I am a forever customers to the Bentleys in pleasant prairie now!I feed my dogs strictly raw food. With life becoming so hectic I was looking for a more simple solution than I current feeding regimen while still keeping the highest quality standards for my pups.I am so glad I asked my groomer Amy who I have followed from every shop she has ever worked at for the past 12 years and now to Bentleys!!! She is an AMAZING groomer and her knowledge on dogs is worth her weight in gold!I’m so thankful for her and her caring for all my pets that I have brought to her throughout the years. Amy’s a wealth of knowledge and experience being in the animal industry for MANY years is just a few reasons I recommend her to all my friends and family.I am so happy that I now have a store that has the best quality food and the best groomer in town!

So disappointed ☹️ I will never bring my puppy back to this place. My puppy very first grooming just because a nightmare. Got my puppy grooming done here and when I got him home he was scratching himself really bad to the point he made his face bleed. Now it’s only been a week since I brought him to the groomer and now he has an ear infection. I’m so upset I do not recommend this place.

Let me tell you how amazing Bentleys is. For one they’re always friendly and will place and order just for me. For two I came in on my dog Leah’s 12th birthday and Leah is a little leash aggressive as she’s gotten to be an older dog she’s losing some of her senses. They were so amazing and the rescue that was there holding adoptions. They took Leahs picture but not only that they cleared the half of the store just for Leah. I literally wanted to tear up. It meant so much to me. This store and the people here are amazing and the things they do to go out of their way. They always are so helpful. They’re truly amazing people here.

Last 3 times I’ve gone in they told me my next bag is free. Then the employee looked at my account and said I only had 3 bags on my account. Been purchasing food for 7 years for my dog and have only received 1 free bag that entire time. I left and won’t be back you can get the same dog food from Amazon prime for a dollar cheapier and fleet farm is 5 dollars cheapier.

I came in here to buy a harness for my young lab that destroys everything, backs out of harnesses and was hit by a car. I was assured this harness was chew proof, back out proof, perfect for her!! They fitted her in it. I was assured, multiple times that if this harness didn’t work, for any reason, even chewing it, I could return it to the store for a replacement. I couldn’t believe that!! Too good to be true!! Because it was, my dog chewed it and now I’m told “nope”Order a replacement through the company for $13 and shipping. I would have never purchased a $45 harness for my dog if they hadn’t convinced me I could return it for free to the store. Now I have paid $68 for a harness (so I can get a replacement one). Be prepared and understanding of the tactics used at this store.

We just got a new puppy that chews and is teething. The staff was helpful in recommending the perfect item to focus her chewing on. The bully bone is amazing if anyone is curious. Definitely handling a german shepherds land shark tendencies.

We have taken our English Creme Golden Retriever to Bentleys twice for the “works” Bath/Nails/Facial/ & More. She is pampered and loved by Bonnie. Both times were impeccable, as Chloe looked absolutely beautiful. The store is neat & clean as is the grooming area. Bonnie & her staff are friendly & answered any and all questions. Our go to place for the best in Grooming. Thank You Bonnie & Staff 😊

I always want to feed my dog the best food that is best for them. I wanted to make sure that they will get plenty of vitamins and nutrition with a great balance. That is when My wife and I came across Bentley's pet stuff.our dog loves all the raw food and treats. they are all made fresh and has everything that the dog needs in food and to keep them happy and healthy.when we first went into the store the staff was very nice and helped us with any questions we had. they are very knowledge about all the food and certain food will need for your dog if they are experiencing anything.for all you dog owners out there I highly recommend coming to Bentley's Pet stuff. there isn't anything there your dog won't love.

Our go to pet supply store in the area - my pup, Luna , loves this place!Bentley's Pleasant Prairie has an excellent supply of dog and cat food - wet, dry or organic - and the prices are highly competitive, even against Amazon. Not only is the pet food selection excellent, but they have a wide and varied supply of treats that any pet would drool over. Besides pet food and treats, Bentley's Pleasant Prairie has pet supplies, leashes, harnesses and clothes as well.On top of the products and prices, the staff at Bentley's Pleasant Prairie are top notch! All of the staff know my pup on sight and greet her by name. Luna loves the attention she gets when we visit, and she gets very excited in the car as we drive up. The staff are also very knowledgeable about the products they offer, open to questions, and assist you in any way that they can.Lastly, I am impressed with the level of community engagement that Bentley's Pleasant Prairie exhibit During the recent holidays, they were collecting food donations for a local animal shelter. Often you will see shelter staff at the store with cats or dogs holding adoption events. Went to Bentley’s this past weekend (Pleasant Prairie) and had such a positive and fun experience! My sales person Rory was so helpful and patient with me. (I had a lot of questions)! Went in specifically for Stella n Chewy's items, and walked out with happiness! The groomer (I forget her sweet name!) was extra pleasant, super sweet and very friendly! I recommend shopping here for your pet needs next time!

We receive a call about the issues our 10 y/o was having and told to change her food. After researching foods that was recommended we search for businesses that carried it. Bently was only one opened during virus and they took time with us in picking out food for our girl as well as giving us samples to see what her and her brother liked. Placing order was a breeze and had curb side pick up. Our girl ate all they recommended, finally after 3 days, and is doing so much better! Went back next day to pick up more wet can food and had same wonderful experience! Took kids to pick up so they could see how well they were both doing now. Thank you Bently Pet Stuff! The people here were super friendly and definitely pretty lovers themselves. We brought our puppy with and they interacted with her as well, even having sample treats. They also have some kind of pet food deal with Fromm where after so many bags you get one free!

Love this store. Most of the employees clearly enjoy what they do. Always attentive, friendly and knowledgeable. Decent selection of foods to cater to your pet's diet, as well as a unique selection of pet treats and toys. Definitely choose this place over the other chains where mediocre service is a given.

This is my favorite Bentley's store because every employee is so helpful and friendly every single time I go in there. They always greet everyone as we enter and make sure that we are satisfied with the purchases we make. Thank you ladies for making my shopping so enjoyable!

I thought the store was appealing. Very expensive. Bought quite a few "bagged" treats. Was told each was about $4. Did not know they charge for every little piece in the bag. Thought I was getting a deal...nope. Just a bunch of treats in a cute puppy paw print bag. Probably won't be back.

When I entered the store the young lady was in the back quickly acknowledged me and came forward to help me. When I told her what I needed shampoo, she directed me to the multiple different shampoos and described several of the popular shampoos. She answered a couple questions and then I picked out what I thought would be good for and what I THINK my wife would like our pups to smell like.

Was out early running errands. Wanted to stop in Bentleys pet stuff to look for a winter coat for my larger dog as I had my smaller dog with me. Pulled up 30 min before they opened and was going to wait. While waiting the employees saw me and offered for me to come in and shop. Found exactly what I needed for a great price. My pup got a treat and when checking out they gave me some samples to try of their products. We already enjoy shopping here for their great products, different gtreat options, and military discount, and now I am even more off a fan of this store!
