Called these guys because a much larger distributor in the the Area did not have what we needed. Bob checked on the item, verified stock, and brought it to the front and set it aside. These guys are very nice and made the trip very quick and easy. An asset to the community and appreciated.

I've had some varying experiences - but only due to what I (assume) are college trainees. I can't really blame the store for their lack of knowledge while being trained, I just wished someone else was always a little closer by at all times if someone has a question.Otherwise, this is one of the BEST Ace Hardware stores I've ever shopped at - and I've lived in 5 states. They treat you like family, even when you're a stranger off the street. They always want to make sure you have all you need (or leave what you don't need!) Many times I've gone in on an errand to help someone else and having little knowledge of what I was looking for. They always knew and always got it right.Thank you!!!

Heiser Hardware is my first and only stop when doing a project. They have everything. Amazing, knowledgeable staff eager to help. They offer services that other places do not, like screen repair. They are huge supporters of the community, which you don't give from the big box stores. I love this store. I've found things I didn't know I needed, but couldn't live without. If you working on a project, need a tool, or just live visiting a hardware store that has everything, this is the place for you. I highly, highly recommend Heiser's

Don’t go there bad people work there fist time when we go there to rent concrete machine they have it but no blade no on it and we left to the other store to get new blade when we come back that said machine doesn’t work good they don’t want to give us.I do not recommend Heiser Ace Hardware in Platteville
