Everyone I met at Care Animal Hospital was very welcoming and professional. I could tell that pet health and comfort in a veterinary setting is a top priority here. I was very touched by the veterinarian's and vet tech's gentle and caring treatment of my rabbit. Cozette felt relaxed enough to explore and flop down in her exam room, which makes me feel that she was comfortable and felt safe despite the new experience. The gentle rabbit music playing also touched my heart. Small details like that make a huge difference. I greatly appreciate that they are Fear Free Certified and make pet comfort a top priority at their practice.

Best service ever! Everyone is so kind and caring. I will never take my pets anywhere else. The kindness and caring nature of each staff member and doctors Is incredible and I truly feel like my fur babies are getting the best treatment.We had to get our cats eye removed because of cancer, we didn’t know what to expect and we were so nervous for our cat (thumper). But even though this was a super scary situation they made us feel comfortable and the entire process was seamless. They were able to remove all the cancer and they did such a good job with the stitching!

Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable with us for our fist visit.The vet got on the floor to play with our Pup and the technician gave him a sprayed bandana to help calm him.They smushed treats in the floor to keep him guys and they never made us feel rushed and answered all our questions.Definitely will be going back there as it was night and day from our other vet.

Such a beautiful clean clinic, and both the techs and Dr. Feltes were friendly, informative, and patient! The attention to detail when it came to keeping my old dog comfortable was amazing. They even had a peanut free room which I’ve never been offered anywhere. Greatly appreciated since I have an anaphylactic allergy.

As a first-time dog owner, I was worried about my dog's weight and vaccinations. I called several local clinics, but they all had wait times of up to a month. However, I found Care Animal Hospital was able to see us the same day and resolved my concerns. The staff and doctor were incredibly nice and professional, and the facility was spotless. They made me feel very welcome, and I am forever grateful for their timely assistance.

I’ve been taking my three senior dogs here for a while now. #1 they always get me in when needed. They don’t play the “we’re booked” game. They can do emergency appointments. That’s exactly why I left my previous vet. They’re all kind and have personality! They take great care of my pups every time and always have their well being and comfort in mind. I also feel like the prices are very reasonable.

Your entire staff was so kind and caring. They made us feel comfortable and explained everything to us. You never tried to up-sell to us like so many other clinics do. We were provided with a quote right up front. Your kindness and professionalism was outstanding.The doctor and assistant got right down on the floor and continued to make sure Ozzy was comfortable and not fearful, as he has been before in other clinics. My first experience was extremely positive. I really liked the check in process, not only is it easier on the animals, helped my anxiety as well. I appreciated that the vet spent time with me to really explain what was going on with my dog and to ensure all my questions were answered. The team showed a great amount of care towards my dog, helping keep my dog calm, both with attention and an array of treats.

I had to euthanize my elderly cat Xena and they were able to schedule an appointment promptly, even though she wasn't their patient. They showed so much support, respect and compassion and were very gentle and affectionate with her. She passed away peacefully and I was able to hold her until the very end. Thank you so much to all the staff for your assistance in such hard times.

We appreciate the care and attention provided at Care. The staff is always friendly and thorough, and Brock and Ava have had some extra needs at times and they have always been patient and professional. Most of all, they have taken great care of my pets in emergencies. We highly recommended for anyone looking for a vet that truly shows compassion for animals, and understand our pets are our family!

I cannot express in words how thankful I am for the staff at Care Animal Hospital. My dog, Nani, is extremely reactive and has a very hard time in new environments with new people. I've experienced a lot of negativity and animosity towards her for her anxiety and reactivity. This is the first time in her whole life where she is receiving care without being judged or labeled as 'bad'. They meet her where she's at, and do their best to make her comfortable and content while she's in the clinic. Some days are better than others for her, and the flexibility and understanding that everyone demonstrates is something I can never thank them for enough. You are all the best! Nani and I are so lucky to have you! Despite her reactivity, everyone meet her where she is at, and tries their best to make her comfortable. Maddie, the vet tech, was extremely knowledgeable, and her calming presence made the visit so much easier for Nani. She did an amazing job of having everything ready beforehand to make the process smooth and easy. Dr. Ford never makes me feel judged for having a reactive pet, which eases some of my own anxiety during vet visits. Ultimately, this makes everything easier on Nani!

