service.

I got such an amazing customer service experience there with my grandpa! Christina helped us for over an hour and was so kind. My grandparents needed to order a new stove and the one they wanted was showing up as if they’d have to pay for gas stove installation instead of electric, which is what the stove was. She called multiple people since it seemed to be a mistake and was so patient with the whole process. She was able to get it corrected for us so that my grandparents could get the stove they wanted and not have to over pay for installation. Everyone there seemed so helpful but Christina specifically did so much for us and I am so grateful for her! It’s hard for my grandparents to do some things so I am genuinely so thankful that she could help us with the purchase. We couldn’t have done it without her!

Went to the best buy in plover because I needed a new laptop and router.Jack helped me out and was very informative and patient with my questions.(I don't know much about techie things)I know enough to know that a higher processor will give me longer life between trade ins and Jack pointed out that for what I use my laptop for an i9 processor would be just money thrown away.Definitely recommend you to seek out Jack at the plover store if you need a new laptop.

salespeople have absolutely no knowledge of the products in the store. they couldn't answer any question. then just walked away and didn't return to help us. never go there again

Thank you so much Jed GMy computer worked fine then the next second it’s crashing down. Didn’t know what to do so I went to Best Buy. The tech team said it was shot and will never work again. They were able to figure out a solution so that I could recover my files and I know nothing about computers so that’s helpful for me. Jed G came over to help me and was incredibly patient and knowledgeable. He went around almost all the computers they had and told me how they will work and which ones wouldn’t work. I told him my needs and he was able to help me through a students point of view. He helped me find the best thing for my architecture program. Jed was able to make this stressful time so much easier.Thank you Best Buy team.

This store does not disclose that there is a size limit on tvs that can be dropped off at store. I just wasted my day driving up here to drop off a TV they won't except, even tho a Best Buy employee told me I can drop off my tv.

If i can give 0 stars i would give 0 stars. The person that completed the service on my vehicle did not complete the service correct. The hardwiring of the car was not done properly and the wires were visible outside the rearview mirror. Totally unprofessional. I had to tell him that it looks terrible the way he wired it. The dash camera and sensor that he installed weren't working properly and the dash cam was not hardwired correctly. I did call and complain and he was so rude on the phone and was telling me that he hardwired the camera correctly and if i don't listen to him he will hang up the phone on me. I told him that i have never had such a bad customer service experience in my life before and told him that you don't give ultimatums to customers. He hang up the phone on me. My issue has not been resolved. He was accusing me of cussing at him, when i told him that i am upset about the whole thing.

We went in to look at computer cases to build our computer and they only offered one case which was not on display and they're not able to open the box. So we weren't sure if it was the correct product or not without pulling up our phones and looking ourselves there were employees around but everybody was very busy when we were there. The store was very well kept. The person at the front of the store was very friendly staff and everything was excellent. It's just more a matter of not having the products that we were looking for. We were hoping to find computer building components and really what we walked into was your bare minimum items slightly above Amazon's sale prices.

The only reason why this place gets 2 stars is because it's the only place that has decent tech anywhere near here. They had on guy working the counter with a lone while about 6 other employees were standing around doing nothing. Feel bad for that guy.

In the days of Amazon and Amazon Prime, I really feel like I still belong at Best Buy. Is great to have online sites like those but there is something about the local Best Buy that I just love. I always feel very welcomed when I go there and we just bought a 50 inch television and the customer service was excellent. I really appreciated the employees interest in getting what we need. My husband is a huge gamer so we go there often still to buy video games for PS4. I will always recommend this place to anyone and it is a very friendly spot here in Stevens Point.

Thanks to Dave of the Geek Squad, Gage and the two young ladies who assisted. Don't lose the "big box" presence. These folks were able to resolve a situation that was only agrrevated by the handling by the call center. I'm glad I chose to stop in. Thanks again.

I have to say, this store has taken a step backwards with customer service. Slow, and management not accommodating to customers. Tried to return cheap cordless headphones that started on fire and forgot the 6” charging cord that also melted. Was told to come back with all the parts or no exchange. Sorry Best Buy, this manager (Jake I believe) is really not a bastion for keeping customers happy. Another 30 min drive to return a burnt cord. What, to lose me as a regular customer? News flash Best Buy, you’re NOT the only option out there.Update: Bit the bullet and drove back the 30 miles to hand deliver the fried cord with the headphones. The customer service gal shared with me I wouldn’t have had to do that and that for $15, I could have avoided a second trip. Best Buy only had a white replacement in stock which I was told is $20 more because it’s a more popular color. Even with my protection plan, they wanted to charge me for the difference (not my fault their stock is low). Fortunately, a more seasoned manager was available and empowered to override the price. Thank you for the first sign of customer service and common sense. Although the issue is resolved, the experience was not exactly a pleasant one. Great store to shop and I have found some knowledgeable staff on the floor, but pray you don’t need customer service there.Update: 9/21/20. Same issue with these headphones. The light goes pink and cannot be reset. This is my fourth try. Lots of online tips to plug back in and the light will go red and can be reset. This is my fourth that finally failed and no way to reset. Spend the extra money and get something else. I probably spent $200 on these POS’ with warranties and travel.

He worked with us to get one ordered. He explained what additional items we might need but was not pushy. We previously bought a TV which he also helped us with. Great guy and great service. Will continue to purchase from Best Buy and will as for the services of Ryan.

Walked into Best Buy to purchase a new TV, really didn't know much about the technology out there. The associate that helped me explained all the differences, what was the best/worse and answered all my questions. I was confident in the purchase I made. To top it off the store manager met me outside, thanked me for the purchase and helped me load the TV into my Vehicle. Best service I have ever received at a big box retailer!!!
