Like all the other Kwik Trips I have been to, a great convenience store. Can be busy at peak times, leaving parking a bit short but that's what it is all about with quick stop, grab, and go places like this. Employees are great!! Coffee is fresh as well as all the other offerings. Prices for milk, eggs & bread are probably the best around on average. They have a punch card for the milk too, so make sure you get one. Location is easily visible from S Water Street.If you deem this review helpful, please give it a like. Thank you.

Just stopped here on our way to Oklahoma. Decided to grab a sandwich and it was delicious! Imagine my surprise to find a sandwich that was better than most restaurants! I highly recommend the Chicken breast with Mayo, celery, and dried cranberries on oat multigrain bread- YUM!

I left the gas station and realized my key fob quit working and Jake offered his help. He used his own battery from his fob to see if it would work and walked out to my car with me. When that didn't do the trick, he noticed my window was cracked and somehow it was just enough for him to put his arm in there and pull the lock open! He definitely went the extra mile and was just so friendly. You are lucky to have Jake from Platteville Kwik Trip as an employee! Thank you!

The place is great! The staff is so friendly and helpful. However, I wouldn’t do DoorDash from here, they always seem to forget an item or two, and not very good at communicating when they’re out of a certain item.

Not a bad store. I was inconvenienced once and I was SUPER upset for a while. But I'm over it. I went there many many times before and after and that was the only time I left feeling angry.

I absolutely love Kwik trip but this place is terrible. My cashier was a VERY young teenage boy. I was trying to split the tender between two forms of payment and this child employee couldn't understand how to do it. So he told me "we can't do that here". I tried to explain that yes in fact you CAN do this here when he rolled his eyes, smirked and called me unintelligent. He should be fired immediately. Thankfully another employee stepped in who knew exactly what I was speaking about and finished my transaction. Either train your employees better or fire the ones who disrespect customers for no reason. Because without customers he doesn't have a job and kwik trip doesn't have a business either.

This place has been a lifesaver for me during the pandemic. I work nights and this is literally the only place that I know of in town that's still open 24 hours. The staff are super friendly and the prices for things are reasonable for a convenience store. The Kwik Rewards program is nice too. Lots of freebies over time. I stop here many time throughout the week on my walks to and from work. Keep being awesome!

I have gotten gas here multiple times which contained water .... Had to put iso water remover in after getting gas there at least 5 times that I can count it's ridiculous and they could have ruined my vehicle.. And I know it's water in there gas due to how vehichle starts and runs. I have never had this issue with any other gas station in town

Stopped to get gas. Took 15 minutes and 3 times to get approved. And then went in to get a cup of coffee there was none made up. Then went to checking out with the other stuff I got the registry took my card asked for pin then sat and said processing. She voided the transaction and did it over again same thing. End up paying cash. And then Jane (worker that was did the transaction) then did not want to give a receipt.

I am always blown away by how happy every employee is here. It is no question as to why they are always busy and as soon as even one person is in line someone will run out and open another register. Plus they are open 24 hours, have fresh baked donuts and muffins, smoothie machines with real fruit and you can forget the always free Atm.

Discriminates with the hiring process I wasted my time trying to get a job here. They made me fill out an application then talk on a phone interview then wasted my time in an hour long interview and they way they made it seem was that I'd have the job but when I mentioned I collected SSI but was trying to get off they seemed hesitant when I call a week later they told me they passed for a better candidate and the position was filled. I've been watching the last couple months and have seen them post many positions the same as what a applied for. So I decided to make another review because I'm dead set they discriminate and want this known. I will no longer shop in person because I feel like I don't matter to them because I have a disability.

Like all Kwik Trip stores I have visited this one is pretty darn nice. They are one of the busier ones. Every time I am there it feels like 5 o'clock on a Friday night! Despite that there is seldom a wait to check out and they managed to keep fresh coffee on and plenty of food in the hot spot.

You know it's a great business if it's busy and it was packed with a steady stream of customers purchasing both gas and snacks.I travel for a living so I go to hundreds of gas stations a year. The staff was very friendly and clean cut which I don't always see.

We have been going to Kwik trips for years. I love their hot dogs. Both Kwik trips in Platteville Wisconsin NEVER have any hot dogs whenever we go there...and we go there often.

Lately it appears nothing is stocked. Need to ask for glasses, straws syrups, lids or the ice coffee machine is down. coffee is out. Most of the times those of us regulars that go in daily are on our way to work. Really don't have time to wait till staff find items. Or tell us we're out and ordered it a week ago and it's not come in yet.

The only complaint I have is that it gets busy VERY quickly (being a popular chain and convenient for college kids and anyone passing through) and the parking lot becomes dangerous. Ive never had an accident there but I do know that accidents happen quite often - almost daily.

I have been extremely unhappy with all Kwik Trip locations since the state wide mask mandate went into effect in the state of Wisconsin. The last time that I was in a Kwik Trip store I went in to pick up a few essential items. As I was walking in the door I noticed the signs on both doors stating that facemasks are required to be worn while you're in the store. I noticed right away that all the employees were wearing facemasks, but as I looked around the store I counted 12 other customers in the store plus me. Out of the 13 customers only 2 others were wearing facemasks and the rest were not. Not only were those 10 other people not wearing facemasks they were also not social distancing. As I was standing in line to pay for my items a gentleman walked up behind me to get into line to also pay for his items. When I turned around I right away noticed that he was only 2 to 3 feet away from me. I had to ask him several times to please back up so you're at least 6 feet away from me. After the 3rd time of asking him quite loudly he finally back up. When it was my turn to take my stuff up to the counter I sat my stuff down and I made a comment to the clerk that I really wished more people would take the Coronavirus Pandemic more seriously and wear facemasks and she replied I agree with you 100%. I then said I see that you have signs on the doors stating that facemasks are required to come into the store, but I'm assuming that you guys are not inforcing that people have to wear them while in the store and she replied no we're not, because we were told by their district manager not to inforce it. I have not stepped foot into a Kwik Trip store since that day nor will I ever step foot in one ever again!!!!

Kwik Trip has everything you'd expect and the prices are appropriate. It has free air with a built-in tire gauge. This particular Kwik Trip can be so busy on the weekends, holidays, Dairy Days, or when the college students come back to town. I wouldn't try to pull in here with a trailer or camper on those types of weekends. Otherwise, it's a really nice place.

Went around 11:45pm not midnight yet to buy a 6 pack of beer, lady at counter has carded me multiple times in the past, I had my license on me, and she’s never been nice to me at all, she told me I could not buy it because it was after 9, it was beer and last time I checked Kwik Trip beer sales go until midnight, I drove all the way from Madison and had a stressful day, all I wanted was a beer when I got home, so inconvenient, had to drive to a bar I work at just to get my beer, my work was ready to close for the night and this had caused them inconvenience to stay open awhile longer just so I could buy my beer, this Kwik Trip has lost my service. I drove out of my way to buy from them and they denied me service.

Great gas station right along in the city of Platville! Easy to get to with some what good prices on certain things! A lot of pumps for gas and diesel fuel! Fast service! Lots of parking to get inside!
