Walmart has made a feelExtremely uncomfortable due to their tendency to hire racist employees. There was a white male employee who stared me down the entire time I was at self-check. I forgot an item so I left my cart at the checkout, paying for all the items that I had already bagged. Leaving my recipe in the machine, in such a rush to get home. Once I returned to my cart where I had left at self-checkout, the white male who was staring at me told me that I had forgotten to pay for my water and that he checked my receipt. I told him I did pay for my water then I grabbed my recipe and showed him exactly where I had paid for my water. I felt like the man was going to hold me hostage for the items that I BOUGHT! I say this because he then tells the employee at the exit/entrance that I am allowed to go. I already have extremely bad anxiety. Where am I supposed to go if I can't even go to my local Walmart without being racially profiled? I am devastated. This is absurd and completely absurd unacceptable. I am so disappointed.

This is a very large Walgreens that includes a photo department and pharmacy (with a drive thru) and has a well stocked variety of items from food, snack, gifts, books, etc. My Grandson had his Moderna brand COVID vaccination (for the under 5 year old) at this location and the pharmacist was very nice to him to get him relaxed before the injection (and he was happy he got a lollipop after the shot).

I have been told on multiple different occasions the wrong time for picking up my medication. I’ll show up in the drive through at the time I was told only to get told I have to wait longer or come back. Does it really take 10 min to put 10 pills in a bottle? I wouldn’t be upset if this was the first time, but it has happened multiple times now.

Their pharmacy has become a joke. The doctor sent a prescription over yesterday we went to get it they said to give them 20 mins we went back it still wasn't ready. The next day I get a notification that it is ready at 1030 my husband went to go get it they said it wasn't ready I got the notification 3 more time and yet it still wasn't ready. Finally at 330pm the day after they received it. I went to get it again she had to look for it but finally she found it. I asked her what was going on for that to happen and she had no clue what I was talking about conveniently. For the past couple of months they have just been horrible!

I called ahead of time to platteville walgreens on waters Street. I needed help, so I didn't have to bring my 2 babies inside store. The manager told me I had to shop online because she refused to help me by bringing them at drive thru. And she was chopping her gum into the phone. Horrible customer service.

They steady have the hookup on Arizona tea bro cheapest in town with the Walgreens reward. Cigarettes are also cheap. Cashiers are always nice to me.

Dead animal in parking lot! Red Boxes busiest place at Walgreens! Cashier didnt know how to add points on my card from a Walgreens Coupon! Manager didnt answer call for help!

Pharmacy is terrible! My son needed a prescription filled and the automated system told me they were working on it for 3 hours and advise they would contact me when complete. I had to contact them after I got off work the next afternoon. They first started they didnt have it then they did but it would cost a certain amount and then questioned if they needed to call his doctor. Smh !!!

Worst pharmacy I've ever dealt with.When kmart left I switched to Walgreens.I was to get a text message every month when my prescription is ready.To date the last notification was April 28th.Not sure what thier problem is but obviously no one there is smart enough to figure it out.kmart never missed.

When you’re waiting at the checkout for 15 minutes for somebody to come and check you out and there’s even two people behind you waiting to be checked out and there’s nobody around. Don’t got time to sit and wait when you have food in your car that you gotta get home, they need to pay attention predator to their customers because apparently they don’t know how
