I’ve had many positive experiences with the veterinarians at Osseo Vet. They have come out to my farm many times & have always been helpful, friendly, knowledgeable, and kind to my horses. Even when they’re very busy, when it’s my turn they have always given my horses their undivided attention and thoughtful care. The office staff is top-notch too and always pleasant!

Extremely disappointed in this clinic. I called because of a sick bird. When I called I ask for a return call from the avian vet to decide if I should bring him in or treat fora form of parasite. I received no return call and had to call the after hrs number and the vet told me it’s probably an ulcer. I did what he suggested with no improvement so I called first this Sat morning to try to bring him in and was told the vet wasn’t working. I had to request/beg to bring a fecal sample in. Monday I had to call to check on results and they had forgotten to call me and tell me there wasn’t enough to test. I was given the meds to treat for parasite but there was no improvement so I called and asked for the avian vet to call me. They forgot to add me to her call list and said she’d call tomorrow. I waited til 1 for her to call and no return call. The animal died. The lack of concern or care was appauling.

Osseo Vet Clinic recently helped our dog cross the rainbow bridge. They were so very kind and helpful in explaining everything that was going on. We have taken our pets there for several years and we appreciate the vets and their staff so much. Thank you for everything you all do!

Such a great practice and needed in a smaller, rural community. This vet practice not only has provided care for our large animals on our family farm but also for our cats and dogs as well. They do their best to make themselves available and work extremely hard to provide the best care possible.

I brought my cat in to be seen for an infected spay incision, and Dr. Norby was very rude and demeaning when I expressed worry for bringing her in. He continued to put Vicks Vapor rub on her belly which is extremely toxic to cats and can lead to sickness or even death. I won’t trust him to see or treat any of my animals ever again and neither should anyone else. As a veterinarian, he should know what is toxic to cats, and putting a eucalyptus based ointment on a cat should be known to him that it is very toxic.

Dr. Norby went out of his way in caring for our dog. He tried everything that he could to treat him and save him. We couldn't be more satisfied. I've had to use Osseo Vet over the years since we moved here and are very satisfied. This occasion was over the top in treatment though. Worth the 5 star rating.

I have been here with several pets. Both of my bunnies I had were spayed and given top quality care here. I just brought my kitty in and he was so stressed, but they treated him well and Dr. Meg answered all of my questions thoroughly. I paid a lot less than I would have in Eau Claire for equal care. I have recommended Osseo Vet Clinic before and I will continue to do so.

Had a appointment for 16 hounds to get rabie vaccinations and the vet came out to the truck and took care of us right away not an easy feet juggling through the dogs but made it an easy process

Took my pregnant dog there, urgent care charge of $75! Because her front legs gave out and she did a face plant a couple different times! They had her in there 10-15 minutes brought her out and said she seemed fine! I brought her home and took her out of the car and she fell again! The rest of the night was horrible, I tried calling their emergency number, no one called back, until I was already at another vet!!! I believe I should get refunded my $75!!! At the other vet, she got diagnosed with Lymes disease, and put on medication safe for the unborn puppies. She was feeling better within hours! I will never go back there again, and it was my main vet...

Took my senior cat here. First time at a new vet. Caring staff with reasonable fees. Explained medications thoroughly and they follow up by email after the visit. Highly recommend!!I wrote this review 2 years ago, and still stand by it. My senior cat died in her sleep at home, and Osseo Vet acknowledged my loss which was very sweet of them. I have 2 new cats who have been going to Osseo Vet since I adopted them and we are 1000% pleased with the service, staff, fees, everything. There are several veterinarians closer to where I live, but I will drive farther for this awesome team!!

Had heard great things and finally took my dog there. They were wonderful and now that is the only place I will go. Everyone is very friendly. Affordable and accommodating. I have now brought my barn cat and boyfriends dog (pitbull) with ease!

When I made apt. I was not told there was $75 u.c service fee, which I would have just waited as it wasn't urgent. When I called with questions after my apt. I was treated so rudely by the reception staff I hung up on her! Management was notified and not once did I hear an apology or I will talk to them. I will no longer be bringing my pets to them!

They always handle my dogs with care and ive never had any complaints. However I took my moms dog there and I felt because he isnt socialized well, they rushed him in and out to be done with him. Otherwise they're excellent, thoughtful and have always taken really good care of my dogs and cat

Took a female cat to be spayed and was super happy about every step. The female cat ended up already being spayed so the vet called me before proceeding to save me a lot of money!$$$ She came home with a microchip and a dose of de-wormer and i couldnt be happier with the service!

Always had great service with they we took almost all of out cats and dogs here and they have wonderful service and are always there to help and answer question when we called them I took my 7 month old cat here and they neutered and declawed him and they took really good care of him I won't go to any other vet

Moving to a new city can be stressful for pets and pet owners! So thankful Osseo-Augusta Vet Clinics have made it easy for both!Took my dog in today for teeth cleaning and was very prepared for that “huge” bill and instead got to start my weekend off with a well cared for dog and a bill no where near as high I as I had expected!Looking forward to many years with the staff here

Have used this clinic in the past a few years ago for my dogs and liked the service. However I Tried to make an appointment for my horse with their large animal vets And got the runaround. They couldn’t even tell me if they were taking new clients or not . Reception staff was extremely unprofessional And the whole conversation seems very strange. I will move on to a different vet. Sure hope their Vets know what they are coming because their reception staff doesn’t seem to have a clue!

Have always been able to help even when my cat was dying of mega colon they were able to get him up and going to the point where we are done with the vets and he is happy at home. Ultimately they gave him a death sentence and he survived with there help and care I recommend them 100% plus they are all very very nice and willing to work with there regulars like me
