Wonderful meat processor that I can TRUST! Have taken a few deer here and my Mother has gotten Pork & Beef from here as well. All the products are fantastic and cut up in a clean manner. 6 out of 5 stars! Definitely recommend!(Cute small town to visit too if you're making a longer drive to get there. Make a trip out of it!)

My cousin and friends bring me the original brats from here, they have the seasoning in the brats I remember many years ago. Very good flavor quality is there as well good job folks
