A bit worried when I walked in and saw a huge table ordering (I had an appointment to get to) and thought I wouldn't get food in time.... but after a slight wait to get seated.... boom! Ordered and within minutes I had my meal, yay!!! I think I had eaten 3 chips and food arrived! Which was great because I had time to enjoy it instead of hurrying through. Greatly appreciated! Always come here for Mexican food, it's far better than the other area restaurants that serve similar fare. 😋 yummmmmy!

The food was delicious!! I had the fajitas combo which comes with chix steak and shrimp. It was so steamy hot and juicy. They had a pool table that for 1 dollar in quarters we could play game before our food came. It was a fantastic night. Cant wait go again!!

Great quaint restaurant. When you walk in there are a few tables. To the right is a Mexican grocery store and to the left is an open restaurant area with bar. A lot of space, tables aren't on top of each other. Very clean. There is a pool table and a television. The staff were polite, prompt, and the service was great! We stopped for drinks and appetizers. Drinks were delicious and food was great. All reasonably priced.

I went here with my Los amigo and when I walked into the room I could swear that my geological position in the word had shifted. I wasn't in wisconsin anymore. I wasint 3 miles away from a cow like I usually was (you know the smell). Something was off, or rather, somone was off, and was just set right. That somone was me.Walking up to the counter with the Christmas themed cactuses and scent of freshly made salsa filling the air, the waiter had asked me if I was lost, after all I had walked into some place new. But it was no matter, he welcomed me home.I went to look behind me but there was no door, to the left and right, nothing. Up? A cloudless sky. Ahead of me? A counter and a kitchen. This wasn't wisconin, it was Mexico. As I use up every spare calorie in my body thinking about how I, a rationally thinking 19 year old atheist teleported into this divine realm, the people see I am starving myself to death and ask what I'd like to eat.The plate of supremely seared circle tortillas filled with divinely done diced steak and loving illustrious lettuce had been brought to me, and as I ate the vacancy in my stomach had filled. It tasted better than a taco, it tasted like Mexico, and opening the door is just the plane ticket.TLDR I love this restaurant

The day was glum with a lack of sunlight. Main Street dim, people sulked their way around. Upon rounding the corner, a beacon lit up the musty sky. It read: "Heaven is here! Los Amigos is near."Knees weak, arms heavy, stomach lacking of moms spaghetti, my amigo and I entered the establishment.Immediately upon entering, a bright flash of light consumed us. It occurred to me that we have entered another world. Upon entering, I was greeted by the buffest man the world has ever seen: Dr. Suess.Dr. Suess stated: Sit at this table while I tell you a fable. Pick a choice from the menu, as it will suprise you. Oh, the places you'll go!I told Dr. Suess that I would take the lunch #10: steak quesadillas. Dr. Suess fulfilled my request and he vanished in another flash of light. Within three minutes, my food had arrived. I took one bite and then another. The flavors filled my supple tastebuds until it was all gone.Immediately upon finishing, Dr. Suess reappeared. He took one look at my plate and smiled; he then morphed into Guy Fieri and said: "I'm so glad you got to take a trip to flavor town."Another bright flash occurred. I lifted my head and found myself in the middle of a field. Had it all been a dream? Were those supple and fulfilling flavors all a lie? I have no idea to this day, but all I know is that I had the best restaurant experience of my life.

My go-to when I'm back in town. Salsa is good but I prefer adding hot sauce to bring the heat up. Burrito Grande is a must but plan on leftovers and walking around after! Huge is an understatement. Shredded beef is my favorite.Staff is always friendly.

Came her with my older dad and my 2 year old son. Dad has trouble reading menus and kid is a bit rambunctious. Waiter was awesome and recommended stuff to my dad and made sure my kid had his own bowl of mild salsa and lots of milk and chips. Just a really great waiter and pretty tasty food. Nice place, will come back.Side note: I’ve been told the cheeseburgers should be avoided.

Great service, food comes out fast and fresh, low wait times, what more could you ask for?! I love everything on the menu, especially the steak fajitas. We usually dine in, but take out has always been a good experience as well.Vegetarian options: Vegetarian option has had a piece of meat in it if someone at your table orders a meat entree. Still tastes great!

Nice but very cold dining room. Only two choices of taco beef and chicken for lunch. I pushed my server for chorizo. Beef and chicken were bland and not worth my time and money. Chorizo meh.

I like it. usually fast seating. Can use their internet. I have taken friends there, and they too have gone back after their 1st time. Usually, you don't wait long to get your food after you order. 😉 It's pretty good about getting you want you want at the table. I usually eat the same thing when I go there.

This is the best all around Mexican food experience in the Iowa and Wisconsin area I travel. Service, Food and atmosphere is excellent and food is timely fresh and tasty and warm.. It is not heavily spiced but hot sauces are there to add to your own taste and liking. I love the staff. A warm family meal experience .

I ordered the fajita combo (steak, shrimp & chicken) for $16.95. There was absolutely no seasoning at all. It was just the meat onions, green peppers that were barely cooked and cheese. It was awful. I will not be eating here ever again.
