Before they groomed my baby he could barely see now he’s the cutest booger ever and can see they were phenomenal for his first groom experience never been groomed and was able to get a full grooming first time cause of there skill most puppies don’t make it thru the first one it’s quiet scary for them and they did an amazing job we love you pampurr’d pet!!!

The best pet store a small town or hip urban large town could ask for. Their groomers are artisans of the highest order and I'm amazed by their selection of high quality natural products. They also partner with a pet trainer and offer classes next store. This is a pet lovers paradise.

Grooming service was awful! Will not be back. Far from what we asked and what we talked about before leaving our puppy for the grooming appointment.The store has a wide variety of products.Prices are higher.The customer service is great. Very welcoming.The store is well organized and clean.

First and for most. I love to support local businesses. Secondly, they deserve it. The staff are super friendly and patient. Very clean place and tons of options for your furry little friend. I went and got my pup groomed for the first time today and was nervous because our dog is anxious. I didn’t think they’d be able to get the job done. They called when she was done and managed to get the task completed! She smells so good and her coat is so soft. I like that they have the option of a self wash station that’s very affordable. I prefer groomers only because I am not comfortable with nail care and they get that done. My pup will be a regular here.

I recently came back to Pampurr'd Pet for the first time since the before the pandemic, and even with my mask on, the owner remembered me, which was such a delight! She is always friendly and I love to swap pet stories with her. The shop is always well stocked, clean, and full of so many cool things I would have never otherwise thought of for my cats. I cannot recommend The Pampurr'd Pet highly enough.

Very nice store! The store is clean, organized, and the staff is wonderful! The owner is very educated on the products she sells, and what is beneficial for dogs. The groomers are very kind and patient. Plus they have a very cute Great Dane puppy in there. Would recommend this place to everyone!

I'm a new puppy owner. I found out about The Pampurr'd Pet from a friend. I am so glad we were pointed to this gem in downtown Oshkosh! Christy is great! I have learned so much from her about how to care for our pup.We just had our first grooming today, and I couldn't be happier. I can tell the ladies love pups, and we love going to The Pampurr'd Pet. I can't imagine going anywhere else.

Owner is very helpful and knowledgeable. We were having issues with our puppy's sensitive stomach. The store owner showed us all of or options and explained them very well to us, no issues since! We will definitely be back.

Excellent local pet shop, with a good variety of pet food for both cats and dogs, along with toys. Haven't used the grooming service, but all of my interactions with the staff here have been quite positive. Love having a local pet store to rely on.

First time taking my 2 bullies here to get groomed. Asked them to please make sure they get my guys very clean and I even paid for the extra deshedding. Well both boys were super cleaned so I left happy. On the drive home we noticed blood all over the the seat where one of my bullies were sitting. Come to find out the groomer cut the nails way to short. Each palm was bleeding a LOT! My poor bully was in pain and my seat is stained in blood. We checked both bullies paws and both of them she trimmed down to pulp. I called the shop and asked to speak to Sydney (groomer) and told her what happened. She said she knew she cut and caused him bleeding but she put something on it to stop bleeding. She said that the walk to the car could of caused it to bleed again. Offered to put more stuff on his nails to stop bleeding if I brought him back. My dogs nails were not way overgrown or anything because we take them every 6 weeks to be groomed. I have never had any groomer cut them this short to cause so much bleeding. I am very disappointed they caused my baby pain and to bleed. At the very least she could of told us before she left that she cut him on both paws...but instead my poor baby had to walk on the cuts and now my seat is ruined. Will not be returning!

This place used to be great to bring my cat to get “pampurred” they would do all the works for her like her nails and they would shampoo and blow dry her she would smell so fresh and clean. I just called today they said they don’t do it anymore and just clip their back nails only which is a joke you should take “purr” out of the name of you don’t do cats!!!

I mostly bring my dog in for the self service bath station. You find this service in a lot of bigger cities and this is the only one in Oshkosh, to the best of my knowledge. Always treated with respect. I just got a new puppy, so now I’ll be washing both. Thanks!
