The young people that bring groceries out to customers car, run extremely fast! Almost got hit. I checked out, but went back to check a price. Tried to get out exit door, but everything roped off. Tried last one but it was for the take out groceries. I told the young gal that my car was by exit door. She said “most people go through self check and go through exit” in a snotty voice. I said my car was by exit, as I have disabilities. I’ve never been treated so disrespectfully. She was slim with blond hair.

Everytime I shop here, I regret not driving the 10 extra minutes to shop at Festival. Chronically understaffed, long lines at checkout, and half of the self checkout lanes are usually shut down. Takes forever to flag down someone old enough to scan alcohol. Products are regularly out of stock and sometimes marked incorrectly, and most of the staff is hardly helpful. Take the extra time to drive to Festival for a much better experience. Plus, Festival offers fuel rewards points for Kwik Trip.

There's usually only 1 checkout open, at least every time I've been there. Or it's just the self-checkout, which you need assistance with if you're buying alcohol. It's usually pretty clean. The produce dept is very pretty. I also really like the floral dept. The liquor dept isn't terrible, but it's very basic.

Usually able to find everything I need. But the self-checkout & the staff working them are awful. This store is a convenient location for me but I will be doing my grocery shopping elsewhere from now on.

This store is well stocked and has a good variety of items. Markdowns are frequent and Kroger products are usually of good quality and cheaper prices.

They never have any lanes open, it’s getting a bit ridiculous. Self check out and limited grocery pick up hours. Basically just have stockers at this point.

Had a great experience getting our wedding flowers through the floral department! Our theme was red roses (white for the bride) and we ordered 1 bridal bouquet, 4 bridesmaids bouquets, 11 corsages and 5 boutonnieres. It was just over $400 where other places I was quoted double or more! We did decide to pick them up Friday night instead of Saturday morning just to save a bit of time and it worked well for us although Katie didn't think it was a good idea. We did keep them refrigerated overnight though and they were perfect throughout the next day!Thank you so much to the floral department! Love, The Nilsson's 1.11.20

40,000 campers at EAA who want to maximize their time while at the air show. We took an early morning opportunity to shop. No alcohol available before 8:30am so no beers for us. We were there just before 8. That rule makes so, so much sense. Nice work guys..

Shout out to Becky who bags our groceries. She is the best! Always upbeat and friendly and she does a great job. We always hope she is working when we check out.Also enjoy Brandy, Annette and Jenny who are always friendly.There are always things in this store that could use improvement, but these people are not in that category.

Deli consistently doesn't have advance orders ready at the time you request. If you need something by a certain time, make sure to ask for it well in advance of when you actually need it or you will be left to stand waiting like an idiot until they decide they're not too busy to handle the order you called hours ahead for.

Great price & food selections. There is a good variety & selection in produce. A pharmacy is on-site. You can also buy medicine, shampoo, baby food, cleaning supplies, & some other non food items

I do the self checkout. All 3 of these stars are for the nice lady that works the self checkout on Friday mornings. I shopped on a Saturday today and big mistake. The person at the self checkout was miserable and made the process uncomfortable at best. Minus two stars for her. Just retire please, c-bag.

The ladies who work customer service are the best! They're always pleasant and efficient. Even when new people come in they know what they're doing from day 1. Whoever does the hiring and training at this location is on their A game!

I'll give it 3 stars. Great deals and friendly people and very nice and understanding. Only problem is I saw a stocker or vender standing on top of pack of drinks trying to stock stuff on the top shelf I would not buy any drink type stuff from them.

Lately the stock has been lacking...lots of items out of stock for weeks. You are pretty much forced to self checkout which sucks when you've got a decent amount of stuff to buy. Honestly they've been letting me down. Step it up Pick n Save!

Was there 12:00 to 1:00 but over $400 in groceries one lane open six people deep with full cards and nobody would open another Lane but yet they have 10 self checks I come there to do my grocery shopping that is why I quit Walmart because they did the same thing now I'm done with them going to Woodman's

Out of the grocery options I like picknsave the best because they have the most fair prices. Definitely better, cheaper and more convenient than Festival. Since they've been Kroger they've gotten a lot better. They now have a picknsave card you can sign up for, for free, where you can clip digital coupons & get paper coupons printed out of the stuff you frequently buy. Scan your card and watch your savings accrue!

So happy the meat dept cut and tied bones for prime rib only to get to the 1 checkout that's open get all my things on the belt get to cashier and she says I don't have any cash so you'll have to put your things back in cart and go to self checkout. Not happy.

Just got home from shopping at Pick n Save, and can honestly say that I don’t think I will go back. The checkouts were very busy, and after waiting over five minutes to move up far enough in line where we could start unloading our groceries, we were told they were closing that checkout, and we would have to go to a different one. Naturally, that put us back at the end of another, even longer line, where we now waited over ten minutes to check out. It took longer to check out than it did to shop. Very disgusted with how that was handled, and will use Festival Foods from now on as my main grocery store.

Bought chocolate covered strawberries today (valentines day) for my fiancé. Bit into after she got done with work. Mushy, old and moldy strawberries! Just bought them today! Must be trying to use up the expired strawberries or something. Absolutely disgusting!

Good location, but inventory levels always seem to be low and never enough staffed checkout lanes, which leads to the '20-item' self checkout lanes being overloaded with people checking out entire carts full of groceries.

We went to this store specifically to buy two of the "summer stacking chairs" they had this year in the color we wanted. We purchased them less than a week ago. We have used them twice. Today, we realize our brick patio was covered in rust stains. Everywhere the legs have been place is stained in rust. Our patio was just redone and we did try to power wash the stains off today, when we realized what was happening. Even a power washer did not remove the stains completely.Do NOT BUY these chairs. And Pick n Save shame on you.

Had an amazing experience with the bakery! We were having a gender reveal party and I showed them a picture of what I wanted for cupcakes and they nailed it! I was also able to get the frosting in the whip cream versus the regular frosting and it was so yummy! Everybody loved them! They were beautiful! Only $16! And great customer service! Can't beat that!

The staff is great - all very helpful and pleasant. But, the store can't seem to keep common items or items on sale in stock. Every time I go, something I purchased last time I was there is now out of stock. Last time it was light Thousand Island dressing. Time before that it was a popular sports drink that was on sale. Time before that it was a well-known brand of crackers that I buy all the time. Store is clean and I love their produce section.

Absolutely do not buy their chicken thighs that are "pre-seasoned" anything prepared in advance should be avoided..gallon of salt on them and absolutely inedible ☝️ wasted my money for junk..do not buy pre seasoned food from anywhere it's usually Way over salted! Piggly wiggly exact same experience..
