Purchased a bouncing dj, the toy was wouldn’t work at all. Replaced the batteries to be sure it was defective. Returned the toy. Have been charged twice for the returned toy putting my BioLife card $25 into the negative and still had to buy another one so all together I’ve spent $90 on the bouncing DJ that’s currently on sale for $30.

Haven’t been in Target in months. The recent remodel surely helps to raise the store to a new level of shopping. My only observation was the prices seem to be a little high.Other than that, it is a must see…

My friend needed a motorized cart due to a knee injury. About 15 minutes into our journey there we are asked to leave for “messing around” with the cart even if it was for the medical needs. I find this very outrageous and demand an apology as people with injuries need assistance. People said there were multiple “complaints” about us saying that we were messing around as I stated earlier. People really need to be more observant and these days. #gethelp

Had not been in Target Oshkosh for sometime, and was pleasantly surprised to see the beautiful remodeling job. It really shows off the product when you enter the store. The cosmetic department is well organized and if you cannot find something, the Target associates are very helpful and knowledgeable. I observed an interaction between two employees discussing training requirements and appreciate that Target Corp. invests in it's people.

I was shopping at Oshkosh Target today and they had problems and I’ll tell you are the most wonderful and polite employees with all the problems I had. They were very helpful. They help me check out they help me get things that I needed. I’ve never in my life had so many nice employees at target today they were very helpful, even though they had problems they had smiles on their faces. They were eager to help me. I usually have a problem checking out at Still help me even though they had problems smiles on their faces polite good morning they said to me they said to me have a wonderful day when I was leaving it was like I was being a pain to them in my eyes but to them I was not a pain to them. They were so nice and wonderful. Target is my store.

The main reason I come back to this store is because of the employees, and one sticks out in particular; Heather. She always has such a positive attitude and always goes out of her way to make someone laugh or smile. Target should hire more employees like her!

Great selection. They still stock the fun stuff. While it may sometimes be hard to find store associates when you need them, Yesterday I was helped by a very courteous young man named Jack. He stopped what he was doing and assisted me in purchasing a fridge and even took it to my car. His and the cashier's kindness changed my review from 4 to 5 stars.

Customer service attendant asked if there was anything defective, I said no. He then asked if I wanted it put back on my card. He was able to do it with out my card. So easy and simple

What happened to Target?!?! It is now headed toward the same feel as Walmart 😱! People shop at Target and are willing to pay a little more because it's an enjoyable, quality experience! Unfortunately, it looks more like Walmart with remodel and some quality products available before remodel are no longer there. This was our favorite place to shop, now for the first time there were unhappy looking employees & it was not clean. Corporate rewind please, you’re going in the wrong direction!!!

I have always enjoyed shopping at this store. Their selection of men’s clothes isn’t the largest, but I always know I’ll run into very good quality and value. Staff is friendly and willing to help. This store has the added bonus of a Starbucks near the entrance. I love my local Target store! With the Target app, it’s too easy to spend way too much money here! 😅Update: Although I do like this store, it is VERY BRIGHT in here. I did get a headache almost immediately.

Working at the Boy's & Girls Club in Berlin, just called the store 10:22am 10-24-2022 and spoke to a nice young man. I asked him to retrieve some info about the step stools they have in the men's room for little kids. I thought he would take my number and call me back but he put me on hold and went and got the name of the step stool and the phone number of the company. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE.......................THANKS!!!!!!!!

Had what I needed except deodorant which I can't stand smelly deodorant or stuck and gel or spray. Arm and Hammer is great but now I see they don't have unscented deodorant? Sad

It is the customer service. My experience picking up my items from an online order was beyond spectacular. The experience was satisfying and only took a few minutes. Other retailers offer the same service of on-line pick up. The Target store in Oshkosh does it the best. It is that kind of customer service that creates loyal repeat customers.

I get the remodel, and I can understand being limited to a single restroom. What I do not understand is having team members camp out as the rest of us wait. Clearly done and just taking her sweet time, it was well after knocking that she finally came out. Need to check your phone? Wait for the breakroom, sweatheart.

It was so easy! I went on the app when I left home and said I was on my way. The gal was out to my car with my order seconds after I parked. I had my 1 year old in the car with me and he was sleeping so drive up was amazing! I will definitely use this again and I've already recommended it to others!

Target is normally my number one grocery store but for the past few weeks I have not been able to get things like milk and bread here that were not within two days of expiring. This last time I forgot to check the expiration date on the yogurt I bought and after opening it I saw that it expired a week ago. I'm going to have to find a new grocery store.

Love the Red Card that allows me to save. I like the way the store is set up. Walking into Target just feels different than it does when you walk into other stores. It may sound crazy, but it just feels brighter, cleaner and very welcoming.
