Business is very hard to enter or exit off of business hwy 151. Parking is adequate, but drive thru is a bit strange.Parking: Location is OK, I guess, but it is difficult to drive into or out of due to heavy traffic on Business Hwy 151. And the business's driveways proximity to traffic light.Wheelchair accessibility: I would say yes because the entrance is on the ground level. But I can't say for sure about doorways as I'm not handicapped and never really noticed.

Depending on who's working, your food will be fresh, good, or bad. Staff are lagging at their job, and they really dont want to work. Bathroom are never clean and always smells like pee. My wife ordered a banana split, and it's like somebody ordered it and didn't want it, so they gave it to my wife. It was melted and not looking good. She went in and got a new one, but they didn't want to give her a new one at all. The one guy from the back did make us a fresh one so thanks for tht. If you like Dairy Queen, then this place is for you.

We stopped around 1:50 pm today 1/26/2023 & there wasn’t anyone taking our order at the drive thru so we tried to go inside. Upon trying to enter the front door, we found it was locked although the lights were on inside and the hours on the door said 10-9pm. When we were leaving we watched a staff member get dropped off. I also saw one outside before we had got a chance to pull into the driveway originally. This was our first time being to this location in quite a while, it will be hard to justify going back after that.

Ordered chili dog which came blazing hot! The hot dog was like a piece of beef jerky and the chili also was hard and dried. So over microwaved. The cheeseburgerAlso was blazing and over microwaved. The bun squashed and hard! There was so much mustard the whole outside of the bun was swimming in mustard! Disgusting! I requested mayonaise and no mustard !Sticking to Culvers!

I go there a few times a week . I love the staff 2 girls are always friendly and have great coatumer service. Shana and Samantha . came there on Monday night did not realize that they closed early got a chicken strip basket. Shana was so polite and the food was fresh and hot way to ho dairy queen crew

Treat myself to a special vanilla sundae with caramel and pecans. The pecans had a sprinkle of salt that tickles my taste buds. I really enjoy the simple pleasures of treats at this space. My sundae was delicious as always & the cashiers are great. I wanted to sit out and enjoy my treat but the workmen were present upgrading the umbrella table. 🍨

The ice cream here was very good. About what you'd expect for a Dairy Queen, but that wasn't a bad thing by any means. It was also nice that it was right next to the hotel we were staying at, so it was very convenient for us to go to.

Good customer service and good food. If you're a couple like we are that are white and brown you might see some customers that aren't very nice to you. But we tend to see that not just here, it could be anywhere. Still we enjoy this restaurant and we'll be back because of the good customer service and good food.

Gets a 1 because I can't leave a zero, went through the drive thru asked for a lid for the blizzard girl looked at us like she has never heard of a lid. Ordered 4 double cheeseburgers with ketchup only, got 4 ice cold double cheeseburgers with mustard and pickles, at least the cheese curds were completely burned. Last time I will ever get food from here. I do not recommend stopping here

I have tried to get the dip cone 3 different times and it seems like it always comes up short. The never put enough dip on it for it to harden up. I am not sure if it is the dip or the way the staff was trained but at this location don’t get the dipped cone.

Of all the Dairy Queens in the world this is one of my favorites. Of course the ice cream is good and the food is good. The staff seems to be very attentive and helpful. I just wish it wasn't so far from home so I could go there more often.

Stopped there last night with my daughter to celebrate a win for her softball team. This location was without a doubt the messiest and noisiest restaurant we've ever been in. There was ice cream and food all over the front food prep area and the floor behind the register. It was gross to say the least. As far as the noise, I think there may actually be a frat house and a comedy club in house. Thankfully the food was decent.

Stopped to get two buster bars. First two we got were soft and melting. Return them immediately for replacements. They were a little more frozen but as we got back on the street we found they had already started to melt and were not fresh. Freezer burn on the ice cream. Very disappointed in the quality of both bars.

Very rude drive-thru service. Girl was unfriendly and made order completely wrong. Asked for a twist hot fudge sundae with whipped cream, marshmallow, and sprinkles. She told me they were out of sprinkles (which I’ve never ran into at a Dairy Queen of all places) and after I paid my $4 and drove away, I noticed all I got was a hot fudge sundae.

I.ordered a birthday cake and asked for lots of flowers. The cake i.picked up was absolutely beautiful! All diff kinds of flowers, all very well done. I wish i could show you all. Thank you so much for making my daughters birthday so special!
