this is absolutely disgusting. we ordered from doordash from our local platteville culver’s and as soon as my fiancé bit into his burger it was cold and completely raw in the middle. we called up trying to be nice so see if we could get any sort of compensation and the general manger Heather told us “we temp our burgers so there’s absolutely no way that could ever happen” my fiancé is a former employee at this mcdonald’s and he knows for a fact they don’t temp their burgers. this is disgusting and you should be humiliated as a company to serve this to people. 🤢🤮

Ordered off of doordash and received a raw quarter pounder when we called they tried to say they temp all of their patties as a former employee of this exact mcdonalds i can confirm they do not temp any meat besides once a day when they do morning temps and once at night for night temps we called and heather the assistance manager answered upset already with a raised tone in her voice and my fiance explained our situation and tried to say we were lying that they temp all of their meat and that its impossible be aware of places trying to accuse you of lying for not wanting to eat horrible quality food3/6/2024 6:53 pm

I think it's hilarious that it takes over 10 minutes to get a large fry and one cookie while other customers can get burgers in less than 3 minutes. With over 5 employees working, it's a shame the manager was saying they were "short staffed" and having a hard time getting orders done. When I was the only other customer ordering at the time, who got their order of burgers as listed above. In conclusion, this McDonald's is one I won't be saying "I'm loving it" to.

Did the drive-thru around 6 pm Friday to get my son a Squishmallow Happy Meal, and ordered myself a frappe because, as I told the operator, "I've had a rough week." When we picked up the order, I had been given an upgrade on my frappe because of my rough week. Let me just tell you, it changed my whole outlook for the rest of the night! I will always support a business that hires caring individuals like this!

The manager ks2 or Sidel was so nice he went way above and beyond we had placed a mobile order for breakfast at 8am and got there at 10:33 he honored it and reprocessed the order he didnt have to but he did it made our day we are coming back from kanas and the trip has been difficult this really made my day!!! Heck maybe even my week!

This is a true Golden Arch!Been here multiple times, different times of day and days of the week and the quality here hasn't slipped once. Whether I'm dining in or getting curbside the food is top notch for the brand, fresh and correct. Employees are also great here, with the managers checking in on diners any time they're on hand. If you're traveling n thinking about stopping for some quick n easy food, this McD should be a worthwhile stop!

Eating at this McDonald's was great compared to eating at either of the McDonald's in Burlington, Iowa, where I live. There was a young man named Robert that served us at the cash register. He also brought us our food when it was ready, and cleared our table when we were finished eating. It was by far the most pleasant eating experience that I've ever had in a McDonald's or any other fast food joint. I wish the rest of the franchise would follow the fine example set in this particular restaurant.Parking: There were three large parking spots in their parking lot to accommodate semi's.

What a great place. I hauls formula race cars and it's hard to find a place with safe parking. They have truck parking easy on and off freeway. 2 thumbs up to this McDonald's they realize truck drivers are people too. Thanks

I'm not going to lie!!! I don't eat McDonald's but my family does, and this has to be one of the cleanest dog on McDonald's that I ever been to. The managers are polite, the workers are great, and your food is always hot and fresh like it should be. No trash all over the floor ,no open straw paper and napkins all over the floor, and Pops spilled all over the machines. They really care about their establishment like they should. Thank you for caring about your customers.

As of Sep '23 their price hikes are GARGANTUAN. Over $10 for a combo? It was $6 a few years ago! Some towns are $12+ for one.McD's, Arby's, and Wendy's will f up your order in a way that screws you 30% of the time.We all know about the ice cream machine, too.Rarely went to the scourge of world cuisine that is McD's as it was, but now that they charge Red Robin prices for their fake "food" we'll never be going there.

The manager was super friendly. He allowed my son to pick out the toy he wanted from a large box in the back. He showed us everything the store had available for him to choose, without us asking.Great customer service.

Food was good, it was what I expected from McDonald's. What really made it a great experience was the ketchup. I didn't add ketchup to my mobile order and I ask the nice lady who was delivering food to another car if she could throw some in. There was ketchup in my bag. Very happy.
