Went out of their way to get me the best price for what I was looking for and even had faith in me that I could complete the project on my own, when I’ve never laid carpet before. If you need flooring, look no further. Nick was incredible every step of the way. He was prompt in getting us samples and a quote. He was also very knowledgeable and excited to show us the features of the product we were interested in. He even had some great suggestions for finishing touches on the space we are working on! Doing remodeling/home improvements can be stressful, but Shop Howard’s made this step in the process so easy!

Excellent customer service. Bill and his team go the extra mile to ensure satisfied customers. They took time in the showroom with us to make sure we got what we wanted. When their scheduling was far out and they knew we were on a time crunch, they suggested a DIY carpet we could install ourselves and instructed us how to install and even provided the supplies to do it! We purchased a home and wanted to change the flooring before we moved in. Bill and Nick had a last minute opening in the install schedule and we were able to select in stock luxury vinyl planks and carpeting to meet our needs and get them installed in a week. Bill, Nick and the crew did a great job with the install and meeting our schedule. Definitely recommend working with them for your flooring needs.

I always have a great experience shopping at Howard's Home Furnishings. There is no pressure to buys things. They truly listen to you and help you find the perfect piece. When I first graduated from college, I wanted to upgrade from a futon but I couldn't afford much, they helped me find a discounted floor model sofa that was everything I wanted. Recently, I purchased a recliner from them and it was another great experience.

Our experience with Howard’s, Bill and his team was amazing! We had purchased furniture from a large chain store and had a very negative experience leaving my wife and I a bit discouraged. We were so impressed with the quality questions we were asked about our life style to better fit us with the right construction and upholstery of our new furniture! It has been over a year now and we have no sags, flat spots or dips in our furniture and it is put to the test daily by 10yo, 4yo, 2 dachshunds, the wife and myself. I first bought my son a bedroom set from there. I loved my experience so much that I later purchased a couch set. Then a recliner chair & recently a king sized mattress. I can't say enough good things about Howard's furniture store. I live the fact I have somewhere local to shop. They deliver in a timely manner & the guys that come to deliver are always very respectful & sweet. When they delivered my king sized mattress when I was due with a baby any day they saw I had a metal bed frame I had yet to put together. They asked if they could put it together for me so I didn't have to. I didn't want to take up more of there time so I just had my husband put it together when he got home but it was sweet of them to offer. I can't see myself shopping anywhere else when it comes to furniture.

We shopped the big named stores in Eau Claire, and were so confused over the many choices. We had received a couple of price quotes and really were undecided; carpet or hardwood? After visiting Howard's, looking at all of the flooring options, and welcome suggestions from Bill, we choose carpeting. His knowledge of the various pads, & the types of carpeting that would be best for us, made our decision easy. He also gave us a much lower estimate. The order was placed and within a week, the carpet was installed, the old carpet disposed of and our home was back in order. The carpet looks great and we look forward to many years of enjoyment. My mom and I just left this adorable little store in our hometown and are more than happy we chose to come here over a bigger, commercial store in the city. The man that helped us was so sweet, the second that we came in he greeted us and welcomed us into the store and led us straight to carpet to talk to us about different prices. He worked with us and even matched the price the larger store was selling their carpet for. We even got some cute miscellaneous decorations from their 75% off section! It was such a great deal, we will definitely shop here again:)
