I've been coming here since I was a kid. My dad was stationed an hour north and we lived in Minnesota, so we'd stop here for a bathroom break and ice cream on the way to visit him. Fast forward to adulthood and I kept the tradition alive by stopping here any time I was in the area or driving through. It hasn't changed much which I like for the nostalgia, and it's been kept clean.Staff was friendly and polite, as usual, but might need some practice making cones... Instead of the nice DQ cone I've become accustomed to, with the swirl at the top, I got one best described as, "there was an attempt..." Staff are teenagers, so there is some forgiveness, but definitely need to have instilled in them a pride in their work regardless of the task. This was instilled in me with my fast food jobs when I was a teen, and it carried over to every job since.Overall, I will still come back here because the cone tasted just fine, despite the lackadaisical presentation. And it's DQ, I'm not expecting a 5 star experience, that's not a reasonable expectation.

This was the worst experience I had. Waited at the drive-thru window about 10 to 15 minutes before they came to get our money to pay, then they handed this to me, I have never had a DQ cone look like this. The ice cream was already melting down my hand before we got out of the parking lot, and we had the ac on in the car, and it wasn't even warm outside.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. Go somewhere else and DO NOT STOPE HERE. They were out of the first 2 things that I asked to order. When we showed up to the drive through window the lady handed me my blizzard and did not put it upside down. I say oh man lol you forgot to put it upside down and I did it quick in the car. I said that’s a free blizzard right and she lost her mind. She said that he store did not participate in that and she has no patience for me. I said I thought every store participated and she said well it’s much to late for that anyways…. It was 8:30pm. She went on and on about how they have not even started cleaning…. And then slammed the drive through window in us and walked away and never came back. Absolutely disgusting.

I want to start by saying the food was awesome, however we did not get all the food we ordered. There had to of been a dozen people working. We were missing chicken strips from our order, and ice cream. Went to the counter with receipt and they just glare at you. Management was very very CRABBY!! Honestly some of these older ladies should not be anywhere near customers!!! Just a rude bunch of people. I will never stop here again, my advice is to go over to Mcdonalds or Hardees! Just do not even bother with this place.

Awful customer service by the manager and the lady handing out food, we ordered 3 plain burgers, got the food and there definition of plain and mine are different, went back up for them to correct it and was meant with instantly meet with push back and when I got my burger back it was meant with so much hostility by the lady handing out food. My food was just tossed on the counter. If I could give a zero I would. Would of gotten better customer service from the McDonald's in town

Very very disappointed. Got food at 9:30pm, (they close at 10pm,) got our food and sat down to eat at 9:45pm and shortly after a girl came up and told us that they were closing in 5 minutes and that we had to leave because they would be shutting lights off in 5 min. Literally 30 seconds after she talked to us they turned the lights off as we were finishing our meals. Also something to note, we both ordered smores shakes and they tasted and looked completely different. The staff was very rude, and didn't appear to be wearing uniforms correctly. Will not be returning to this DQ ever again. Do yourself a favor and go to McDonald's down the street!

Ordered a MINT Oreo blizzard and it definitely did not have any mint in it. Crew was not friendly and you can definitely tell they did not want to be there. They also did not flip the blizzards like they are supposed to.

I will never return to this DQ. First off the customer service was truly awful. You could tell the kids working there did not want to be there. Then there were those messing around and having a great time dropping food and sundae's on the floor. More waiting for remake and 5 cars behind us.The food there was awful. The burgers and fries were cold and unedible. There is clearly a management problem. There needs to be an adult there to set a good example and be working there to teach the rest of the crew about what excellent quality and customer service is all about. I'm sure that's what DQ goal is. I feel that I should probably be contacting the state of Wisconsin to have someone come in to evaluate how they are cooking their food, cleaning their food areas ect......someone is going to get sick, if they haven't already!Management's reply of "I'm sorry you had this experience, blah,blah blah" "sorry we didn't satisfy your cravings "? Your responses are a slap in the face and is not what we are looking for. How about resolutions to your problems, or just close your doors permanently.

Shocked, worst DQ experience I've had. Ordered 2 burgers, 2 blizzards, and 1 cheese curd then dined in. Food was served promptly (under 2 minutes!) but only 1 blizzard & the cheese curds arrived as ordered, the rest was wrong. And the burgers were cold and somehow burnt?!?

We ordered 2 blizzards, 2 cheeseburgers and a 4 piece chicken tender meal. They got one blizzard correct on the whole order and that’s it. Only gave us one cheeseburger first, and we had to ask for the second one (wouldn’t give it to us without taking the receipt). Then got the chicken tender meal with 3 pieces instead of 4 and BBQ instead of ranch. When we asked for the 2nd blizzard, they went back to the register to look up the order (since they threw the receipt away the 1st time) and told us that they hadn’t rung it up and were going to make us get back into line to order another one. Very rude & unorganized.

We always get the $ 6.00 box lunch double cheese and it is delicious!! I Up grade to a small blizzard, I have a special flavor and they have no problem making it for me!! The store is very clean and the people working are very nice!!

The girl at the check out looked like she wanted to punch us! It took 10 minutes to get our order after a game .. took kids for a treat .I would of went In to wait .the drive thru was about 15 cars behind us.. all she had to do was tell us to come in instead dirty looks! Not so sure ill go there again ..I was afraid she'd spit in our food!

If i could give them a 0 star i would. Absolutely pathetic experience. Online it says they close at 10. Not the case. Apparently DQ has their own time schedule and closes early. He called it "their time" Also saying "we close at a certain time so we can go home early" lets their customers stand in line for 5 minutes without making eye contact to tell us they won't serve us because they want to go home. Great time to be selfish when there are hungry kids in the car and we are on a road trip.

We ordered and paid for a small Blizzard and a medium Blizzard. We received two small Blizzards. When this was brought to their attention, they poured one of the small Blizzards into a medium container and handed it back, (1.25 inches short of being full). Upon our complaint they remade a medium Blizzard that filled a medium container.
