It wasn't grate at all.We use to buy everything we need at this store. But oneday I buy a speaker.Before I buy I ask one of the staff if they have a good speaker that has a strong volume, with good quality speaker.the staff recomended me the $10 speaker. I ask to try it but he said They cant and he said he guaranteed that its the one I am looking for.But then when I tried when I go home I was Disappointed and the nxt day I went back to return it and to buy the expensive one.. They said they cant accept it!!! I have my reciept with me

Absolutely horrible!! The only aisle I was able to make it down is the pet food aisle every other I'll was back with nothing but boxes from side to side. I understand it was probably their truck delivery day but at least make it to the customers can get through the aisles and do their shopping. The floors look like they haven't been swept and mopped in months. Two employees were talking amongst themselves their language was horrible swearing. The girl that was doing it had blue hair. I will never be back at that store!!!

This place is heads and shoulders above Dollar General but it is still rather depressing to walk in the doors. It is clean and well organized with a little bit of everything available to the shoppers. However, the quality of the stuff isn't that great. But that is what you get at Family Dollar.

Came into the store for some general shopping staff was standing around talking to each other ignoring guests....guests carts were not available as they were outside piled in front of store register was long as the first cashier as checking guest out on her own, not a pleasant experience and I come there often and was very disappointed as I work in customer service. Guests come first!

The store is well stocked and I was able to get everything I needed but even though there was a sign on the door stating masks are required and all the customers were wearing them the cashier was not.

For starters, I feel like a one star review is still even to much. My reason be is that on Thursday of last week, May 17, 2018, between the hours of 5-8pm. I had went here to get a few little things that they didn't have so instead I looked at makeup. That same day I was wearing a low cut tank top and decided to sit on the floor rather than bending over to look at something on the bottom shelf not noticing that there were two packages of makeup open on the shelf with no makeup. When I proceeded to get up and pay I was accused of stealing because I was the last one over there that was know of. I also thought I was rude of one of the store clerks to accuse only me and my little brother, 9, of stealing these things as we were the only Hispanics in the store at the time. I feel we were attached because our race and not just "wrong place, wrong time". This woman had always been rude but I never thought she would stoop so low.

The prices are sometimes higher than they are supposed to be. Big problem with coupons not coming off including the digital ones, even if you stand right there and show them. Go to Dollar General instead.
