Bad service, we went for a prepaid phone and ended up leaving with nothing, when the phone got scanned it said "enter number" and when we went off to the side to let others check out, we saw the same lady putting it back without even saying a word, DG, how incapable are your employees?

Extremely helpful. Lady answered phone and went and looked for an item i wasn't sure they carried. They did and thanks to her effort they made a sale. Excellent customer service.

I stay at a lake cottage a few miles from here every summer. This Dollar General is one of my favorite places to shop. I love the small town feel to it, great service, one stop shop. Lots of kitschy souvenirs. Fun to just browse or get the few things you need for your trip!

Super clean... mostly nice employees... always helpful... great prices... almost always stocked up but consistently out of 1$ lil pizzas the day after they are stocked until next week when vendor comes back ( there are a few frozen items that are sold out in one day until the next time vendor comes, which is usually once a week, like this)

Never clean isles always cluttered. When you ask if there is a certain product you catch an attitude from workers. Wont ever shop there again. It should close

Well it gets good marks for price but the store itself is not clean. Adams need to clean up there stores here. 😝 😝 😝 and put the right price on there products.We have been charged to much at the counter when checking out, and have told them about it. Still they do not fix the problem. Sad....😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞😞

Friendly helpful employees, usually have what you need less a few expanded items. Generally clean organize and easy to find items you're looking for. Dicount coupons and regular in store sales a big plus.

All stores are different Oxford is my favorite always clean and stocked pretty well. One thing I do not like is the policy if you forget coupons etc no credit or money back it's an oh well attitude at all of them.

Awesome service, huge selection of products and almost every need I could have. Most of the employees are great expect 2. Mandy and luann like to stalk me and others who just need to shop and don't wanna be harassed.

I am a HUGE fan of Dollar General and their wonderful employees! Living in a small town without a regular grocery store can be down right annoying. I enjoy that they have staples as well as fun and affordable odds and ends. I frequently say, "The Dollar General is the best thing to happen to Oxford in a long time!"

I Love to shop where I get the most product for my DOLLAR!! The workers are very few thro,so the Store is lacking the Personal one on one with Customers!! They are very in demand at the register and no one out on the floor for questions when needed!!

They have no milk except on delivery day. Boxes sitting everywhere and not much in the shelves. One of the worst Dollar General stores I’ve ever been in

The lady that works in the morning at Oxford is such a B****. Every single time I go in there to use digital coupons or paper she complains and will do ANYTHING to keep me from saving money!