It is rare for me to write a review, but my experiencing here was so wonderful that I felt it necessary. The staff went above and beyond to keep my cat calm at the vet and provided lots of treats and pets to help ease the process of vaccines. Their procedure to stay in your car until a room is available was great to keep my cat calm. They also were ready for us right on time!All the staff I interacted with made us feel so welcomed and I would recommend this vet to anyone! It was also cost conscious and overall a great fit for my cat and I.

Dr. Wedt and Maddie went over and above for our bunny, Charlie. Dr. Wedt and Maddie explained what they were going to do before they did it and they were very through. Dr. Wedt and Maddie answered all my questions, explained things to me so that I would understand and showed me how to administer the medication. Both Dr. Wedt and Maddie were so kind and so affectionate. I appreciate all that they did for me and Charlie. I truly appreciate the kind, affectionate and thoughtful actions of Dr. Wedt and Maddie. Such a friendly staff. Love the fear free environment, my dog was calm and we didn't even see another animal as we went in and out. This was her first puppy visit and she loved everyone and kept waiting for them to come back to play with her.

Friendly team, they do their best to make our dog less anxious, which we really appreciate. The great team you have Both the nurse and dr were great with our dog. She is very anxious and they got on the ground with her, gave her some treats, gave her time to warm up to them and made a good call for us to leave the room while they took her blood and conducted the exam.

As a first time pet owner I really had no idea what I was doing or what to expect. The Veterinarian and the assistants all took their time to answer my questions and put in a lot of effort to make sure my dog was comfortable before they started handling him. It was great experience overall and I will be taking my dog Koda there for the rest of his life!

Care Animal Hospital - you guys never disappoint! Thank you for being so patient and kind with my dogs that are anxious and scared of new people and places. I'm truly at ease when my pets are in your care because I know you're doing everything possible to make sure they have a positive experience at the vet. Your patience and kindness towards my dogs, you go above and beyond to make sure they are comfortable as possible Checking us into a room right away so my dog could begin to settle down. I have gone to CARE a while now. Everytime we go, they show they care about our pets. On the way out, I seen them cleaning a room next door, which made me feel really great knowing they sanitize and keep the rooms as clean as possible especially with all the unknown illnesses that come around. 10/10 will always choose them first. Everything from cleanliness to love and patience for the animals that come through. When they enter the room they make sure to acknowledge them and make sure they are safe and offer treats right away to show them its a safe place and they are there to help.

Excellent service. The vet got on the floor ground level with my pet bunny, they kept him far away from any dogs, had treats and she took her time letting him warm up to her before starting the exam. They also gave me a detailed breakdown of neutering costs so there was no surprises !! Was very disappointed with my last vet. And had a much better experience here. Will be back and would recommend to anyone else especially with exotics.!! My bunny was also very comfortable here as you can see in these pictures!!

I go here for my ferrets and they are always taken care of well here. The prices are reasonable and they are always so nice, calm, and patient. They are also informative on things you need to know or want to know. I will never stop coming here. I trust them so much. They even call to check in with you which I never really had other animal hospitals do that which is great.

Every experience I've had bringing my cat in has been an absolute treasure. We've been coming to you since we adopted our beloved cat 10(ish) years ago and you always take such good care of him. I always recommend you when a friend/family member is searching for a veterinarian clinic that they can trust. The clear love the employees have for their patients, I know my cat is in the best hands. I adore that the vets and techs are so patient with animals, upon arrival. I also love the calming blankets. They really help my cat who has a lot of travel anxiety.

The vet assistant and the doctor were very nice and attentive to my concerns of my pet being anxious of strangers, they explained everything thoroughly in a soothing way to not spook my pet and overall just a great experience with them.

Dr Ford is the most caring Dr I have ever had. She was very thorough with her examination of my dog, addressing all my concerns. She called the next day to see how my dog was doing and asked if I had any additional questions. Very comforting!
