Nice place to visit we go here sometimes to get dog toys and treats. We also like going to look at the other animals that they sell. If it is after a holiday I like to stop and get discounted holiday themed dog toys, because the dog is going to destroy them anyway.

My picky dog refused bags and bags of different kinds of dog food. Did research and read many suggestions of using Bil-Jac picky no more. PetSmart carries this brand. Well stocked store. My dog loves the food.

I was hesitant about bringing my babies to a large company especially for their first times ever being groomed. We decided to bring our 2 huskies to get baths/blowouts, the whole nine yards to get pretty for our wedding. Chelsea exceeded all expectations and went above and beyond for our fur babies to make us and them, feel comfortable. I could feel how much she cares about what she does! I felt very comfortable leaving our babies with her and they came back looking beautiful!

I Love PetSmart! I went and purchased a beautiful BETTA for my little 💓 guide dog. The employees were so helpful and friendly. It's a clean atmosphere and very organized. I go there at least twice a month. Well worth the mileage.

I had went in yesterday evening for a quick stop to purchase some crickets for my tarantula I asked for 30 cricket and paid for 30 of them I got about 10-15 maybe I also looked at the fish section and decided to add two new aquatics to my aquarium at home which I picked a cute snail and a water frog which then I got questioned how big is the tank what do you have in there and such I felt was a bit much for two small creatures that cost 5$ for both but I guess a life is a life on the other hand she went to say my small gold fish non aggressive species would kill the frog which I knew was bull because I have lived around aquariums my whole life and studied a bit on it so I can successfully have my aquarium and then at check out I had to fill out a paper for a water frog every time I go into here and want to add to my aquarium they want to just fight and say they are gonna somehow die on me one time they wouldn’t even let me get any fishys and they said before if they do die it’s not there fault but like all my fish are happy and alive with more than enough room to be comfortable on top of that she asked if I had a lid for my tank like I’m not dumb obviously I wouldn’t get a water frog if I don’t have a lid for my aquarium and then she went into talking about food for the frog make sure to give him the right food like duh they don’t eat fish flakes 🤦‍♀️

My son and I went here on a snowy day to get out of the house. Jake, in the aquarium and live animal department, was AWESOME! He was patient, fun, and spoke kindly to my four year old son. The store was clean as were the bathrooms. All of the birds, fish, rodents, snakes, lizards and turtles also looked really healthy.

This was the first time I brought my dog here. Due to our regular groomer being booked out so far. Definitely will not be bringing him back Is haircut turned out very choppy,There's long spots all over his neck that they didn't get. Very uneven. Didn't get around his feet.

I take my dogs here regularly to get groomed and all of the groomers I have used have been great. I also have tried a training course here in the past, the training went really well and they took a lot of time to ensure each person present had one on one or could ask any questions for things they had problems with. The store staff are always nice and helpful with anything I need.

I had to stop here to get crickets for my frogs. They were very clean, super helpful, and very friendly. The staff members and I talked about our animal rescues. It was a very pleasant shopping trip. The store is well stocked, well staffed, lit very well, and I'll definitely be returning for my amphibious friends food and to purchase some lovely fish for my tanks. All the fish looked very healthy and taken care of. No dead fish floating around, very clean tanks. Thank you guys for your help and thank you for having food for Michigan J. 🐸 and Dennis Hopper!
