Went to get my toy poodle groomed. Everywhere I can find isn’t accepting new clients, i was referred by the other Stylists in the shop to a certain person that she did “amazing on poodles” she didn’t even do what I asked. The cut is uneven, one leg looks completely untouched & hours later I realized they didn’t trim her nails. I will not be going back, definitely will not recommend. I’m very disappointed. Not to mention, my pup is a loving & happy dog when she sees people. When I picked her up, she looked so sad & it’s taken hours for her to perk back up to herself.

I brought my puppy, Bali, here to get her nails trimmed. Jordan was very good with her. Since it was her first time getting her nails trimmed there, they didn't write up an invoice until they knew Bali would cooperate which I thought was very nice of them. At the end, they rewarded Bali with some treats. The nail trim was $12.After that, we shopped for some treats. They were on sale buy 3 get 1 free. They didn't ring up correctly (which has happened before) but the cashier was quick to call a manager to correct the issue.These are Bali's favorite treats. 🐾

They always have some pretty decent sale prices here and it is a great store to have your favorite pet wandering around checking stuff out with you. Santa was getting his picture taken with your pet the day we were there - which was fun to see!The staff are always friendly and willing to help you with any questions you may have.

As a bunny owner, this is my go-to spot even amongst local or other chain stores.They carry the most Oxbow brand toys and treats (which is what the vet recommends) as well as a whole section full of hay selection!I have also bought fish and tank supplies here, and I see them making an effort on a regular basis to change the water in their betta cups (which, hopefully, we will get away from entirely someday) which is commendable compared to normally seeing them drifting in swill.Employees do not seem to have an issue with prying for information to make sure that whatever fish you're buying is going into a safe situation, either, which is awesome.

I’ve been coming here for different supplies over the years and the store has good selection. Recently set up a fish tank, employee named Jessica has been a very very big help. Very knowledgeable and friendly along with the rest of staff. 10/10, great work.

I have never had an amphibian pet before and had to buy crickets of the right size, food for the crickets, and calcium powder for my new pet fire-belly toad. The employees were very knowledgeable and patient and I left feeling confident in understanding how to use the products I bought. My toad is very happy.

The employees here are nice and attempt to be helpful. However what is bothersome is that they sell a number of fish tanks that they do not carry the filters for. Customers are directed towards Amazon and even then without a part number. Stock the filters and charge too much for them.

Stopped in to see if they have a pet pharmacy, as soon as I walked in the door the cashier greeted me. She was super helpful and informed me that they do not have a pharmacy but the one in Gurnee does. She let me know where to get the prescription and chatted with me a little bit about my fur baby. 😊 Two thumbs up, customer service is AMAZING!!!

Groomer rating. My dog takes a full hit from a skunk. I call this location and am told they can get it off if she is brought in immediately. I had her in the store in 20 mins.2 hours and $44 later, I got my dog back. She smelled less but still smelled. As the time has gone by she is getting worse and worse.3 hours have passed since getting her back and she is almost as bad now as she was before I took her in.This maybe a very good grooming shop, but I am very disappointed.

So much packed into such a small place bought a bunch of cat toys and catnip. Visited with the cat that was in jail. Wanted to bail the cat out but I already have 2 so hopefully someone else bailed the sweet kitty out. Employees here are very nice and helpful.

Come here all the time! We get all of our dogs food here and their toys!! We also buy aquarium products as well. From plants to food to UV sterilizer we fo here. However if you buy fish from here you are rolling the dice! Most of the fish I have purchased from here have died within days of me putting them into my tank which has been established for the last 2 years!! I have had some luck with them as well! I bought a Bichir from them and he has done well. I bought 3 silver tip catfish from them and strangly the smallest one of them survived. Not a bad place but like I sad you roll the dice with the fish!!

I'm not bashing because maybe they were in-between cleanings, etc, but the repitle habitats were so bare...the snakes were literally climbing the walls. It made me really sad. And I wanted to save them all. The rest of the store and animals seemed to be in order. The fish looked healthy and tanks clean. I've liked this location for a long time...big box pet stores make me nervous so I use my best judgment. Staff is always kind and helpful.
