Oh yeah they call you a lier if you confront them. This place has some shady people working there. Be careful. Watch your stuff at the registers....

Check your receipts BEFORE you leave. 9 times out of 10 I find mistakes. Most times it is a sales tag that wasn't removed ( is it the customers responsibility to read the tiny dates-NO. The workers need to pay attention to details. If you find the error after you get home, and bring it back another day, you are treated like a criminal.home and bring it in another day, you are treated like a criminal.

Purchased a 30 pack of beer and a frozen pizza. Big sign by beer on sale and tag by pizza listing the price. Was late for appointment and didn't catch until later, my purchase per prices listed should have been about $28.00 but was charged $37.00. Stopped back later to question, I was then told I needed the special store discount card, I went back to look at displays and yes there was a note that card was required but it was so small and out of the way like they were trying to hide it. Thought someone might help out with this but nothing. Being new to the area looks like I will drive the extra miles to Super one in Park Falls. Could have bought the same items for less than $29.00 and saved $8.00

It was my first time going in the store and I was looking for specific items. They were very friendly when I first came in It was early in the morning, and it looked like the manager, to the items I needed right away. And my second visit was the same thing. And it's a very clean and bright store. Very friendly people working here.

I absolutely LOVE this grocery store. As a former Madisonian I love the selection of Just Coffee, the variety of produce, the inclusive and inviting atmosphere, the prices and the small town charm. Whomever runs it is doing an incredible job as are all of the employees! Don't ever change!

I am absolutely amazed at the wonderful Floral department in the last couple of months. I am constantly buying nice fresh arrangements and fresh flowers. Prior to this, it was very annoying walking in the store for an arrangement or even a nice bouquet and they always had wilted flowers or dried up! The selections now are wonderful and such awesome choices. It is so nice to walk into the store and see a pretty smiling face and beautiful flowers! Keep up the Great work in the Floral Department!

This store has gone waaaaaay down hill. Over the past month, they have had milk, orange juice, tofu, mayonnaise, sour cream, (these are the things my husband and I were getting/looking at) several weeks past due dates on their shelves. When we finally mentioned it to a worker, the answer was "It's not my section". I couldn't believe it. Trying not to be Karens, my husband and I did not get a manager, and just tried to get the employee to remove the items affected (was about 10 packs of cheese). Finally, this past week, after finding past due, rotten tomatoes we did call the manager when we got home. Tried calmly to explain that they seem to constantly be out of basic supplies and the supplies they do have are past date (gave specific examples), there was a "don't care" attitude in the answer. We are now going to just go to Park Falls Super One for groceries.

Walked in there the day I got my food stamps issued. Had a good balance on my card. When I got to the register the cashier was punching it in wrong. He tried three times then called a girl, Becca, over. She looked at the receipts and told me I had no balance. Told her I checked before I went in, had a balance that more than covered the balance of what I was buying. She shrugged her shoulders and looked at the receipt again. So I left a full cart of groceries sitting there and called the manager when I left. Manager claimed the same thing, so I told him how the cashier was saying he had to punch in expiration date. Anyone who knows anything, knows food cards have no expiration dates. Manager said he'd check into and call me back. Have yet to get the call

Friendly staff, clean store, but i get off work at 3:30-4:00pm by that time there's no fish, chicken or whatever was on the menu that day. Today my daughter's wanted donuts after school, we walk in at 3:40pm and they're all gone. We ask if there's going to be more they say nope. How can they have nothing from bakery out since 3 when they close at 11pm??? That's 8 hours with nothing out! I find that ridiculous.

needs more room in aisles. Two carts cannot be in the aisle without running into someone. It's best not even to bring a cart into the produce aisle, and you cannot get to the cheese with a cart. The workers are ok, just average. Also, this store is very expensive. Only get their deals. Otherwise, go on a trek once a month to Rhinelander, bring a cooler and ice for your frozens and do a month's worth of shopping at Aldi and order online from Walmart.12/28/18 - have now gone to this store several times. It is the only store in the area, so you are stuck with this one option. Prices are good when they have buy one get one free, or sales. Most of the workers are actually great - they are pretty helpful and polite. There are a couple of check out people who need to get new jobs as they obviously hate the one they have. You will wait in line, the lines are always backed up in this store, avg. wait time 10 minutes. It doesn't help that there is no room to move around or get out of people's way (or for them to get out of your way). Terrible layout, no room in aisles, they run out of wipes for the carts and don't really bother to replace them, so bring your own. One other thing - eggs, milk, anything with a true exp. date is only a couple of weeks out usually. Of course most places like Walmart usually have things that are fresher, hence longer expiration dates. But if you are looking for stuff to be more than 2 weeks out, you won't get it.

Love this store and prefer it over Superone in Park Falls. Great variety of items, great prices and lots of deals. The meat from this store is also way better than that from Superone, in my opinion. Staff are really nice here too.

Have most of the products I like, need more good "healthy" food choices. Very friendly staff, super quick check-out folks. But these guys need a bigger store. It is murder pushing a cart through here!!

Pick n Save Phillips WI has Great Sales and produce for all. I really like the way the workers are willing to help me out. I use the Electric cart and it is really hard to get things off the top shelf. Thank you for your help.

Card machine was broken.. No sign posted on door just when I rang up a whole kart full of groceries with my children. No sorry or anything and I hardly ever have cash on me so I had to leave all the groceries there..
