Walked in for nail trim, was waited on immediately. I have two dogs and Xena began working on one right away. Went to the register to pay and out came the first dog and they picked up the second. By the time I was done at the register both dogs done! Job was excellent, I could not be more pleased!

Looks like a 5 year old cut our dogs hair. Several missed areas. Patches long and short. Paid extra to have nails filed down. My husband instantly was scratched by her nails. Not happy. Over 3 hours we waited. Had an appointment, but staff seemed flustered. Never going there again.

My two huskies had a very bad experience with their first ever professional groom. The groomers where abusive to them. So of course that caused anxiety for both of them when it comes to getting groomed, but at petco I know they will be greatly taken care of! Alyssa and Austin and the rest of their staff know what their doing and are very good and trustworthy with our dogs. This is now their second bath, groom, ect. with them. One of my huskies is now very good with getting bathed and is very good their! The other one is still a bit nervous but Austin just told me what they can do to accommodate him for next time! Highly recommend them.

I will always give Petco Grooming Oshkosh 10s because since I adopted my rescue pup hazel back last July they have been wonderful and Hazel has never had an issue going in. In fact, Hazel loves going in and I’ve never struggled with her going into Petco, even though her previous family had her in a bit of a rut before adoption. We’ve always gotten clean cuts and good washes and when I completely ruined her coat trying to cool her down from getting an enormous amount of burrs stuck in her coat they were able to fix it and make it look good!

I was in town for the holiday, and my dog needed a nail trim. I was very satisfied by the customer service Karen provided at the Oshkosh, WI location. She took the time to call my vet to verify his rabies vaccination when I did not have the certificate with me. She took great care in handling my dog and was very efficient.

Karen is such a nice person and she takes super good care of our little Daisy. With the virus thing going on, she had 2 more months of hair on her and she was a big ball of hair. She did a fantastic job in the amount of time given and she deserves a big raise!!!!!!

Myah was feeling really under the weather due to having an allergic reaction to her shots that were done 2 days prior. You took such good care of her! She looks beautiful and I swear, she herself feels beautiful ❤️ when we picked her up to bring her home, she actually sat in her seat of the car, head held high and her front paws crossed like a Queen! BIG smiles from her! Thank you so much!

It was terrible- they went back to kenneling tho I was never informed. I was told 4 HOURS when I got there.Tho I was told no more than 2 hours when I booked.. I Took My 8 month Labradoodle Home after the bath. Never had Her Groomed. VERY Disappointed. I SAW 5 dogs there & maybe a 6th dog Barking & 2 Girls Working. Ridiculous>> NEVER will My dogs go there. A dog on the table Unattended while She was bringing Others in & Answering the Phone

2 hours it took to cut his hair . The cost was very reasonable. I have gone to pet smart was getting pricy to have his cut, he would be their for 3and half hours to cut his hair.
